I been in the phone for more than 20 minutes with customer service department, today I had the best experience ever I was talking to the girl named Valeria she is very helpful, professional and kind, she answer all question and give some advices, she explained everything about my account and all improvements getting with negotiation. I recommend 100% start New financial for your debts consolidation. They Will help with your issues and they will be interested to reach the best negotiation in your case.Start New Financial

Ive been working with StartNew financial for about 6-7 months now. I Can honestly say it has not been easy on me because I get numerous calls daily from my creditors. But today I got good news from StartNew that one of my creditors is starting to be paid, and will be paid out in October . I still have a long road ahead but there is light at the end of the tunnel, thanks StartNew.Start New Financial

This review is specifically dedicated to **************, and not Start New Financial. If not for her, I would not be leaving 5 stars, maybe not even 1. Please ensure you have a thorough understanding of what this program is before you agree to proceed. I felt lost and helpless at first because of a lack of communication from the company and failure from them to provide a thorough understanding of the process. But luckily, I finally got in touch with ************** and she helped guide me through the process. She called me every Friday to provide me updates on my account and negotiations with creditors. Her dedication, personal touch and unmatched customer service is what allowed me to keep my sanity and to finish up the program. Thank you ****************Start New Financial

1 star.I wouldn’t recommend this company. My experience didn’t go too well with them. They dropped the ball more than once and left me with a 18K debt with a credit union that was named on the account from the start. Like many reviewers mention, their strategy is for you to stop paying your bills, ruin your credit, and put you in collections. This makes it easier for them to settle with your debtors. However, in my case, I moved once during the process. Then they dragged their feet with one of my debtors and that debtor took me to court and I never received the court notice/date and so I lost the case. I was court ordered to pay the full amount. No discount settlement on this debt. All SNF had to say was oops too late after they dragged their feet too long on that debt. I ordered them to pay off that debt to the court-ordered amount right away before things got any worse. Finally, I received a notice from Global Holdings, their bank associate company, that they were done and closing my account. SNF never informed me they were done with my account. I logged on and went through everything and saw that SNF left me with a 18K debt still in collection by my credit union. I called SNF and they claimed that the CU wouldn’t settle. I called my credit union and had a very friendly voice on the phone and they accepted a offer of half (.50 on the dollar) as a settlement to clear my debt which I am doing on my own. When I asked the CU if SNF ever called to settle. They looked through my records and saw that I had provided the number to SNF, and they logged several attempts to contact SNF and settle, but they never received a call back. If you use these people stay on top of what’s going on because they can drop the ball on you and things can get worse. And by all means, if by any chance you have the resources to negotiate and settle on your own with the creditors, do so, and don’t use these people.Review fromLaureen O

I called twice and both times I was able to speak to Shannon about my case. She was so professional and handled my case in a timely manner. Her customer service skills are a TEN!
