      We bought 5 brand new Dodge Ram for company in January 2023, and all of them broke down after a week, transmission is***. Vehicles were towed to Dodge certified service, and repaired for 4 months. We paid for towing and for 4 months bank payments, even if broke vehicles were stacked in service. They refuse to reimburse our money! now looking for lawyer to file a ***

      I financed a 2017 Ram **** in 2019, and it has had issue, after issue, after issue. I honestly had no idea that the **** trucks were so low quality and unreliable. Unfortunately, I found this out far too late, because now I have a truck that does NOT run, I've put several THOUSAND dollars worth of work into it, and both the local dealership AND Chrysler Care refuses to do anything about it.This truck is my families only vehicle, and after paying the monthly car note, insurance, repairs, and a loan we took out to cover what the warranty (we purchased) didn't, we are left helpless; and now with a very big paperweight.Purchasing this truck was the BIGGEST single mistake we have made, it single-handedly ruined our finances, and the fact that no one will accept responsibility, is outrageous. My family and I have been through a very difficult last few years, and I even personally types a letter and mailed it to Chrysler headquarters, one to customer care, and one to the Head of Ram Trucks, and neither even took the time to respond. Some great company they are..I listed the numerous issues I had with the truck from the get go, including: shutting off mid-drive, e-brake failure, cruise control malfunction on multiple occasions, side mirror malfunctions, light issues, electrical issues, AC issues more than once, radio issues, parts coming loose, sensor fails, fuel sensor failure more than once even after dealership repair, and so much more. These trucks are now worthless in my eyes, and even more so is Chrysler, since they obviously do not care about anyone who purchases these trucks.I regret ever deciding to get this truck, it left us with no transportation, debt, and financial crisis. Thank you Chrysler.-****************

      The *********************** Backing of product, 2022 Ram **** Bighorn is Junk and Chrysler/RAM is horrible.U-connect is***s since date of purchase. Replace radio and still not fixed and refuse to fix it. Fan motor replaced and continues to change speeds from low to high to low to high for no reason and I do not have temperature control. Call customer service to file complaints and all they do is Close complaints with No Call Back or resolution. Was told that customer service can not do a thing but just take the complaint. SO what is the use of customer service. Have videos of my vehicles is***s and *** refuses to fix the radio, fan motor, and transmission that jerks the truck back and forth. Having to *** ************************** for Breach of Contract and Lemon Law as they do Nothing to back their product or fix known safety is***s reported to them. Radio will make a loud electrical pop, then the *** screen goes blank, then the radio will turn off and eventually reboot itself. It knocks out the dashboard lights and speedometer, back up camera and Defroster which are All Safety is***s. It also makes me lose the ** and heating unit as the Radio is the mother board for the truck. ************************** has had this is*** for YEARS with No fix and all they provide is excuses and stall the customer. ********************** cares Nothing about the SAFETY of the owners or people on the road, just their money. DO NOT BUY RAM/CHRYSLER Products!!! Illegally recorded my phone conversations with them. I advised them of the state and federal laws and they continue to violate my rights and the laws and they do not care. DO NOT BUY Chrysler or RAM Products. I have to *** them for Lemon Law and Breach of contract and they still will not fix any of the is***s or buy back the vehicle. ALL they care about is keeping UNSAFE vehicles on the road.

      Terrible warranty provider. . can't ever talk to the same person and have to tell your story over each and everytime. Never any callbacks or follow-thru. "Checks in the mail" since March 28, 2023 and now it's June 1st and "checks still in the mail". . what a terrible terrible company and a waste of money. Shame on the dealership for selling me this worthless vehicle warranty and shame on MOPAR / Stellantis for treating paying customers this way. Time for an attorney and a 'breach of warranty' lawsuit to make these people pay what they promised!

      I own a 2022 Dodge Challenger **** Pack with ***** miles on it. I wish I could leave ZERO stars.here is what happened: A cylinder blew and my engine is shot. The local dealership made a claim to Stellantis under my manufacture warranty and Stellantis keeps rejecting the claim and has not yet covered the warranties and claims on the motor. No modifications have ever been done to the vehicle, its completely stock. This has been on going for 2 weeks. Im extremely disappointed that Stellantis will not back their product and is giving me (the consumer) and the local dealer rejection after rejection on a car with less than ***** miles on it. This occurred when I was driving about 35 miles per hour. I have not been offered a loaner vehicle and stellantis has not made this right. This has been an absolute horrific experience. Im extremely disappointed with the customer service and run around that has been ongoing for weeks.

      I have been without my 2015 Ecodiesel since the end of March 2023. Stellantis Group knows of the problem but refuses to fix the problem . I have tried multiple times to talk to the case manager and no one seems to care. I have had enough! I want my truck fixed and drivable and dependable . As it is my field office.

      Paid so much money for the the great features that they "offer". Spent over three hours trying to get in contact with them trying to get this product fixed. Quick to take the 500$ out of the account but no one can fix the problem. One of the staff got it approved to put everything through, then they forwarded me to another department to receive the "solution" They did not receive the confirmation, which is the number they gave me. The staff stated yeah no one can approve that so I can pay the money again if I want the product. The person would not give me the name but wanted me to provide the name of the lady who stated she would override it, I stated its one who filed the case # he goes yeah so I asked him if he can provide his name he stated no, I asked to speak to his supervisor who was quick to say yeah we are not doing that, in a matter of seconds but proceeded to make me, wait an additional 30 minutes to be rude and what was the name of the lady who promised you that I said check the person who started the claim # he goes yeah I see it I want to hear it from you though, I stated I do not recall cause this is the 6 person I have talked to today he goes yea not doing that. I asked what his name or ID was *****, he would not need provide me with title, position, or worker number to file a complaint. He stated my name is ***** need me to spell that for you *********.

      Absolutely awful service! My Jeep broke down on Christmas due to a failed engine at only ****** miles. Turns out my vehicle was part of a class action lawsuit against Chrysler due to faulty engines. After opening a case with Chrysler corporate, it took the two parties over 4 months to replace my engine and get my car back up and running. Throughout the process neither party could get on the same page and kept blaming each other throughout. The class action lawsuit extended the basic warranty to 7 years/100,000 miles which should cover the entire cost of my repairs. Even with the warranty extension, Chrysler is refusing to reimburse me for my out of pocket costs for the repairs. Awful company and awful service, especially for someone who has been a loyal customer of their brands for the last 10 years. I will never buy another car associated with any of these brands. Do yourself a favor...stay away from these brands and never bring your vehicle here for service!

      My wife and I purchased a 2020 Dodge **** pack in 2020, there were a few minor problems, door panels, ect. at the beginning of April 2023, the transmission started down shifting hard, from 4th to 3rd and from 2nd to 1st, I did my research online, in the dodge forum and other sites, and found many, many owners of different dodge products with the same issue.There were several suggestions for trying to solve this problem. so we took the vehicle to have the transmission fluid and filter replaced, that did not solve the problem. I continued to research the issue and it seems the only other 2 options were to take the car to a dealer to have the transmission software flashed, several said it worked for them, most said it didn't, and the only other recourse was to drive the car as is, or to have the transmission replaced at a cost of ***** dollars. I man from ******* born and raised, all of my family worked in the factories in the 50's to the 80's and all we have are Dodge and Chrysler products, . Charger x 2, Durango, and 300. So I was a little shocked when I took the Charger **** Pack to the dealer to try and have the Transmission software flashed and they said it cost 200 dollars and that might not fix the problem. I contacted Dodge and spoke with a customer service person named ******, She said there was nothing they could do unless I took the car to the dealer and let them perform a diagnostic on the can and maybe they could cover the charges or maybe NOT, wow really, It looks all of the dodge products are having the same problem, and when I asked if they know about this issue of if anyone in the company knows about this problem, and if they have a fix for it, I started getting the run around, SHAME ON YOU DODGE, I asked to speak with her manager or supervisor or anyone else, the answer was NO.I have to say I am very disappointed and won't buy another dodge, and let anyone that asked about the Charger my daughter bought YESTERDAY, and that's too bad

      We find ourselves in a really bad spot. Our 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid has been at a dealership since the middle of November 2022. The battery pack and the transmission have been replaced and the car is still not safe to drive. There is no estimate as to when the car will be returned to us.We were told at the time that Chrysler would reimburse us for up to $75 dollars a day for the cost of a rental car, but without telling us, they changed their mind.They now say they will NOT reimburse us.Weve racked up about $7,000 in credit card debt, assuming wed get it back. Weve also paid five car payments for a car that we cannot use, and *** never be able to.We have been told various reasons by Chrysler for their decision not to reimburse. That there is an additional recall against the vehicle that invalidates our previous agreement. Or that the car must be fixed before rental costs can be reimbursed. That is a red *******, as it seems likely to me that the car *** very well never be fixed.We must now decide whether to continue to rent a car at our own expense, running up thousands of dollars of additional credit card debt that *** never be repaid, or try to get by without one.We have been treated with rudeness and a complete lack of cooperation by Chrysler customer support. Our emails are not returned. Our phone calls are not answered. If the phone is picked up, on a rare occasion, it is usually placed on the table next to the customer service employee while they continue their conversation with a fellow worker in the background.Were really at our **** end on this one.Im posting this in part, because I want to warn everyone not to do any business with Chrysler or any of the brands belonging to their parent company Stellantis if you can at all avoid it.But also, because we honestly dont know what to do.
