So this is not directed to the employees who answered the calls because they were very attentive. This is for the policy of **** which was my favorite auto company since I was a kid . So I have a 2013 **** taurus I just bought on my way home the steering completely locked up I'm lucky I didn't die or crash ! Now when I research the part there is a recall on it . So naturally I took the step just to find out the the recall warranty period ended last year .so now I spent all my savings to buy this car now ,and I have no way to work ,no way to fix the car that I just bought ,and **** says sorry .thank you for buying our cars please keep buying them lol I'm on the verge of loosing everything because I can't get to work or even grocery store for that matter . The solution was that they needed to reprogram the module that won't cost them but an hr of pay for a service guy maybe 20$ .

I tried working with **** to resolve an issue that was their fault. They refused to assist and instead kept pushing me to different people. My only course of action now is legal action.

I have a new 2021 F150 that was purchased from Ford of Northampton. On cold mornings, the steering would completely lock up on me and I could not turn the steering wheel. I brought it into Ford of Northampton multiple times and was assured it could not be due to water infiltration and must have been a programming issue. This issue continued after 'reprogramming'. It became so much of an issue that the steering would be frozen solid for the first 30 minutes of the truck being turned on. After it was released, it took around an hour for the steering to function normally and not act jerky and dangerous as I drove down the road. It took two weeks to resolve the issue when I brought the truck to Ford and left it with them. Water infiltration was the final determination (as I originally explained to the technicians) and the steering rack needed to be replaced. Even though there was nothing that I could have done to prevent this issue and the truck was sold to me with this defect, Ford refused to cover the entire cost of this repair. It was a very frustrating issue and was extraordinarily dangerous. Ford should have taken responsibility for this defect.

I took my 2017 F150 to the dealer because of a problem with the *** Problem was diagnosed with codes U0140 and U0155 intermittent A/C due to excessive network traffic on Can network causing FCIM lockup, which is a software problem.I have an extended warranty and they did not cover the repair because this was a software issue not a mechanical breakdown. So I took it upon myself to contact FORD Motor Company to see if they could help me in getting my money back that I paid out of pocket. Months later I received a call from ***** telling me that that was not a covered repair. How do they expect me to fix the issue with my vehicle if nothing is broken and it was a software issue caused by the computers in the truck, that needed a reset and software update? I think this is something **** should take the blame for and pay me back for what I spent to get the software problem fixed. The truck only has ****** miles on it. Thank you **** for nothing, This company has so much money. The $422.54 I spent is nothing to them. Instead of compensating me, they would rather lose a customer forever.

My son was involved in a car accident while driving his 2017 **** Fusion Hybrid. His airbags did not deploy nor did his drivers seat belt tighten to help restrain him. He hit the windshield with his face and head so hard that he cracked the windshield. He broke his nose, required stitches to close the cut above his nose, had multiple contusions, and bruising on his face. He was taken to the hospital by ambulance where the doctor did a CT scan to determine if he sustained a concussion or if there was any bleeding on his brain. The car was totaled. I have contacted **** about the issue which I feel they should be held liable for. I have not heard anything back from them.

Absolutely horrible experience. They never picked up my car and it was towed by the city becuase of that. No update from provider or **** Roadside assistance until 48 hours later. They only updated me because I was already calling their customer ********************** line. They said my vehicle was "en route" for 48 hours and it wasn't even in their possession. Ridiculous and a dogshit service. I'll be running this up every flag pole I can imagine.

Purchased a Mustang Mach-E which developed a large crack in it's panoramic sun roof a few months later in a ***** summer. The glass crack started small and as a hair line, then expanded to around 16 inches over the next few weeks, all when weather outside happened to be 100F+ for 100+ consecutive days. ****'s local dealer informed me that there was no way that a stress crack from the heat was possible, and that the only possible cause was an impact chip (rock, etc.) The only problem: I'm the only person to have *********** this car, and the crack is directly overhead the driver seat. Had there been any impact against the glass, I would (without doubt) be aware of it. That never happened. Due to the low quality product and ****'s refusal to honor a warranty claim, I must now pay this out of insurance.

I bought a part on **** Pass Owners. The part is listed as fitting my 23 F250. When the Dealer received the part for installation it was determined that it in fact was the wrong part. Both the dealer and **** refuse to issue a return refund as it is an Electric part. Its not my fault it is the wrong part. Someone owes me $223.08
