1 starId give less than one if possible. Bought a new rebel in 2017 with a lifetime powertrain warranty through the dealer. This past September (2023) the lifters failed and were replaced. A few weeks later the lifters failed again. Had the truck for a few days and the engine knocking again started. Again my truck has been at the dealer since September.pushing 6 months at this point. After what seems to be thousands of phone calls, texts and emails, the tech requested an engine replacement. Then my corporate case manager calls me(they dont leave detailed messages-only that you need to call them back). I tell the case manager that the tech is requesting a new engine. Cade manager seemed shocked and I tell him that I have a lifetime warranty. He should know this since Ive had an open case for months now. And tell me I need to give permission to the dealer to begin the work, meanwhile the dealer says they are waiting on corporate for more info. Then there is Stellantis case management, what a joke. Ive had 5 case managers now-each time theyve been changed with no explanation and Im starting from ground zero. Dont even try to talk to a supervisor. Youre lucky if you get a call back at all, let alone in their 48 hour callback window. Sometimes the do t put the supervisor callback request in the notes at all. **************** has been great -their entire customer service should be trained by that team. Normal consumer side is atrocious. I still have no car, no resolution and no tentative ETA.Review fromERICA P

There are multiple recalls out on my vehicle and my vehicle is not safe to drive my vehicle has continued to be in **************** and every time. My Jeep is a leased vehicle and Jeep is not holding up to their end of the contract as they continue to have my vehicle while I am paying a lease payment and telling me there is nothing they can do. I have received my vehicle back there has been problem after problem. I contacted Jeep wave as instructed and they were very rude and unwilling to assist. I have had multiple cases with Jeep wave as of yet my vehicles issues have not been resolved currently my check engine light is back on after replaced engine my steering has been affected to the point of when driving. Jeep wave has done nothing to assist me and I need further help.Review fromStephanie A

1 starI have been waiting for a battery pack for over 3-4 months. I live in ******* ** and have called Chrysler several times. They tell me Stellantis is a digital new thing and the battery pack has been on back order for 3-4 months. In the meantime my 2019 Dodge Ram truck has been breaking down, check engine light stays on, the dealership replaced my battery. I'm calling them every day because I'm single mom who has a disabled son and my truck keeps stopping on me. I purchased a lemon and this is unacceptable. The miles are at ****** on a 2019 and my truck is giving me problems since I purchased it.Can someone please help me? 1 starGood morning to everyone. I need your help getting the word out. I will keep this as short as possible. I purchased a Dodge Ram **** very late in 2021. The truck has less than ****** miles on it. Ive had tremendous issues with the drive line. I reached out to Chrysler customer service. That was a futile endeavor. They did not help at all. **************** would not even provide me with a rental truck. I then reached out to the *** of Dodge directly, *************************************************** did not reach out personally. He did have a Mr. *************************** contact me to personally handle this till it was resolved. Here is what Ive gone through. On 11/18/2023 my trucks transfer case detonated while driving through ******* **. I live in ************* almost 3hrs.away. This is the 3rd drive line issue in the last 6 months or so. As of 1/19/24 I still dont have a truck to drive. Chrysler has left me stranded since the breakdown. In total over the last 6 months my truck has been in multiple dealerships waiting for parts for repairs leaving me stranded with no form of transportation for 3 months or more. *** asked for a rental truck and was denied. I have asked for a buyback and was denied. The dealership that the truck is currently at got in a truck very much like my truck in terms of condition and mileage. The used car manager and myself thought it was the right truck to make a swap. The dealership was willing to work with Chrysler to make that happen to get me back on the road. This was proposed to ***************************. As of right now 1/19/2024 I dont think he has even reach back out to ***** the used car manager at the dealership to discuss the possibility of it happening. He certainly did not respond to my e-mails suggesting it. Neither did Mr. ******* *******************Review fromCheryl S

1 starI have a Grand Jeep Cherokee and not even 4yrs after driving it off the lot brand new my engine needed a lot of parts to be replaced. They were all covered under warranty but they would only pay for part of the diagnostics which ran almost $700! Warranty should have covered all after selling me a brand new truck with bad engine. Will be the last Chrysler vehicle I own.Review fromJana A

1 starA Jeep Wrangler was my dream car and has been a total nightmare. 2020 Rubicon with less than ****** miles stopped running 3 days after purchase, It has been at a Jeep dealer for 9 months with a Star case open. Multiple visits from Stellantis 'Specialists" have not not fixed the issue of the car not starting. The Jeep dealer now refuses to work on the car anymore and it has be towed, but Stellantis can't give me a direction as to what I should do next. I am constantly calling Stellantis, asking for the case to be escalated, reaching out to the Area Manager with no progress. My last ditch effort is to reach out to management listed on Linkedin today for some sort of direction. So far my first (and last) Jeep experience has been horrendous. I would not consider buying any of the Jeep/Dodge/Chrysler brands after this. Out a large amount of money, 9 months of stress and appalled a Jeep dealer can refuse to work on its on vehicle and there appears to be no recourse and so far no assistance from the manufacturer. If a manufacturer can't fix it's own car you would think it would be a candidate for buy back / replacement but so far I have had no luck.Review fromRonald A

1 starI have a 2020 dodge ***********. Not a cheaply priced truck by any means. I purchased the truck used but had an extended warranty. The exhaust manifold started leaking almost immediately. I tried to get the truck in to have the manifold replaced but was told that i needed both sides and they didn't have them in stock because it was a big problem with manufacturing. The price I was quoted seemed a little outrageous so I took it to a different shop. They told me that it only needed one side, quoted a much cheaper price, but still couldn't fix it because they couldn't get the part. I'm leaving this review because a truck this new shouldn't have cracked manifolds... and if it does, it shouldn't be a problem so widely spread that there's a shortage of the part. My truck is out of warranty now, so there's nothing I can do about it, but the manufacturer should be responsible for the quality of their product. This is my third dodge ram and it will be my last. As a side note. I was driving into the sunrise today and tried to adjust the visor. It came detached and I couldn't see for a few seconds. Not sure if this is a nationwide problem as well, but someone could get hurt. I've always been a big dodge fan, but this experience has cured me of that.Review fromJeff B

1 starThis company suuucks!!! What a load of craaap! Just want to make a payment. Website will NOT allow me to add a payment method/account number. Called 5 (FIVE times)!!! Looong hold times and disconnections. ARRRG!!! Can't wait to re-fi away from this poorly run and UN-professional BS company. Additionally, two of the reps that I spoke with are not fluent English speakers too. I guess that should be expected in this NEW messed-up world we "live" in. I think we are ALL in some BIG trouble.Review fromDavid S

1 starNO REFUND FROM CANCELLED WARRANTY CONTRACT: I traded my 2020 Ram **** Limited for another vehicle on July 28, 2023. I requested a refund for the remainder of ***************** Extended Warranty on July 31, 2023. I emailed the required information and my address to the ***************** email address so they could process my warranty refund. After a month, I called to check the refund status but was told it was sent to the wrong address. In August 2023, I was told they would stop payment on the check and issued a new one. I called back in early November 2023 to inquire on the status of the check and was told it had not been issued, but they would speak with the 'case manager' to have the check sent out as soon as possible. A week later, I received a phone call informing me that the check was coming. On December 22, 2023 (today), I called to check on the status of the check, and the check still had not been sent. I was told there may be a delay 'due to the holidays' and that I should check back in two weeks. I am considering taking ***************** to court. I believe these delay and stall tactics are meant to tempt customers to give up so ***************** can keep refunds. I will never do business with any company connected with Stallantis, and I recommend you all stay away from them and their products.
