      This company is horrible. They need to be shutdown. It is a scam. I will let ***** ****  know they need to get a new vendor and not to offer this scam company for coverage on their customer's furniture. I called to check to see if the part had been shipped and I was on hold for almost 2 hours. No one never came to the line. This is ridiculous. Shut this place down!

      DO NOT BUY THEIR SERVICE - THEY ARE FRAUDULENT THEY SENT UP THEIR FORM AND HAVE ERRORS ON IT SO THEY DO NOT HAVE TO BACK UP THE WARRANTY.DO NOT BUY ANY FURNITURE THAT OFFERS THIS WARRANTY - THE FURNITURE IS NOT GOOD EITHER.

      If I could give a negative review I would. Horrible process any excuse not to come feels like scam. Wish I would have done my research ahead of time. I trusted that the furniture company I purchased from would not sell such a horrible service from a poor run company.

      This company needs to be shut down. Do not purchase a service agreement from them. They deny most things. They take your money and give you nothing. After being on hold for over 90 minutes with a rude customer service representative, I was transferred to the escalation department voicemail. How is that a thing?

      Complete scam of a company. Denied my claim due to not receiving receipt in a timely manner even though instructions from their customer support were followed. Then instructed to send a letter to a claim reconsideration even though the fault was on their end. Do not buy anything from this shady a$$ company.

      I have filed several complaints directly to Guardsman. I bought a dining room table & chairs from Thomasville of Scottsdale AZ. Thomasville sold me a 5 year warranty with Guardsman. The sales person said if you have ANY problems to contact Guardsman. I have done that. My table will not come clean. It looks like there is some kind of coating on it. Guardsman sent out a woman (MAYA) to look at it. She ended up using steel wool with some kind of solution. It did not fix the problem. Now there are scraps where she used the steel wool. After Maya was at my home, nobody from Guardsman got a hold of me to let me know what the next steps are. They sent MAYA out once again and she took photos. Then after maybe 3 weeks, I called Guardsman to see what's happening. They said the case WAS CLOSED! Oh my goodness. I am so frustrated!!!

      Scam, filed a claim. It took them about a month to schedule someone to come out and another month for the actual visit. The tech came out and stated that they would be able to make the repairs and they would call me to schedule that and stated that it would be covered. Another month and a half passed. Sat on hold for over and hour just to be hung up on, then called the next morning sat on hold again for another hour just for them to tell me they denied my claim when it is covered under my warranty plan.. I dont even know why we paid for this, its a total scam and a waste of money.

      uardsman Warranty, an Amynta Company, has demonstrated dishonest and manipulative business practices time and time again. They have created a form that sets consumers up for denials and then give little to no explanations for denials. Their customer service reps are trained to say the same answer over and over and do not listen to the consumer and are quick to get angry (a sign of disgruntled call center workers). I submitted a very real and honest claim and because I did not use the "right" words on the form, my claim was denied. Their employees are trained to find reasons to deny claims. I am writing for those people who actually depend on this warranty; they have less means to replace or repair their furniture. To be treated this unkindly and without empathy is not right. For all those that work for and represent the company, I kindly ask that you put yourselves in the place of the consumer who has paid for your service and are submitting legitimate claims. They do not have law degrees to decipher your fine print. The web you have spun to tangle us is not something you should be proud of.

      This company is a joke,,,,,,look at their rating...I have a sofa with the cushion splitting and because I cant give them an exact day or time this occured they just call it normal wear & tear

      This company is an absolute joke and should not be allowed to take people's money. They should not be allowed to offer services and should be shut down. They are scamming hard working people trying to protect their assets. I submitted my first claim with Guardsman in March of 2023 due to electrical failures in the switch leaving the footrests on my sofa fully extended in the up position. It took until May to get a tech out to diagnose the electrical/shorting issues with the switches and power supply for my sofa. They ordered replacement parts in May, and they did not arrive until the end of July. At which point I contacted Guardsman again to let them know I had received them. It then took until August 26th to get a technician out to install the replacement parts. While waiting for the repair to be completed on the Sofa, the same issue arose with the Love Seat. Mind you by this time I had submitted several complaints, and phone calls to express the safety concerns for my 2-year-old son due to the footrests being completely extended. I submitted another claim and had a technician visit on July 13th. The second technician advised that he submitted a PO request for replacement parts. This PO request was not processed until September 14th. While awaiting the parts for the loveseat the other side of the sofa failed and we had to submit yet another claim. I have currently been on hold with the resolutions department for over 3 hours. I have tried calling every single Monday and Tuesday for the past 3 weekend during their business hours of 10am eastern time until 2pm eastern time and have sat on hold the entire duration of their supposed business hours with no one ever taking my call. I advise anyone, if offered, to kindly decline any insurance policy from this company. I cannot believe the place i purchased this furniture from backs this company.
