      Absolutely the worst automobile ownership experience of all time. I purchased a 2022 F-150 on April 4th 2022. At 90 miles the engine started violently miss-firing. I returned the truck to the selling dealer 2 days later. Three weeks into the repair process the dealer and **** corporate technicians could not identify the problem. I was told by ****'s customer ********************** department that I would be reimbursed for my monthly payments after the vehicle was in the shop for more than 30 days. The repair took 3 months in total. Upon picking up my truck from the dealer it was beyond filthy and had numerous scratches in the paint as well as hard water spots. It took over a month to get the dealer to agree to pay for a detail and for the scratches to be repaired. All at the same time, ****'s customer ********************** department said they will now only be reimbursing me one monthly payment, not the three that I made while it was out of service. And to make things worse, after sending all the required documents to ****, they are now saying that it has been more than 30 since the repair so they will no longer honor the "Good Will Gesture" and will not be sending me any refund. I have owned more then 10 ****'s in my time and assure you that neither myself or any member of my family will ever purchase another **** or ******* product. Stay away from this company. They are *****, ******** and will take every opportunity they can to take advantage of you!!!!

      NO ONE at ****************************** in ****** will return calls. I have called many times to the general manager and he will not call back even though I have been promised. I can't get any return calls from **** in ******** either. Do not purchase a **** and expect to be treated fair.

      My ******************************************************* the braking system. I did notify Ford Motor company that I was having the issues of brake failure. Their response was I would get a second letter to take the car for repairs. Which took forever. During that time my brakes failed when a person in front of me was going to make a right turn. The brakes went all the way to the floor board. I had to leave the highway to keep from hitting the person in the rear. I hit a curb ruining two rims and tires. Crack and chip my hub caps. Tore my front bumper off on one side and cosmetic damaged. The brake failure only happens in wet road conditions. Ford Motor would not take responsibility of the repairs on my car. Ford Motor wanted me to sign an affidavit to remove the *** from my car and it stated in the affidavit I would not hold Ford Motor or a Ford Motor tech responsible for any damages when removing the *** I talk to a Ford Motor Tech and he said their would be chances of damaging the main board and it was a very expensive part to replace. I took my car in after I received my second letter from the recall. Ford Motor solution to the problem was switching to Dot 4 brake fluid. I still had occasionally brake failure from the wet roads or if I hit a bump. Thank you Ford Motor my car is now leaking brake fluid and I had a mechanic check my car. He said the fluid was leaking from the Hydraulic Unit. If Ford Motor had not try to take the cheap way out by just switching to another type brake fluid and replace the Hydraulic instead to correct the problem I would not had to went through all the stress I have been going through the past couple of years. Ford Motor Company should be completely responsible for fixing the recall the correct instead of taking the cheap way out that did not work!!!

      Worst customer ********************** I have ever experienced. My transmission went out on a 2020 F150 I bought brand-new with less that 37k miles on it. The local **** dealers cannot get my truck in for close to two months and when I called **** to ask about options and a rental car, as this is my only means for transportation they basically told me to get lost. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told "no supervisor can tell you anything different" and refused to transfer me. I asked for an email contact of her supervisor and was told there is none. Ford Motor Company does not have an email contact?!?! Even better than that, the *** told me if I wanted to contact someone further, I would have to write a letter and mail it to the ** Box listed on the website - I am sure someone will actually read that... I will NEVER buy a **** vehicle again after this experience and will discourage anyone and everyone I come across going forward to do so as well. My wife and I are currently in the market for a new SUV and the ******* Aviator was #1 on our list. I can promise you, I will not being buying now and giving my business to GM for a Tahoe or someone else.

      ********************** ** I haven't forgotten how you have helped me out. Its been over a year or so and tell everyone about you guys. Your great staff with expert mangers are always a plus. Thank you for giving me a chance to sip this lemonade. You guys made a 3,148$ repair disappear for me it was when I was at the worst point in my life. I thank you guys so much, I'm truly grateful for the help and generosity you have shown me. KT

      Horrible to deal with. We ordered our truck and they sent it through wrong. Called their complaint department who told dealer to file misbuilt claim. For weeks the dealer says he couldnt get through to ***** Our customer ********************** person never returned our calls or email. Then without any help whatsoever ever and without telling us just closed it out. Called to complain and they have no supervisor to complain to. Sent me to marketing who said they couldnt help us. Never have I dealt with such a worthless customer ********************** department. They wont even give me the rebates that Im entitled to.

      I just picked up my 2012 **** Focus from ************* in ********, **. I waited over 14 months for a transmission control module replacement. Keep in mind **** sold their Focus and Fiesta models knowing that they had defective transmissions. I was forced to take out a loan on another car and Im on a budget. Upon picking up my Focus today I was told I would need to pay for a battery replacement. $150. My car sat in their lot for over a year and it was no fault of my own. Again, they sold these cars knowing they had defective transmissions. The man in the service department told me mold had grown on the passenger seat. Upon getting into my car I discovered mold had grown throughout the car. I am being told by different car detailing businesses it will cost a minimum of $450 to clean the mold - and thats if it didnt get under the carpet and into the padding above floorboard. Considering how Ford Motors inconvenienced me over the past year due to their unethical business practices, cleaning the mold thoroughly should have been covered. The exterior was not washed - it is covered with a thick layer of dirt. When the car was pulled up to the curb for me, even the parking lot attendant looked ashamed. This is not the Ford Motors my grandparents knew. **** does not stand by their product or make amends for selling a shoddy product. If youre inconvenienced, YOU pay for it in time and money. In addition, their customer ********************** is a joke. Do not buy **** because you may find down the road - like I did - that you have bought a lemon. And that lemon is moldy.

      Horrible customer **********************, actually whatever the word beyond horrible is, that's it. Forty year customer and I can't get answers or someone who gives a hoot to help. Rep hung up after I asked him to document my concerns on my case and if we could escalate it to a manager. I've been waiting for an engine (under warranty) since July. No answers, No info, No One Cares at this god forsaken company. But keep taking my payment for a truck I can't drive. Forty years I have been a ******************* customer and people at **** could give a c*** about their customers. I really believe that...

      I have been trying to get ahold of my case worker for weeks now, every time I call they say she is unavailable and they will message her and her supervisor. I haven't herd back from a single supervisor for that case. I am having my newly purchased car's transmission serviced for the 3rd time and Ford Motor Company is literally no help. I've been having trouble with the dealerships and the tell me I have to deal with it and there's nothing they can do. I purchased an $18,000 certified pre owned lemon basically and they want nothing to do with it.
