The worst customer ********************** experience at **************. I purchased a brand new 2023 **** Lightning upon delivery did not look new. Inside and out was dirty, even thought the sales rep knew that I would be coming in on ***** to pick up my truck. The visors are loose, noise on the door, charging port doesnt lock, and the back seat is not leveled or aligned. They did not complete my paint protection after 3 days and the service department doesnt answer my calls and finally after escalating they answered my calls to have nothing fixed and they say all those items are normal. This is not true, and I feel like they are brushing it under the rug. I didnt not like the customer ********************** I received and did not feel that this was a satisfactory experience.

2019 ecosport ***** miles need a new engine because of oil pump issue in 1.0 L engine. I have never had such poor customer ********************** in my life. I bought this car so I wouldnt have to worry about major issue while in school but obviously I should have kept my junk car instead. **** has been scamming people for years. Almost 6k for an engine. And the worst part is that the new engine has the same exact post on it so youll end up needing to replace the new engine eventually. They dont even give any advice in how to fix the problem or how to stop it from happening again.

I have already written to Ford Motor Company and this has not been resolved. Ford Motor Company advised me to keep my repair receipts in case a recall is required by **** (estimated cost of repair is $6700). I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a critical issue with my 2017 **** Fusion, equipped with a 2.0 L Ecoboost Turbo engine. The issue in question, namely coolant intrusion into the engine block, has been a well-documented problem recognized by the Ford Motor Company since at least 2010, as evidenced by Technical Service Bulletin 22-2229.My vehicle, a 2017 **** Fusion, developed this issue when it had approximately ******* miles on the odometer. When I discovered the problem, I promptly contacted two different **** dealerships for assistance, hoping that they would help address this known issue. However, I was met with significant resistance and a refusal to accept responsibility for the issue. Both dealerships cited the fact that my vehicle had exceeded ******* miles as the reason for their inability to assist me. I found this response deeply unsatisfactory and believe it is unfair given the longstanding awareness of the problem by the manufacturer. It is disheartening to learn that Ford Motor Company is unwilling to take responsibility for a problem that is clearly linked to a long-standing issue documented in their own technical service bulletins. This issue poses a significant safety and financial risk to **** Fusion owners, and it is essential that the manufacturer acknowledges its responsibility in addressing and rectifying the problem, regardless of the mileage on the affected vehicles.I have also written to the ************************************* to investigate this matter. respectfully *******************************

2018 **** Escape Cracked Block on EcoBoost Engine...I am now the proud owner of a ****** paper weight.I took my 2018 **** Escape to an authorized **** shop on November 1, 2022, for what I thought was an electrical issue, only to find out that the engine had a cracked block. Prior to that, I had taken it to ************************ because they were an authorized repair shop on the extended warranty purchased. In a nutshell, I was told I had to take the car to an authorized **** shop, because they weren't equipped to repair the car. Considering the car would not exceed 25 miles per hour I had to take it to the nearest **** dealer (**********************************).Here we are a year later, and I found out that the engine could have been replaced back in November of 2022 under the Customer Satisfaction Program ***** **** offered a one-time replacement of the EcoBoost engine, but only if the check engine light was on, and a code could be pulled for the engine (only a **** authorized shop). On October 28, 2023 Midas informed me of the program that should have replaced the engine last November. On October 30, 2023 we took the car back to **********************************, and was told that it was missed, because of transitioning into a new system. Today, I found out this wasn't the case - they weren't required to repair the car, because the check engine light wasn't on, and as anyone with common sense knows there will be no code to pull.We called Ford Motor Company, and we were told we needed to have a fourth diagnosis stating the problem was indeed the engine. Which is partly true, the original work order needed to show the code, and the second diagnosis need to show the same code as the original from *******************. In my opinion a claim was started to show an effort to rectify the issue, without having to resolve the issue. So, we scheduled an appointment at ********* for November 6, 2023.Today, I was told no code - no repair. What a joke they don't even trust their own mechanics.

Awful paid $64,500 for the 2020 **** Expedition and transmission has had issues since purchase. The vehicle is a death Trap. My wife will not allow our children to ride in the vehicle due to the constant hesitation of the transmission. I have complained about the vehicle 5 times to **** they have done 3 major repairs on the transmission and it still does not function properly. Unfortunately when I purchased the lawsuits regarding this transmission had not been published yet. Now research Expedition and F150 transmissions and you will find all the lawsuits **** has dealt with because of their faulty transmission. They know my vehicle is dangerous and they know they can not fix it yet they do nothing. I have about ****** miles on the car transmission still under warranty but it does not matter because they can't fix it. Starting the Lemon Law process but **** does their best to make the process as difficult as possible. Stay away from ****s.

Worse customer service. It ended at purchase of the vehicle. A common issue that they know they have with the screens and make you jump throw hoops, lose time and money to attempt to get it fixed. (Which after numerous visits it is not.). No wonder “Buy American” went to the wayside. Ford just wants to pump out cars and unless there is a safety issue, you are on your own. Buy a $75K truck and cost you more than me and money to jump through hoops to play there multiple visit games to go through their protocols and procedures to fix an issue they know about. Ridiculous pricing on vehicles that are at most sub par off the line have issues they have been aware I know since 2019 as I had one that was giving problems. Audio shop changed it out to stop that problem because Ford “did not know how to fix it”.

I have sent a letter to the 19 Ford Motor Company's Executives and ***** of ********** One letter a week for 5 weeks now.Their response is a canned response. "we don't have a program to cover this"This is a flagrant violation of Advertising, ****************** ***** Reliability and Service" A **** Vehicle with ****** miles and has already had a new engine put in it and now needs a new transmission, that **** wants me to pay $9000 for. How is that ***** Tough?" My warranty expired 2 months ago from time not mileage. **** refuses to stand behind this vehicle and fix the problem at their expense.Cars are being built to last longer. I ************** didn't get the memo!!!

After my getting car key damaged I needed a ignition key replacement for a 2017 **** Fiesta. Since I have a ****.com owners account I reached out for help for ****. Simply put they were usless, 3 local dealers in NE ******* were just as useless. To make me waste more time and to add insult to injury I had to ad the information I had already added to my account again. Called the Service department at ********** 3 times no answer and had to leave a message, they were one of the useless dealer. Next time I buy another brand.
