      Worst experienced ever. I have dealt with protection plan before and never went to the chaos these people made me went through. Worst customer service. I want my money back and I will fight for it. They dont want to serviced anything. Total scam!

      Don’t waste your money on Guardsman furniture insurance. They give you the run around. I’ve been waiting over 2 months for a decision. Repair man said he didn’t think he could make a good repair & they still want him to try. They give you so much run around hoping you will give up.

      This is the worst scam I have ever seen. I purchased a very expensive leather couch from EA and was sold this warranty. I had a party on 2/2/24 and someone sat on it and left two stains. I filled out the claim form and inadvertently entered 1/2/24 and was told that I was not within the 30 days for submitting the claim. I told them I had put in the wrong date and they told me, too bad.DON'T EVER PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER PAY FOR ANYTHING. THE CLAUSES KEEP THEM FROM PAYING FOR ANYTHING.

      Guardsman Company doesnt honor their warranty contracts. I purchased a bed set with an adjustable bed base w/remote. I called the company to report a malfunction of the bed base, was advised to file a claim form! Filed claim form, no progressive response/resolution for the malfunction of the bed base w/ remote. I have a 10 year complete adjustable bed base warranty protection plan..go figure

      Ive bought a warranty on an expensive rid I purchased. They sent me a bottle of cleaner and it didnt remove the stain. Ive been in this loop in their system for over a month now. Im starting to think this is a huge scam.

      You file the claim then Nobody gets back to you. All the receptionist at their mideastern office will say is they got the claim. Worthless company is nothing but a scam & should not be allowed to scam $$ off citizen

      I have been trying to file a claim for over a week and have had zero luck. I paid for the plan, but they could not find the policy. I am assuming they did finally find it, because the woman I spoke with was setting everything up and told me to expect an email to finalize the claim. I have not received an email. I attempted to file an online claim instead, and there is now no record of me having a policy. This process has been extremely frustrating. I won't be recommending this company to anyone.

      This is a worthless warranty that doesn't actually cover the furniture. They file claims under "manufacturer quality issues" to avoid repairs. It's sad that the amount of money I paid for this couch means nothing in quality of the item. I should have went with a cheaper couch and would have a better experience.

      This warrant that was offered through Haverty's is the biggest waste of money. I paid $300 for this warranty. Do not buy it. It is not worth anything. I have tired to make 2 claims. The first one was for a stain on my rug. I thought they would send someone out to clean it. All they did was send a tiny bottle(59 ml) of stain & Odor Eliminator for me to clean my own rug. My pillows that match the soa have feathers in it. The feathers are coming out of the pillows. I was told...."The stain or damage that you reported has not been considered for coverage because the required timeframe for reporting the stain or damage was not met. " I sent this in as soon as they started doing this... DO NOT purchase a Guardsman warranty. Waste of money.

      Better off saving the money for new furniture it seems they expect you to replace it once a year anyways Ive never had such poor customer service in my life were a few month wait is considered routine . I cant use my sectional end to recline and parts no longer available. Not sure why they need a work order first they dont have parts to fix it !! Never again will I purchase insurance on furniture
