  Started with start new in 7/2020. I made all of my payments on time to them as of 1/2023. Now I have a law suit judgement against me for one of the credit cards they said they would get settled. Have made numerous calls to them without any success, they are not taking any responsiblty for the mess they have left me in. The answer I get from them is we can't re-enroll you in the program because you have an active judgement against you, which they were going to settle the first time around. Paid over 10,000 dollars to them for there service plus over 14,000 dollars to settle debt. I could have paid my credit card off for what I have paid them. I am very angry with these people, and am not getting any help from them to clear this up. It's like we got your money now go fly a kite.

  Hello ************** - We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to share about your experience. In our defense, in April 2022, we settled the account in question and can document/verify that the creditor received the settlement payment as requested. Despite multiple communication efforts, we do not know or understand why the creditor is indicating that they do not have any record of the settlement. It's not uncommon for creditors and/or their agents to make such "errors" and not accept responsibility. Regardless, this is not your fault, and we want to make this right for you. We have recently contacted your creditor and "re-settled" this account. The settlement will be paid using Company funds so there will be no further expense to you. We appreciate your patience and we're happy to be able to assist you in resolving this matter.

  Has been a wonderful experience so far. They settled my biggest account for well under 50%! Customer service has been extremely helpful as well with anytime I've needed to move my auto draft date. They have really helped eliminate alot of stress in my life right now.

  Dustin was who I originally worked with and he was amazing. After enrollment, I have been updated about a month later by another nice employee that one of my statements is in settlement. For someone who has been scammed many times by other places- this has pleasantly been good- So far a great experience I could t recommend them more.

  Been with them over 2 years. At the beginning I saw results now I have 2 judgements on record and another year to go. Very disappointed. I have reached out and not helping solve financial difficulties.

On some level your disappointment may be lessened by a quick correction. Upon auditing your file, it appears your program will be complete within seven months, not a year as you indicated. Working together with you, we have successfully settled all of your enrolled accounts for a lesser amount than you originally borrowed. We do understand the timing of the resolution is a point of frustration for you, we are not dismissive of that fact. Having said that, we do hope you can see and appreciate what you have accomplished in what still amounts to a relatively short period of time.   Love the service they provide. Theyre able to negotiate with creditors better than I could. Its good to know that I have someone helping me out.
