This company will leave you high and dry. And ble their manufacturing on the dealership. My Radiator, both Cv axels transmission all failed at ****** miles. This whole company is a waste of time and effort. They can keep their Jeep and never support a company that does not support their customers. Period.

I have a 2019 Dodge Durango and have a ******* S20 on a 13 operating system . I have a problem with my phone connecting to the hands free radio . It has happened for the 2nd time in 4 months . The 1st time I had to go to the dealer for them to fix it. I can use my phone in my hand to call but I cannot use it hands free thru the radio system it losses all my contacts. It shows my phone is paired. I have called ******* and went thru un pairing and re pairing but my contacts do not come up. ******* states it is a vehicle update problem. Today I called Dodge Corporation and was prompted to uconnect which is the system on the radio to connect to your cell phone. On speaking to the representative I come to find out the operating system 13 for ******* S20 is not on their list of operating systems. She states that they have not received any of the newer phone system updates. I would need to go to the dealer and have them fix it. I believe I will be charged but have not gone in since I am 45 miles from the dealer. I am faulting Dodge and Uconnect for not keeping up with newer phone systems. I feel this is a safety hazard and as I found out even extended warranty, which I have does not cover the cost. Driving and using the phone in newer vehicles should never have this issue.

I recently bought a 2019 ***************** 9 months ago, a beautiful car, my dream car. It made a rattling noise, took it to the dealer when I went for my $305 oil change 10k miles, **********, **************. They said it was normal, just the turbo winding down,. I did not believe them and took it back that dealer who was closing down. The ********* location(only one left in the state, said it was the oil pump, replaced the oil pump at 20k miles, on the next scheduled oil change, now they have to replace the motor.at 30K miles and it would be weeks before I get my car back. I email Chrysler **** directly and the representative offered a sim month *** care warranty that only extended my current warranty by one month. I said that was an insult and she offered two oil changes with a *** of $110 off each one. Another slap in the face. The reviews are very bad on this car and the engine noise complaints are many and seem to be warranted.

If I could give no stars I would because they do not deserve a single star. I have a brand new 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee with not even ***** miles on it. It has been in the shop while I still pay for it of course for more than 4 months with no clear update when the part will be available. Its a simple roof panel or what should be a simple roof panel with a panoramic moon roof part number 68361195AA. I would recommend anyone wanting to purchase a new jeep with panoramic roof panel to run as fast as you can because neither Mopar or Stellantis are doing anything about it. They have new vehicles coming out all the time but yet my brand new jeep sits waiting on this part. Never have I had to deal with something like this & had I known how incompetent **************************** auntomotive companies were. Pretty sure if it was one of there worthless a** upper management folks that needed the part they would have it the next day. The problem easily seen is the new cars are more important than the cars already purchased. So why my jeep continues to sit in a shop waiting for this part feel good about yourself Stellantis execs youre doing a fine job. Eventually I will hook this jeep up to tow truck & drag to one of your ***************** can f*** off. Take this raggedy as jeep that I paid a lot of money for to just sit in shop. I thought wow jeep really stepped it up gave the Cherokee a whole new look along with the V8 HEMI but I was wrong your just a bunch of carpet baggers lying your ***** off to make the sale. Common sense would be to put your customers who already bought & own a jeep as priorities but as usual your too stupid to understand this so we suffer while you continue to run the worst of the worst automobile companies. Someone needs to do whatever it takes to get the roof panels out for those that desperately need them. I do not like paying for a vehicle I cant even drive because I was dumb enough to buy a Jeep. So go f*** yourselves!!!!!

I bought a Jeep Gladiator Rubicon from a dealership in *****. The car came with transmission issues and I took the vehicle to the dealership 3 times for a total of 20 days and they still havent been able to fix the issue. Theyve tampered with the transmission and changed parts and I no longer want the vehicle. I called and tried to speak with them and told them Im open to negotiating options, but they plainly denied my case. They are sharks. They dont care about the people That actually keep their doors open.

I had a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Diesel. The fuel pump failed Dec. 2022, luckily it was a recall. The dealership I took it to had no loaners to give, so I called and asked 3x what the stipulations were on a car rental. I was told it had to be under $55/ day and the reimbursement was not guaranteed. I rented a car from enterprise for 27 days totaling $1409.77, which I paid. I got my Jeep back Feb. 2023, almost 3 months in the shop, submitted for my reimbursement and it was denied. The reasons, rental not active service contract and the vehicle is outside its warranty. If I was told my car had to be under warranty I would've never rented a car, luckily I borrowed my parents car for some of that time. I will never buy a Jeep or any Chrysler vehicle again.

I ordered a ******* ********* 4/2023 from ******* *****. I was going to put down the 61K from my previous ******* hellcat, ***** the salesman said that I shold put down the minimum. I called him on the first of every month to get an updated purchase order status go from BA, BX to BG with no real understanding of the meaning. I reached out to ***** customer service 11/2022 and ***** said I had to reach out to my dealership (THE SAME PEOPLE WHO ARE GIVING ME THE RUNAROUND). Now in 1/2023 I email *. **********(New GM) and CC’d *. *****(the manager who put the order in). D. ********** emailed back stating that he would look into it. No one emailed after that, * ***** called me with a Story I’m 100% sure he would never email. I emailed customer care twice. ***** responded contact your dealership that already had no answers. I emailed customer care the second time and **** stated that my claim would be forwarded to a specialized team and that they would respond in one day. After 7 days of silence i emailed back just checking in. ****** emailed me back saying contact the same dealer that will not answer my questions. It seems like dodge took a deposit from Americans and kept it for a year with no interest on cars that they could not deliver.
I would like to contact the person that is in charge of checks and balances ******* *****?
I would like to also know via email what happened to my order?
Can I get my deposit plus interest if dodge canceled it for some reason because I did not.
      Thanks

My 2020 Ram that I bought brand new has been going in for injection pump problems since 7k miles. ***** dealerships telling me it was okay to have metal in my fuel system and me arguing it wasnt I opened a case with Ramcare. ******* contacted the dealership and the dealership told them they were just going to change filters. *** issued a recall and I found a dealership that would do it after purchasing dealership wouldnt do it. Truck went for recall in April of 2022 and came back spewing diesel. Truck went back immediately to be fixed. ***** developed power streering leak which I tracked down and photographed, dealership kept the truck for half a week and called to deny a leak. I told the dealership service advisor that I would not be taking the truck back unless it was fixed and if they didnt fix it I wanted a new one. I sent the photos I had and the my said the truck had a leak that needed to be fixed. Truck was supposed to have two recalls addressed while it was in for power steering leak, the serious one is a leaking transmission dipstick that can result in a fire, dealership did not fix this and it has leaked onto the turbo. Between injection pump, poor AC performance, and the constant leaking I do not believe this truck will last for much longer, will leave me stranded, or put someone in danger. I want this vehicle bought back or I will pursue lemon law in *****.

Order Vehicle takes too long and when it's built, another waiting game instead of prioritize the built vehicle. Online tracker never accurate, buyers are confuse, not enough imformation.
