      I had a car loan from them and had the money electric taken each moth fir payments. About 5 months ago, I lost my debit card and I made the mistake of not informing the company. I never received paper notification or phone calls. ***** disvovered they were trying to notify me through email. The problem was their email looked very similar to the email that a monthly statement. Honest mistake. So of course they repossessed my car. The hoops i had to go through to get my car back wasvan absolute nightmare. They expected it to be paid in full which was a little over *****. But was only able to take ***** that had to be paid in ***** intervals. The couldnt take the rest via debit for another 5 days. I had to find a ride to a ******* 1/2 hour away to pay the rest western union. Also the wait times on the phone were super long and they kept transferring over to a different department. My car was repoed on a fri. Nothing was opened over the weekend...I didnt get it back till tues. I had to pay storage fees because of their incompetents and how they made me wait so long, those charges were not forgiven. And some of reps I talked to were really rude to me. I also have separate issues with my bank account their. I will be pulling my account.

      This company is an absolute abomination. Before dealing with them my credit was great. I purchased a phone through them and my credit has taken hits ever since. after 2 missed payments due to their end not processing them I decided to just pay the full amount and close the account in an attempt at damage control. So I thought....I was given 3 different amounts in order to zero my balance and move on. Hit with another 2 "missed payments" and a 90 days over due on my credit report. Spoke with a supervisor and was given a FOURTH amount to zero my account. This proved to be wrong as well and now I have a $40 CREDIT on my account and the account still shows 90 days past due with a zero balance. Not at all shocked they have an "F" rating. I will be filing ever dispute possible and then some. It amazes me that this is an actual company and ******* lets them use their name.

      Nowhere to complain. Opened a credit card with TD bank and they faxed in for me a recurring payment taken out of my checking. Well, no recurring payment occurred. So they sent me via mail a form which I mailed back. Again no recurring payment taken out. So now my account is dinged and I am at my **** end trying to find someone at TD bank to be accountable.

      This is the slowest bank services in the world. Average wait time is 2-3 hours in 2022. Im not dropping of gold.

      Beware! This company calls themselves TD card services and its deceptive because after much research I found out this is TD bank. Id give them a zero if that was an option. Several large companies including ******* uses TD **** services for financing for their products. Not willing to adjust their 3rd of the month due date to accommodate customers, & if you are one day late on payment you will incur outrageously high $40 late fee. I have filed complaint with CFPB and other agencies. Their whole purpose is to keep people in debt for their greedy practices and to rake in more money from clients. If your thinking of financing a product do your research first. I financed a ******* phone and I regret that decision as Im still paying off debt.,

      Awful business practices. Deposited a check through mobile deposit to my new account I opened. A payroll check mind you, not a personal check. On the check I deposited there is a phone number for verification. Was told repeatedly that my money is put on a 6 day business hold due to my account being new. I requested they lift the hold and that was denied. How can a bank hold my money for this long when there is no chance of it bouncing and the funds are clearly there? Seems very deceptive. Awful customer service.

      fraud on account they never cancel my card after I told them several times even filed disputes but they were never filed on the day i reported them within 2 days and they fake like they made a mistake or forgot, that was their objective is to act like they forgot just 2 prolong your money they are breaking the law. They tried this with me only filed the disputes they wanted to file but they left the main ones off so they would prolong the refund in hopes of not having to refund me, the same thing Pnc was doing and its allowed but thats why they are in situation they are in, banks are the biggest scammers and their scam was not disputing something or acting like it was disputed but really wasnt just lying to people, they didn't file 5 disputes on a Monday yet I called everyday to confirm they were filed every agent would agree it was filed, but on Saturday morning 5 days later they confess that they were never filed just lying need to be fined and customers need to be refunded. plus i caught the fraud within the 2 days so i am not going to be held responsible for this activity, but by them not filing the fraud within the timeframe and the agent reported it, its td bank back team that slid these disputes to the side so i could later dispute them but they are guilty of fraud ..and they can listen to *** calls because i made sure i asked each individual i spoke to for a week they owe me right now because it has been 7 days since i reported it along with the other fraud that they disputed they are guilty and they are guilty of fraud in more cases than mine a lot of people wont catch it but i am here to expose them just because a supervisor ***** refused to allow me to talk and hung up just because i wanted them to escalate these situation to a higher team because they were filed 5 days prior to when she filed it which i should have been refunded on that day, but the main ones talking scam prevention is the ones doing the scamming

      I visited my branch on 7/27, and 7/28 because I was instructed by customer service on the phone to visit my branch to obtain a copy of a check. Here is my experience.I visited the branch ******************************************************************************************* on 7/27 around 2pm, My teller was extremely professional and pleasant as always. All the tellers are always very helpful and easy going. I waited to be helped by the customer service rep but there was a queue of customers waiting like 4 of us because a family had come in with their young kids about 4 of them to open accounts. The manager the blonde lady ******* * was also taking care of clients. She kept getting up and telling all of us it would be 2 mins, and I had to return to work as I was on a break. This turned into 20 minutes with no further update from ******* * about such delay past 2 minutes that she announced. I think customers have the right for transparency when the wait is longer so we can make phone calls or decide whether we can stay longer or return. I decided to return the following day. On 7/28, I returned to customer service with t date of my mobile deposit and amount given to me on the phone by a very helpful TD BANK REP and I needed that copy printed for legal reasons. As I was waiting for a **** ******* who was sitting there initially with no clients did have me wait for 7 mins before finally deciding to ask me to sit, so she could help me. When I sat down, I explained what I needed was a hard copy of a mobile deposit printed copy I had made. Very quickly, she spoke to me like a child and directed me to solve my problem by logging into my online banking, I explained I tried that at my home computer and due to PDF requirements, my statements wouldn't load, which led me to call customer service to seek their help. Without looking my account up or even asking someone else to assist, she kept pressuring me to log online on my phone with a TD bank app. I don't have thTD bank app on my phone due to privacy

      When I first applied for a TD bank secured credit card I was informed that my account would be evaluated after 7 months of having the card. It is now 20 months past (1yr and 8 months) and I've call numerous times inquiring about when will I be evaluated for graduating from secured to unsecured? So basically I been in evaluation since July of 2021 and still no answer. I believe that they just want to hold on to my secured deposit to continue to gain interest and just giving me the run around.

      I thought I would take advantage of their 0 percent interest for a ********** but little did I know it would be a terrible experience. When I signed up for automatic payments with a overdraft protected account they charged me repeatedly for NSF. I called the customer service repeatedly and was hung up on. I decided just to pay them off with a check and they didn't apply all of the check funds to the account leaving me with another NSF fee. This is a predatory company just trying to scam for fees.
