So, Here we go again..More issues with my 2020 H*2*9*9*0*6*9*8*7*8*1H Durango GT vin# ***************** We just can't trust H*2*9*9*0*6*9*8*7*8*1H H***1*0*5*2*0*1*0*7*8H's H*2*5*0*8*5*0***5*0*2H. I had this truck for * months and iv have had so many problems. The *** Air bags, touch controls and now I'm having issues with my transmission making whining sounds when I accelerate. Sometimes the ** won't turn on. I have to turn the truck off and back on and then it will finally turn on. This is ridiculous. Myself and my entire family won't be purchasing a H***1*0*5*2*0*1*0*7*8H ever again. I tried to make an appointment to have my truck looked at and serviced bit the dealership, ******** H*2*9*9*0*6*9*8*7*8*1H in ********* **, tells me that they will have to keep my truck for up to 2 weeks. I asked them if I will get a vehicle that I can drive while mines is in the shop and they said no. My vehicle is a 2017 Dodge Durango GT on July 8th 2023 it went up in flames on its own and put myself and 5 of my children in danger. I called Dodge manufacture t ************** and opened a case with them on 07/10/2023 the case#********. I called multiple times because I never got a response or updates on this case. The last call I made was prior to the one today was on 09/1/23 I spoke to a gentleman who claimed they closed the case due to lack of information but when I would call they never mentioned this and would always say this case was still waiting to be assigned to a case manager or that the case manager was changed. The gentleman proceeded to saying he had to create a new case, which he did and case #******* but he said he couldn't assign it to a case manager because I didn't have the exact address to where the vehicle is due to the insurance removing it from my property and now the insurance has it in a tow yard that I didn't have the information at that moment. The gentleman proceeded to say they couldn't help me due to not having the vehicles location but back in July when I had my vehicle in my possession they never did anything about my case and completely ignored it, Today 09/6/23 I called again because I was able to get the address and location of the vehicle and the lady that answered the call her name was ******* was very rude didn't even want to listen to what I had to say and said they couldn't help me anymore because my insurance was helping me. So just because my insurance is doing what they can now Dodge cant help me and take responsibility of putting my children and myself in danger. They couldn't tell me that from the beginning that if my insurance took place they couldn't take the case when the other gentlemen told me he only needed the location to the vehicle. Why is this now being told to me and giving me the run around since July and not taking responsibility of a vehicle that was made by them and could of been a much bigger fatality. I am not the only person with a Dodge and peoples lives can be in danger. I lost my car and have been ******* since because of something that went wrong with the vehicle a malfunction and because Im trying to do something to get help and prevent other people to get through this Im getting the door closed and rude people on the line telling me to go and *** them then. Even after seeing that their product put myself and my children in danger they are choosing not to do anything and acting as if this was just something simple to brush of and don't understand the severity of this situation. On their message it says the vehicle has been tampered with and saying it is being fixed by my insurance which is incorrect and I did tell them the vehicle was a total loss so where are they getting that my vehicle is being fixed. Problems like this that they take lightly can kill someone and they simply don't care even though it is their product. They should take responsibility of their selling products. It is not ok to act like this is not a something concerning and life threatening. My children and myself suffered trauma because of this incident and they just want to wash their hands and say we can't do anything. So inconsiderate and disappointing of such a large company.

I have a 2014 chrysler town and country that was only 97k miles. ********** was good except it making a ticking noise. I just find out that the noise were some Rocker that was defective and it is really common in the 3.6l v6 engine that were made by chrysler. Really disappointed to find out it will cost about $5k to fix it for defective Rocker that cost about $15. It is ridiculous to make rockers in a engine that failed easily and it is even more ridiculous because it is so difficult to replace the cost of labor to replace it are crazy. Chrysler knew about this but still won't recall to fix the problem with an updated version of rockers. Costing consumers thousands. I would like chrysler to make it right for me as an consumer and fix this problem and replace all cheap defective components with an updated version. Thank you.Customer Answer

On July 18, 2023 I purchased a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L from ******* *******/Jeep of *********, ********. within the first week of my purchase I experienced issues with the vehicle computer. It appeared to be a Bluetooth Pairing issue and I have not been able to use my cell phone or the car pairing to place or recieve phone calls. I have had to pull to the side of the road, turn off my car completely in order to use my cell phone. I have been to the ******* dealership serivce twice for this issue. The first time, August 2, 2023 and they said since I have a ******* phone the car computer may be slower to pair but should resolve on it own. The second, August 8, 2023 time has a service appointment, I was told they cleared profiles and reset the radio. This did not correct the issue so I emailed thier service manager, ****, who texted me, "Until Stellantis comes out with updateds necessary for your vehicle there is nothing I can do". On August 17th, 2023 I went onto the US ************* web site for ********************** and filed a complaint. I bought an extended service contract for my 2011 Jeep for ~$3,000 and Chrysler is only partially covering a covered repair. Seat heaters don't work and they were deemed defective my dealer - Chrysler will cover their replacement. However, to replace the coils, the seat cushion/foam will be damaged and needs to be replaced to ensure the coils can't be felt by the driver/passenger. Foam is not being covered and I was quoted over $2,000 to replace it. I was told if I didn't replace the foam I would feel the heat coils and it would be very uncomfortable. Asking that the seat cushion/foam be including in the warranty work because the warranty work can't be done properly without replacing them. Chrysler is not willing to discuss this with me. On July 1, 2023 I brought my 2019 Chrysler Pacifica Touring-L with 42k miles on it to the dealership because my check engine light came on repeatedly. After 3 weeks of evaluating the issue, the dealership told me that I would need a full engine replacement because coolant was leaking into the engine. It is now August 28, 2023 (almost 2 months) and they do not have an ETA of when the engine will be replaced or even sent out to **********. They told me I can get a rental reimbursement, but when I called to set it up with Stellantis, I left a voicemail but never received a call back. I also sent an email as a follow up and called a second time. At this point, I want Chrysler to buy my car back as it's still under the power train warranty. Then I can move on with my life. My Ram truck has been in Chrysler shops since June 8, 2023. After one month at Fremont motors in **** , they still didn't have a mechanic that would be able to do the job. I took it to ******** Motors in Sheridan ******* on July 5 2023. They ordered the parts on July 14. We are still waiting for one part. I have been give 5 different delivery dates, the last one was Sept 14. I have called customer Service 9 times and been told they have done all they can ,there is no one else I can talk to ,and that they are are closing the file. They have not been helpful at all. My 2022 Dodge Ram **** diesel broke down in the middle of the road on 7/13/23 in ******** ** and was towed in to the local dealer. The dealer diagnosed the issue and came to the conclusion that it was the cause of an recall issue with diesel fuel lines. I called corporate to find a solution for this problem and a very rude employee named ******* gave me no solutions and at the end hung up on me. I went ahead and rented a vehicle from Enterprise so I can commute to work and then finally a supervisor called and told me I would be reimbursed for the rental that I have. Come now it has been over 40 days my car hasn't been fixed and I left about 6 messages for corporate to call me without any responses. I bought a Ram **** cab and chaise with the Laramie package in October 22 on June 27 2023 it was towed to the dealership for transmission troubles it was in the shop for 45 days in that time I was not provided a rental or replacement I have the ram *** care warranty witch does provide a rental in these situations I just want the compensation that they would have provided if I'd had gone through them. According to our records case ******** and ********, this is what the dealer Stated Agent called the dealership and spoke to ***** the service director who stated that the vehicle is not there. The Mopar engine was purchased through Mopar and installed at IRF. Pulled transmission and 4 bolts were stripped. which manual states that the transmission needs to be replaced. Customer put in a bad survey for dealer. If the transmission is fixed properly, they can do the repair and if not, the transmission needs to be replaced. ***** states he should have charged for down time and was ******* dollars for disassembly for restocking af the parts that were special order Customer called the dealer said it cannot be towed until Friday. An IRF supposedly repaired the transmission. The warranty was not declined but the vehicle had to be safe to drive. There is also a STAR case on this but are not able to explain why the engine failed. ***** stated that if the transmission is not repaired properly then the transmission needs to be replaced. Customer asked if they could repair the engine and pull the transmission so that an IRF can repair the transmission. The dealer said no as they are not able to send a vehicle off the parking lot if it is not safe to be driven off the lot. ***** stated that the front of vehicle was taken apart, so they were not able to do the recall. ***** stated that they had to put it back together first to confirm the diagnosis and then removed the radiator again.
If the transmission is not repaired properly the dealer is not able to do the warranty work for the customer. If the transmission is repaired properly then they will do the warranty work.
There is also one open recall that the dealership can complete for the customer.
