      I bought the Guardsman Protection Plan through ******* Furniture and this protection plan is a joke! First off, I have a sectional sofa and they make you file a claim for each individual cushion. You go through all that and then they send you a kit first to see if that works. It doesnt! Then you have to go back in their system and on each claim notate that it didnt work. The process is extremely time consuming. They want you to give up. After doing all that I followed up with them as I had not heard from them. They then inform me that they had sent me an email letting me know that it was not a valid claim. I never received an email. When I asked why it was not valid they informed me that the incident had to happen within 30 days. I explained to them that I just put a random date as I didnt know the exact date. They still denied the claim and the attitude I received from the customer service rep was appalling. I think their business model is to pay out as little as possible on claims. Horrible protection plan!!

      horrible customer service and they refuse to honor the warranty even though it was reported on time the date was entered incorrectly by the rep. and simply was put on hold for over a hour when complaining about this only to be met with a you need to contact the furniture store for assistance and that they can give me a qoute on how much it would be to fix somthing that is still covered under warranty. so because someone else entered in the wrong date it made it "unfixable" because of their 30 day window that is not mentioned when signing up for it or on my phamplet that i received from the furniture store. stay away from them would give 0 stars if i could.

      Absolutely terrible company. I bought the 5-Year Elite Complete Furniture Protection plan which comes with a long list of what is not included. Be prepared to wait 2+ hours on hold, and then at 2:00 pm they tell you to call back tomorrow and end the call so start early in the morning if you hope to get through. Which is a joke because you’re problem will probably be one of the 40+ issues they don’t cover and they will not elevate the call to a manager. I am so angry at Guardsman and at Berks Furniture for pushing this as a great plan.

      Zero stars! We put in a claim back in August of 2023 filing all the requested paperwork at the time, they sent a spam email following up requesting the documentation that we provided on the front end again! They use that to deny our claim! Still have broken furniture!

      Guardsman Warranty is a Fraud warranty company. They will not warranty malfunctions and fabric that wouldn't even make it past 3 years of a 5 year warranty we purchased through Ashley Furniture. They have made excuses that the warranty does cover any of the damaged that occurred. The Sofa's are in perfect condition but breaking down because of poor quality. They say they are exempt from this. So they don't cover anything that a normal warranty would. Guardsman are crooks stealing peoples money. They need to be prosecuted by they law for there Fraud. Be aware and stay away from this company.

      Zero stars! This company is so unprofessional. I spent $500 for a 5 yr warranty when I bought my Havertys sofas and the 1st time I used them to clean my sofas was great but I put in another claim Nov 2023 and Im still waiting for someone to come clean my sofas a month later. Ive called numerous times and they keep sending me a Guardsman cleaning kit to do it myself which did nothing. Im still waiting for a response from Guardsman to send someone to clean my sofas. What a waste of time and money!!

      Complete scam they have zero intention on standing by their agreement to insure the furniture I was told that they would repair or replace any scratches or broken items but when I made a claim they refused to stick up to there side of the agreement

      This insurance does not live up to there contract, I sent pictures and they didnt want to cover what the contract says its supposed to cover , there also hard to get ahold of and when they answer there rude no good customer service , we regret buying this insurance we just waisted our money stuck with our torn couches until we can buy new ones , bad experience

      Dealing with Guardsman's extended warranty has been an incredibly frustrating experience due to their exceptionally poor customer service. I encountered prolonged periods of waiting for responses, sometimes stretching into months, as they consistently failed to address my concerns. What's even more disheartening is their tendency to close claims without providing any resolution to the issues at hand. The lack of accountability and responsiveness from Guardsman has left me deeply dissatisfied with their warranty services. My dissatisfaction reached a point where I had to take matters into my own hands, bypassing Guardsman's ineffective channels and reaching out directly to the vendor to get my concerns addressed and resolved. Based on my experience, I strongly caution against purchasing a warranty from Guardsman, as their service has proven to be unreliable and unhelpful in times of need.

      Horrible. 1 1/2 months od calling and they put me on hold today forever. I till waiting DO NOT PURCHASS GUARDSMAN WARRANTY.
