My 2016 Jeep Renegade had a wheel fall off. I purchased the auto. used and it had ******* on it at the time when the wheel came off. Fortunately I was only going about 35 mph. when it came off. If I had been on the Freeway, or traveling at a greater speed the car would have flipped. One week prior to the wheel falling off I was on the Freeway traveling 80 mph and we would of flipped. My Family and I would been killed and that was according to a statement made by the Professional Car Mechanic who repaired the wheel. So according to the invoice from the Mechanic the Wheel kicked off the car entirely, axle popped out of the joint. And it cost me almost $2,000 to repair it. **** Chrysler has divorced themselves completely from the entire problem. Only by responding to me several times to me that the car is not under a Warranty and that the faulty wheel is not a a recall. I complained to the ************************ about this Manufactures defect because **** Chrysler won't answer my questions, they just keep responding with the same statement that the car is not under a Warranty and is not on a recall. Chrysler has a horrible reputation for making garbage automobiles, I will heed all the warnings and never purchase another one of their junk products again. Buyer Beware you life could depend on it.

I bought a new Jeep Renegade on Friday, 3 days ago. It had 15 miles on it. The car now has 75 miles and it gives no sign of life. I have been trying to set up a pickup with Stellantis for the last two days. When I purchased the car they told me the car had free towing but Stellantis will NOT send a tow truck unless I pay $140.20. I also had to spend probably 2 hours total with several phone operators and each asked again for all the same data like Vin number, make and model of the car. I had another Renegade before and I bought a new one because the first did not give me any problems in 6 years.

This Corporation is a Shame to all other ****makers worldwide! My near death experience with my 2015 Jeep Cherokee has left me diagnosed with PTSD, heightened flare *** of my Crohns and othe ****immune digestive diseases, an inoperable vehicle to get much needed help, current medical conditions that need ongoing lab tests and dr ************ that I am unable to drive to. Had to stop calling **************** because I was repeatedly transferred to the wrong department. The claims department disconnects our call immediately after I have told them my name and claim#. They refused to give me and my **** Insurance Agent a copy of the claim, responding with An Attorney needs to submit a request in writing! Then will abruptly disconnect the call. I received only one response by email that was clearly a automated generated message that was generalized as being unable to help and was empathetic towards my situation, yet no offer to assist in any way to resolve in getting my Jeep back on the road, let alone compensation for a Model vehicle that they own!More less sorry for your luck, but you ARE ****** S*** Outta Luck ***** to be me now 8 months later, my Jeep still sits inoperable while waiting for the parts to miraculously appear because they cannot be located anywhere and the manufacturing plant for these parts was closed in March of 2023, conveniently one month before my explosion! All is hush, hush of this announcement and all dealership ****************** managers are maintaining that the parts are still on back order without a designated date..Hmmmm, in addition, it appears that this situation has many Attorneys standoffish from taking on these cases. Talked to a dozen attorneys and still searching for that one who believes in principle and safety of consumers over the final $$$ commission they can obtain! This Country is going to S*** in a hand Basket! Cant even rely on the Government offices that oversee these ****mobile Corporations. So sad.

I own a 2019 Ram **** Longhorn with all the bells & whistles, bought it brand new in November 2019. I love the *********** am a car enthusiast and see cars as works of art. However, I work in law enforcement and I can't tell you how many reports my peers and I have done for stolen Dodge/Ram/Jeep/Chrysler vehicles in the Greater Houston area. It's a known issue that's plagued these modern vehicles for years. High end trim vehicles, or high performance vehicles consisting of the 6.4L V8, 6.2 Supercharged V8, Cummins 6.7 V8 are frequently stolen in just 1 minute due to the OBD2 port being exploited so easily. Just because those are the most sought after, any modern Mopar vehicle with push button start can easily be stolen. Thieves plug in a tablet and make a new key fob after gaining entry and just drive off in a blink of an eye. Uninformed customers who purchase these vehicles have no idea. DO BETTER Stellantis, why are y'all supporting theft? Sure, people can file a full coverage claims but many people won't get back what their vehicle is worth, especially those that have done a lot of after market work on their beloved vehicles. You guys are disgrace, this is corporate greed at its finest. Don't forget that y'all had to take the government bail out money built from the back bone of Americans. You owe the customers who have entrusted their hard earned money to you. Either improve your anti-theft system, provide an immobilizer, etc. just give a little bit of care and do something to address this long-time issue. I've had to spend a lot of extra money to invest in anti-theft systems so my vehicle doesn't get stolen and I always preach to anyone with a Mopar vehicle to do the same because the company doesn't care enough about its customers. If anyone ever decides to buy high performance, high priced Mopar vehicles, then please research IGLA, Ravelco, Compustar, on top of blocking your OBD2 port, using some sort of GPS system, and even a good old fashioned club.

My 2018 Jeep has been in a Jeep certified garage 3 times this year for the known Pentastar engine issue for camshafts and related parts. And Ive driven an approximate ************************************************ March of 2022.Not only has it been the same recurring issue thats annoying, but the Jeep/MOPAR/FCA/Stellantis US ************* case managers I receive aren't communicating properly with myself, the garage, or themselves internally. I think Im up to 3 case managers for this issue that probably dont even know theyre working separately on this?I am now in fear of the safety and reliability of the engine. Plus my own safety when on the road for the consistent unknown. Let alone the possible resale value of it. I dont even know if there could be metal flake in my engine oil from the deteriorated cams and other parts. The customer support team really needs to get together and communicate better, perhaps even spend a lil bit more money on their customers for a better experience to boost their marketability and on themselves for a better internal team with all the known negativity since the JL/JT launch. Dealing with case managers from an outside agency that can't speak or type proper English is frustrating (I'm not ignorant, I try working with them and it's hard), nor understanding vehicle mechanics is very disheartening. As I purchased this Jeep brand new as my first new vehicle ever and Ive only treated this Jeep with the best of care with maintenance and cleanliness, Id like to keep it for a very long time.

We purchased our manual 2021 Jeep Gladiator in October 2020 and on driving it home, we immediately noticed the clutch felt differently than our previous Jeep, but thought that we probably had to adjust the way we drove. Then in 2023 a safety recall came out regarding the clutch but no fix was available. The recall stated it could cause a fire and we read several news articles where it indeed resulted in massive fires destroying the entire vehicle. The recall also stated that if one had the repair completed (we assumed with a different clutch since they did not offer a fix), one should submit proof of replacement for reimbursement. After experiencing the clutch overheating several times during ordinary driving conditions (it emitted a burning smell in the cab), we became concerned and had our clutch replaced. Then we contacted Stellantis with proof of replacement but were immediately denied even though they had approved others requests with higher amounts. We guess they would rather put their customers lives at risk than spend a little money to ensure their safety. Weve driven Jeeps since **** and never had any problems with them. Why they went with a lesser quality clutch is a mystery, unless it was to save them a few bucks. Totally disappointed!

I bought a 2022 Ram **** Brand new in January the truck is currently sitting at a whopping ****** miles , it's been in the dealer more times than I can count .... first issue was the truck had a grinding sound when shutting off (sounded like the starter trying to engage) *** put a new starter in Didn't fix it , then they decided to replace the transmission adapter plate and a flex plate didn't fix it (mean while the truck actually warped the old parts !!) , They then put a new transmission in at ****** miles ***** is still making the same noise... And now the truck has a motor knock , and a valve train noise at higher RPMS I am told dodge engineering is working on that haha.... and Both my key fobs work half the time... what a load of BS I paid ****** dollars for this truck it should have 0 issues at ****** miles, I bought this truck as my 1 and only vehicle I can't afford for it to be in the shop constantly and I bought a truck because I need one so every time it goes into the shop they give me a car .... I did not buy a car I bought a truck because I needed one. I can't believe a company like this even stays in business. The second that truck had major issues Ram should have swapped it out for a different new truck.... I will never buy another ram product after this, and I defiantly won't be sending anyone their way. I am a 23 year old. I have lots of life left for buying new vehicles... *** has definitely lost a customer in me for life.

I was supposed to have free towing with both Chrysler and also my car insurance. I called for towing for my car and they wanted a $15 deductible even though it was supposed to be for free. Then when I called under my insurance company, a *********** Manufacturers, which offers, free, towing, This ripoff company wanted a $55 copayment which they said I would have to get refunded from my insurance. I called AAA instead. Complete rip off company.

0 stars..... 0! I am sitting here frustrated.... Trying to get ahold of a manager right now and I am regretting getting into this lease. I had a 2011 *** **** that I was almost done paying off, I am pregnant and decided that I needed a new vehicle because my *** is older and was starting to show its age. Well, as happy as I was my fianc and I decided we would get the newer vehicle because the baby will be here soon. First payment was paid and I had no issues, I have never had any issues paying my *** from a difference dealer and I made my payments on time every time. So, my second payment was take out of my account and there was plenty of money in my account. Next thing I know the amount was kicked back into my account, frantic I called and the workers reinsured me everything was fine. So, I waited and waited to get this payment taken out of my account. Never did, so, I made another payment and then that payment took out twice.... I had to call and make a stop pay on the account because I had been waiting for over two weeks and 4 people later to make sure this issue was resolved. Yet again, I auto paid like they said to do... Took out of my account and then it was back in my account on Monday, I talked to 3 more people and they said everything was fine. To then see that the funds where "reversed" into my account again... I called my back and they swore it was not them again for the 3rd time. I called Stellantis just to be told it was MY FAULT that it was probably me entering the wrong account numbers in the wrong spot. How... In the h*** did it take out of my account and put the funds BACK into my account if there was any issue of account numbers..... almost 2 hours of waiting to speak to someone as I write this and I am fuming being told this is my fault.
