Bought a brand new 2022 **** Dually....a truck that costed us over $100k, we lost the full transmission with 5k miles on it while towing our 5th wheel. Could have been a lot worst than it was considering we broke down on the freeway with high speed traffic. My case manager never calls back, I have a $2k tow bill that I am trying to reimbursed for that the case manager refuses to acknowledge. I have a payment I am expecting to be covered for being out a truck for almost a month and the icing on the cake is that they offered me a whopping $65 per day for a rental....you can't even get an economy car for that much. I will be hiring a lemon law attorney. This is the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. I would think I could at least get a call back.

Apparently reading the reviews below I am not the only one that got f.... up by this f...... company. My truck has been sitting in your store for over 3 months waiting for a "part" that was supposed to arrive in August, then in September and now they are saying JANUARY. Is this some kind of joke? I use my truck to work, Chrysler let me rent a truck and said that they will pay me back, however its been MONTHS, and nothing, not even respect they have for customers, my case manager, never answers the phone (which I can't have her phone number directly) and when I ask to be transferred to her they say she is not available. How is it possible to talk to ANYONE in this terrible, horrible, disrespectful company to solve my problem????? I will never ever again buy a RAM.

Leased a new 2022 RAM **** Laramie and had issues from the start. The biggest issues were the radio going out, the electronic stability control and the **** They have attempted repairs 4 times and the issues have not been repaired. The truck is now back in the shop and has been there now over two weeks no repairs have been made yet. The company has done nothing to assist me in getting a new truck or guaranteeing that the truck is fixed in a timely manner. They have denied me a buyback and think it's okay to continue to expect me to pay for a truck that is undriveable.

My jeep was brand new off the lot in 2014. Yep, you guessed it, it was part of the transmission recall. Since 2014 my jeep has had 3 brand new transmission one of which we had to pay half on because the *** LLC wouldnt cover it all and tried not to cover anything. It took the tech at the dealership to speak on our behalf. We worked really hard to get this paid off and have a vehicle to transport my family and my elderly father to and from appts. Now we are having other issues and the newest recall that cannot be fixed. Will they do anything to help us? Nope. Our option is to just get something new(to us). The amount of money wasted on this vehicle over the years and the company not caring at all is completely horrid. I love Jeeps and brand loyal, but after this experience I will never own anything from this company again. If you cannot make a reliable vehicle and will not help those that got your crappy vehicle, then maybe this isnt the business they need to be in.

Have a 2021 Ram **** that is used for my business, Ram issues a recall for a sensor that was not installed and has limited the part to 1 a week per dealer. Who issues a recall with no parts readily available?Took my vehicle to the ********* was purchased from, the tech flashes the ecu before installing the part or checking if the part is on hand, now has check engine light on, dealer keeps truck for 3 weeks, I go get the vehicle and take to another dealer because the first dealer lied constantly about the situation, new dealer gets truck and says they cannot do anything with it because the first dealer marked the recall completed the day I brought to them 3 weeks prior.Call Stellantis and achieved ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!Now driving my tool which I paid $75,000.00 for to make a living and feed the family with a check engine light and knowing it will go into derate/limp mode at any time.Absolute joke of company that does not care if people survive as long as they get paid.

Jeep and Jeep ************* do not value their customers. My Jeep was towed to the dealership in March 2023. Its is almost September and my Jeep has not been repaired. The ************* professionals has offered nothing but excuses as to why my car has not and cannot be repaired. Im paying for a car every month that I cannot drive and have not seen since March. The way it that I have been treated in this situation should be illegal. It should not be legal for a company to keep your car for almost 6 months and not fix it. My car is number 37 to receive an engine, which can mean that it can take another 6 months or more, before my Jeep is fixed. Jeep is very comfortable with treating their customers wrong, and letting their customers suffer; rather than fixing the car in a reasonable amount of time. I live in a city where a car is required to commute to work etc. i hope that people run away from spending their money on with Jeep and any of their products. They dont deserve any stars. Run away from Jeep! Dont spend your money with them. Get a more reliable car with a better service.

I have always been appalled how manufacturers can get away with making cars that are not reliable enough, and yet charge so much money and be doing so well, while consumers are left in their closets, praying that things work out. My husband and I purchased a 2012 Dodge Durango Citadel with a 5.7 Hemi engine. My daughter was driving on the freeway, when the car started smoking. This didn't make any sense, as we had just had an oil change not even 2 months prior, and had barely put any miles on it sense. We were on our way from our 2 year old nephew's funeral when we got the phone call and we're not close enough to get to our children. We caught a family member to go to them and ask him to take some antifreeze, just in case. When he got there, he said the antifreeze was still full, but there was no oil in the car. This did not make sense to us. We had it told towed to an auto repair shop and the owner of the shop told us that he has seen this problem in number of times before with the Dodge Hemi engines. He said that something must have come apart from the engine and shot through the oil pan causing all the oil to spill out and therefore causing the engine to blow... Being that he said he had seen this a number of times, I checked online to see if there weren't any recalls. There were not any recalls for this problem for a 2012. But there was, was a recall for this engine for years after it, for the same problem, but for some reason, 2012 is not included in this recall. The crazy thing, is at there are a ton of blogs online from people experiencing the same problem. Why do big time companies get away with stuff like this? My husband and I had to dip into our home savings in order to fix our vehicle. To fix a problem that they should have corrected when they realize their issues with the **** engines.

I have a 2018 Dodge Ram **** with less than 60k miles and my transmission went. I'm covered under a factory warranty and have been waiting on a transmission for MONTHS and haven't been able to get any results and no response to the many calls and messages I've sent. Dodge isn't even communicating with the dealership. I'm just out of a vehicle it seems to be. I will never buy or recommend anyone to buy anything from them.

Ram customer care and the local Ram dealership are below average.I bought a 2022 Ram **** Diesel and the transmission went out late 2022 with around 40k miles or so. FCA communication was great and got me a rental truck because my truck was so new and under warranty. Dealership replaced the transmission. July 2023 transmission went out again. FCA dropped the ball this time. I have called 3 times in the course of 5 days and no response from the case manager. No communication whatsoever. I buy new Ram trucks so I can use them. This is MY LAST Ram truck.
