      I feel like I was scammed. Do not purchase this warranty, I can't believe Havertys backs this company.

      Scam, dont purchase a warranty through them. Had a 5 year warranty, but states that you have a short window to report damage and its for outdoor furniture but it doesnt cover anything that its likely to happen outside. No weather protection for outdoor furniture is trash.

      Customer service is ony available MTRF from 8:30am-5pm EST. They make the claims process so arduous. Bought Safavieh indoor/outdoor courtyard rugs that were supposed to be stain proof and easy to clean, but it gets stained just because of loose dirt alone!!!!!! And attempt to clean digs the dirt in and if you use and moisture (including the tiny cleaner they sent the first time I filed the claim), it gets EVEN worse and leaves stain rugs. I finally get around to filing the second claim, and these clowns deny it and you cant reply to their email. They emailed me on Wednesday and you can get them on the phone either on Wednesdays. This feels.like a scam. I want my money back or a rug replacement. Even without warranty, this rug hasnt kept the manufacturers promise to be stainproof,

      Terrible customer service! Filed a claim for my dining table (wood is lifting) and got denied! I have followed up multiple times requesting for them to reconsider and they are still denying my claim. I dont understand how theyre still operating. Seems like their scamming people out of their money and just denying all claims!

      Purchased extended warranty on sofa. Took 2.5 months for a tech to finally show up through companies process to verify repairs needed. Parts now ordered 4-8 weeks estimate on parts delivery. Estimate another 5 weeks to schedule tech after parts arrive.There is no stream lining done through this provider. Please consider saving your money on a very frustrating process that exceeds any reasonable timeline. Better off investing in replacement. Totally unacceptable service.Excuses are alot of claims, that they can't provide a reasonable service timeline for.

      Not worth the money!! We purchased a couch less than a year ago. We've had two accidents. One claim they provided us cleaner to use, which only made the stain larger and darker. We had to schedule a company to review the stain. That company said they wouldn't touch it because of the damage that was done to our cushion. The other claim was denied, and not even opened. I tried calling the customer service line, and they are only open on Monday and Tuesday! What kind of company only offers customer service hours of operations only 2 days a week!!This company should be ashamed of its deceptive practices! Pay up front for protection, and we won't provide protection.

      I did not want to give Guardsman ANY stars but had to select at least 1 star to leave this review! The only thing the Guardsman has done so far is take my money and waste my time! I filed a claim on 6/16/23. I had to call the company multiple times to get the technician visit scheduled (the technician never called me to schedule). Was finally assigned a 'new' technician who came to my home on 7/10/23. The technician confirmed the furniture could not be repaired, was going to submit his report for review and said it would take approximately 30 days for the review to be completed. I have tried numerous times to call for a claim status, but no one at Guardsman 'has access to' ANY information and you MUST contact the department that handles reviews. That department is only open on ***************** but they do not answer calls on those days (I know, because I have taken a lot of time away from work to call and they either do not answer or they pick up and immediately hang up the phone). Yesterday, I waited on the phone for almost 2 hours and, at 4:57pm (closing time for that department), the recording came on and told me the department I was trying to reach was closed, repeated their office hours and said for me to try calling again during their business hours. I have called the BBB liaison, *****, twice but she has not yet returned my calls. On two separate occasions, I was promised by the Guardsman representatives (first by ******* on 8/31/23 and then by ****** on 9/5/23) that a supervisor would call me. I have received either of those calls from a supervisor. At this point, I believe Guardsman never intended to provide the service I was sold when I purchased my furniture. I'm not an attorney (however, I do plan to speak to one today), but this certainly sounds like theft by deception to me!

      NEVER NEVER NEVER EVVVVVVVVVVVVVER BUY THIS PROTECTION PLAN! THEY ARE NEVER OPEN, YOU WAIT ON HOLD FOR HOURS UPON HOURS WAITING FOR PEOPLE. ALL OF THE CLAIMS TAKE WEEKS FOR ANYONE TO GET BACK TO YOU--IF THEY DO. BIGGEST JOKE OF A COMPANY EVER

      This company is horrible. My dining set is only one year old and the arm rests broke off. This set was over 10K. I put a claim in months ago and they still are dragging their feet. The worst ever!

      Been dealing with them since May (we are now September) HORRIBLE COMPANY!! Finally reached a settlement only to be still waiting on payment 1 month later. When I try to contact them its like trying to get a hold of the PRESIDENT OF THE *********** strongly believe he would have already gotten back to me lol I don't get it I paid for a service it shouldn't be this complicated!!Again....HORRIBLE COMPANY customer service is non existent and when you finally get a hold of someone which is rare, they have no idea what is going on so you have to repeat your entire history.I just want to get this settled and never have to deal with them again!!I am only putting 1 star cause I had no choice Frustrated Consumer!!
