Only been with them for about 3 months. They said upfront it would take 6months to get settlements going. Within the 3 months, they settled one of the my biggest debts. I have done my part on sending them monthly statements, letting my creditors know who I am working with and keeping in touch with Start New Financial. They are really good in keeping in contact with me as well and answering any questions I have had so far. Customer service individuals have been really nice and pleasant to speak with, very courteous. I am giving them 5 stars because they have done such a great job in helping me get my debt settled. Thank you!
