      $43 is the discounted rate for a parking ticket??!!! payable in 3 days??? How do you sleep at night? Machine where I parked asked for a space number. There was none. All of your machines at your lot should have accurate information. I'll never park there or anywhere that seams as sketchy as this place was. (location, lot behind ********************* and VIP ******************** Not worth my time to fight this, but I will tell everyone I know.There should be negative star ratings.

      Fraudsters plain and simple. Ticketed my vehicle inside the window of time purchased. the reasoning for the ticket changed throughout the appeal process. They threaten unpaid citations with credit reports and further indicate that any unpaid citation could impact vehicle registration, license renewal and ability to rent a vehicle.In the end, I paid the citation. ************* Not surprising, but still irritating.

      A pirate operation. They provide zero ex ante notice of their highly inflated rates before you commence a transaction. They are hyper-aggressive in policing their lots, their employee ticketed my vehicle as I was walking up to it three minutes past the expiry time and literally ran away and jumped into their vehicle so I couldnt question or ask about appeal process. Their printed citations do not provide any information regarding how to contact the company (ie, there is no telephone number or any kind of contact address information), or a recipients appeal rights. What their printed citations do abundantly explain (or, as a de facto matter, threaten) are the consequences of non-payment, cautioning the recipient that unpaid citations may affect their credit rating, vehicle registration, license renewal, and ability to rent a vehicle. In short, they structure their process to emphasize threats and punishment to coerce payment while making it next to impossible to be held accountable in any meaningful way. A piratical and parasitical parking plague for both residents and visitors alike.

      I paid for parking in ********, ** at one of this company's lots: Entered payment (6 bucks an hour!) at 6:45PM, but found a citation on my window at about 2 hours later time stamped 7:30PM, well within the paid for time window. It took awhile to get to contact info for UPP support group and I (emailed) provided them with a copy of my credit card payment record and the citation. I was going to give them 1 star but upped it to 2 stars as the support rep called me back in 15 minutes of my email (and message to the answering service) and voided the citation charge. So beware.       You are criminals. I even put my hands up and let you manhandle the money out of my pocket. Absolute thievery. You then send a letter, Not to me, But to the cosigner of my vehicle. Your Intimidation practice to scare someone with a collection notice,After the citation has been paid is DEPLORABLE. No receipt from you, btw. But, my bank made a receipt you fraudsters (Try to get paid twice for one citation is fraud). You make 1-5 million $$ profit on your PARKING/ TOWING BUSINESS indicates YOUR DUE for an AUDIT by the ****

      The WORST COMPANY EVER !!!!!!The deserve negative stars but need to give one to get on the display here.This company is totally predatory to milk everything out of customers.It cost me $132 for 8 hours parking.They do not post the outrageous hourly fees, and they do not post that if you are 1 minute past what you prepaid..they will issue a "citation" to you for $63.00 penalty.It appears they are set up to automatically print out a "citation" the minute your prepaid expires...HORRIBLE COMPANY !!!!!!

      Typical contracted BS. We paid for parking at a lot in **********, **, which took three different cards to have one actually be read. The screen on the machine was barely readable in daylight. When we went to add additional time it kept showing our license plate number, but was not sending out a confirmation text that the payment went through. Again we tried multiple cards, all of which worked fine while shopping in Burlington. They put a 63 dollar ticket on the car less than 2 hrs later. If you go to there web site, there is no Phone Number to call, only the payment page, with an appeal button. I appealed citing I would go to the BBB or the City, and possibly small claims court. I received a call from them literally within 15 minutes. I was met by an abrupt person who said, the City will side with them, of course, lets face it, Burlingtons parking garages are too dangerous to park in, break ins, addicts, etc. He also said that filing with the BBB was not necessary. I said fine, see you in small claims court. Then the fine was reduced to the original additional hourly rate, so it went form 63 to $13. I paid it, but the BBB needs to review these reviews. 80+ reviews all say the same thing.

      I parked on ***************** in ******** Maine of the evening of July 25th. I Tried to pay for parking via the ** code and got an error message twice. I then went to the kiosk and put my information and credit card in.. I wasn't sure if the transaction was complete so I asked the lot attendant who said "I should be ok" (I was never charged). I returned to find a citation. The fee schedule is not listed anywhere I could find and the payment system is flawed. I tried to call the business but the phone does not ring. The appeal system they have replied to my appeal request within a few minutes with an automated message denying my appeal. I called the city managers office and they were very familiar with all the complaints. This is a predatory business that has abusive customer practices and they can get away with it as they are largely unregulated. I am not paying them a dime without a response from a real person who is willing to listen to my complaint.

      North Beach Parking Plaza in ********** Beach. Absolute **** off and thieves. Charged me $44 for 2 hours of parking. Nowhere on their signs was it displayed that this garage is a 24 hour rate ONLY! Their response is I'm supposed to assume that when entering the garage. BBB please do something about thieves like this and regulate them and their operation. Businesses like this should be fines for FALSE ADVERTISEMENT of their rates.

If the ****** does not want to be pay the cost displayed at the time, they are free to exit the garage without payment.

      Highway robbery and a risk to ********** tourist trade. NO RATES ARE POSTED. The tourist industry is important to ******** and, in good conscience, I cannot recommend your business to anyone. Like others whom you have ripped off, we will never use your services again. I would encourage the **************** to ban your services in the interest of protecting visitors and Mainers.
