      On Feb 20, **** I parked at upp golbal parking lot at brickell downtown ***** *******. Not wearing my glasses, I made an error and was charged for all day parking instead of the minimum. I called about my situation and received an inhumane no compassion answer there is nothing we are willing to do to help you. So I answered you just rob people have a nice day. I will never park anywhere upp parking lots are by any choice of my own and I hope you won't either.

      horrible company.... they overcharge for parking. After seeing all these bad reviews, the *********** should not even let them operate. Their meter did not work and they had signs posted and could use a ** code to pay for your parking. Well we had bad experiences with that too because another company still ticketed us when we paid through an AP, so we hesitated to use the ** code here. We also did not realize there are several private parking companies and we paid at another lot and put the ticket in the window. But of course it was not from FL Parking co. and they ticketed us. We paid the ticket because you saved $20 to pay it fast. I just say all of these privately owned companies **** and they rip you off and have no mercy. Cities should not allow them to charge such outrageous prices. ************** is $5 per night at their garage. These private parking lots charge like $10.00 an HOUR! I have some choice words for all of these private companies, but I will not write it.

      horrible -the lot was next to a chabad- which I thought I would support by parking in the lot(which I thought they owned)- when I saw it was 17$ for 2 hours evening - 6-8- I was stunned, but still felt I was supporting a good organization. there was free valet parking where I was going to dine. I came down after my meal and I saw the ticket- reduced rate of 43$ if I pay soon. what would the ticket have been if I didnt give away the 17$? there were no other cars in the lot...hmmm....This is ridiculous - im happy to support my city by paying taxes tickets etc....but this company is deceptive. The public and ******** tax payers deserve to know about this.

      Your company is unbelievable. As all of the other reviews say, you are deplorable crooks. I purchased two hours on the meter at approximately $10 per hour, expensive, but acceptable to me. My issue, and most listed on this site is well is that I was 10 minutes late on November 24th in the *********** zone only to find a $63 fine on my windshield. I have not seen a response from anyone at your company explaining the lack for signage or information on late fees. I am more than willing to pay a reasonable fine for being 10 minutes. As you blame others on this post for "lack of time management", I am guilty as well. I would have been more conservative with the number of hours to purchase upfront if I had understood how you take advantage of your customers after the fact. $63 dollars for 10 minutes equates to $300 per hour for fines. You are a complete joke. You do not care about your customers as you say in your responses to their posts, you just want to steal from them. I would give you zero stars if the option was available. No wonder you have a B rating with the BBB and are not accredited. The BBB does not give accreditation to thieves. I will never park in one of your lots again.

      Through a parking app I reserved a spot in a Unified Parking lot near the ******************************. My $8.00 fee was accepted and I followed the instructions given. When I returned to my truck I found a citation from Unified Parking for nonpayment and a fine of $43.00! It then became incumbent on me to prove that I had paid. This company is despicable. I can only imagine the number of poor people who have fallen for this scam or are unable to dispute this phony fine. I won the appeal that I never should have had to file with these criminals.

      This company is horrible. I paid for parking in a UPP Global managed lot on 11/10/23 on 411 *********************** in ********. The transaction cleared my bank immediately and is now available on my cleared bank statement. However, on 11/28/23, I received an unpaid Parking Invoice threatening collections if I don't pay a "reduced charge" $55.00 rate based on a $90.00 parking charge which was never disclosed nor displayed on the parking lot machine. I had no issue paying the published meter fee which cleared my bank. I will not be paying an additional parking charge for an already paid charge. Per the invoice, I'll send my paid receipt to the ***************************************************************************************** address on the fraudulent invoice.

      Funny that all their reviews are 1 or 2 stars and theyre not being investigated or something. I parked at the north ********** beach parking garage today and there were no rates posted anywhere. None! I wouldve left but was tired of looking for a spot. A bunch of crooks. I read a Yelp reviewing saying in the summer, they just charge a flat daily rate to everyone, which shouldnt be allowed either

      Hello, please note, this is a private lot, and the rates are located on the machine. If a customer is not happy with the rate, they are always free to move to a different lot.

      I parked at the ***************** location on Saturday 11/4/23 When I tried to leave, the credit card machine didn't work. The intercom didn't connect me to anyone. I called the phone number and ********************** up on me the first time and didn't answer after that.Then I called the cops and they were going to send a unit over. Fortunately, a resident (an attorney whose law firm actually represents UPP) that lives near the ramp used their pass to get us out of there. We were stuck in the parking ramp for 45 minutes.Not being able to leave is kidnapping/false imprisonment. This company is on the brink of a class-action lawsuit for criminal misconduct and being an outright SCAM.

      We parked in a lot in Waterbury ** on a Sunday October 29th Paid at a kiosk using our plate number.We could barely read the screen at the time.We stayed 2 hours and when I saw my bank account we were charged 22.00$ You even charged taxes.That price is outrageous We have used parking in other areas in ******* and have not been ripped off .
