      Ordered a vehical from them and they are extermly unresponsive when it comes to the delivery date. Have been waiting 60 plus days for it to ship. While orders built well after mine ship first. They have done nothing to correct the problem or reach out with information. From my orginal order date I have now been waiting 629 days. All I am asking since I am paying so much for this purchase is for them to be accountable.

      Ford Motor Company has disappointed a lifetime customer based on false promises. I reserved a Lightning truck on the day reservations opened over 2 years ago. Based on the information sent to me, I was 8th in line at my dealership. Over that span of time, the dealership has pushed forward far more orders, so I know I was passed in line. Also, over that span of time the price was increased 3 times from the original base price of $40,000 to over $56,000 (this is over 30%). Not only did they pass me on the reservation list, they also will not honor the original price. They also happen to be "out" of the base "Pro" model and now only have the next package up which starts over $60,000. This is misinformation to the consumer. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. My family has purchased millions of dollars worth of vehicles from **** for over 80 years. They just lost our business. If you need a vehicle, look at other companies that will hold true to their word and also not have the same quality control problems. If I would have been able to go through the order at the time it should have, my truck would have been around $40,000 and I would be driving it right now as a happy customer.

      Ordered a 2022 **** F-350 from **** (VIN1FT8W3DT2NEF40905) with order confirmed 3/19/22. Truck was built at ******** Truck Plant after 5 months (8/16/22) and an estimated delivery date 3-4 weeks out. Since 8/16, I have received seven total delivery date range estimates so far through 12/18/22 and in each instance the truck never ships so their is no substance or truth (deceptive marketing tactic to keep stringing customers along so they dont leave) behind the estimates and it will never meet the 1-2 week out estimates if it never actually ships first. Delivery will likely take 2-4 weeks if/when it ever ships. After 125 days just waiting for transportation (no other holds other than transportation), I still cant get a truthful answer from **** as to why my truck isnt shipping or when it might REALLY ship. All we get is canned responses that they are experiencing shipping delays. You think? The worst part is that I am also finding many other documented instances of other trucks built as recent as 11-30-22 shipping within a few days of their build date and already delivered in 1-3 weeks while mine never moves. How long are we supposed to wait before giving up on inept untruthful communication and logistics before we pull the plug and look elsewhere for a vehicle we have already waited 9 months for? And in the meantime, trade in values are plummeting, interest rates are rising and money is being invested in our older vehicle that we will never recover. Losing thousands. Worst buying experience ever. Buyer BEWARE!

      In May of 2022 I purchased a 2022 **** Explorer from ***************** in ***********, **. This truck has been in the shop 4 times for the same problem and its still not fixed. The blue tooth connection fails when talking on the phone. Theres continuous white noise type interference, suddenly the mic will fail and the caller cant hear me or vice versa, and the calls randomly drop. Since the last repair the front speaker on the drivers side now buzzes. I have been in contact with ****s corporate office for the last few months, but theyre not doing anything. Theyre pretending they are assisting. There must be a time clock they are trying to run out. I paid for a vehicle that has a consistent problem that it seems **** can not fix. What are my options? I tried to file a Lemon Law case but their system will not allow me to set up a pin which is necessary to file. I contacted them and thus far they have not been able to assist me with setting up the **** Its as if they dont understand how to do it themselves. So what do I do?

      **** raised the price of a vehicle that I ordered five months ago and had a signed purchase contract on. I didn't find out about the increase until Dec 7. Since I need the truck for work, I had no choice but to pay it. This is the ninth **** I've owned. It will be the last. I feel taken advantage of by ****. All the loyalty I felt to **** over the past fifty years is gone!

      DEEPLY disappointed in ***** This whole back order on their faulty TMC part for their smaller cars (which they have known about for years and could have remedied well before the pandemic) is costing the working class American tons of money and stress just trying to figure out how to keep renting cards or paying for Uber rides since none of the dealerships can seem to repair any cars. Our has been in the shop since August 2022 ... it is now December 2022 ... called today and was told that they don't expect the part until spring of 2023!!!! Absurd that they are allowed to ignore customer needs - they should have figured out this problem in 2015 ... before they got sued for this. Also, I am an avid **** owner and have never seen them (the company not the dealerships) so disrespectful of their customers.

      Awful Service. My vehicle needs a new motor put in to it, I received a Customer Satisfaction Program notice from ********************** stating this was a warrantable issue and would be covered and **** is not willing to pay for this and wants me to pay $7,300 for a brand new motor even though this issue is coved by the warranty! This has been a horrible experience and no one from **** is willing to facilitate this or open a case to help me get this resolved and keeps pushing the blame onto the **** Dealership and the **** Dealership is putting the blame on Ford Motor Company. I will not own another **** ever again after this horrible experience. When I told the rep I was going to seek Legal Advise she told me she would no longer continue the conversation. No one is helping me get this resolved so I have my vehicle that I am still paying for.
