      We have the gold protection plan on our couch. Technician came and over 3 weeks later they told us they were replacing the cushion cover only (but not the cushion pad). The email gave a phone number to call with any questions. There is no way to actually get ahold of anyone by phone to address your problem. I called and was on hold for 45 minutes before they hung up on me. Called again and waited over another hour still with no response. It would be nice to actually talk to someone to address the issue.

      Worst customer service ever. Rude. Take forever to call back if they even do! Then make you go through tons of paper work just to tell you its not covered when it was sold I was told everything is covered. So its a scam, they dont help you, they make you try cleaning it yourself. Then sent me a bottle of cleaner literally the side of a bottle of eye drops. I was hung up on two times after holding for **** mins of transfers and had to start all over again! Never deal with these crooks! They are awful!!!!!

      Guardsman service guarantee is not gauranteed I purchased a loveseat leather and a couch In November 2021 and now the arm on the sofa is coming off and there are rips in my cushion sides and instead of sending someone out to repair they choose to go back and forth on emails telling me I need to be more specific its a tactic they use to get out of holding up the agreement . I am very disappointed in the lack of support and service and NFM no longer uses them

      SCAM SCAM SCAM! I purchased my "protection plan" from ********* but they refused to service my $5k couch for no reason. Waste of money. ********* should be ashamed to partner with this company. Direct reflection on ********* ethics.

      I can't use the word "scam" yet... but that is EXACTLY what it FEELS like!I rarely come to social media to complain but when I think society needs to be alerted or warned I feel the need to share. Let me explain!Back in 2019 we purchased a VERY LARGE Lazy-Boy sectional couch it was our second Lazy-Boy purchase. We really do like their furniture. The Lazy-Boy salesperson suggested we purchase an extended warranty. It sounded like a good idea, so we did.****** did we know about three months ago, the release for one of the recliners broke. I looked underneath and I could see that the cable that releases the seat was broken off. When I called Lazy-Boy, I learned that the WARRANTY was with a third-party company. When I looked up the paperwork, it was true, it was with a company called Guardsman. From the start, Guardsman made the process as difficult as they could. After supplying an insane amount of information and photographs, they said a technician would be sent out. WEEKS later I called again to ask when the tech would arrive. They shared that they are independent and would schedule on their own. But he did eventually come! He evaluated the situation; said hed need parts and Guardsman will get back to me. THAT WAS SIX WEEKS AGO!You cant email them, you cant text them, you can only call on Monday and Tuesday between 9-5. There are crazy wait times on the phone and if they dont answer by 5pm, they just hang up on you!I cannot be any more DISSATISFIED with Guardsman Furniture Warranty! I share this ONLY to warn you if you are shopping for furniture and a salesperson offers you a Guardsman Warranty, it is a VERY DIFFICULT process. And I do NOT know if it will ever get fixed.

      RIP OFF.... save the money and get it cleaned with a professional service. This is not far from a criminal act by taking money from people. They'll honor some claims to make it look like they're trusted service then not honor others that really need it. When i first filed the claim it wouldn't let me put the actual date, so i had to put it a month behind. They said it was filed too late. Filed it again and they sent me a small bottle to clean off 6 chairs. Then they wanted to send someone to clean off 1 chair instead of all 6. I cancelled it and went with a professional cleaning service. SAVE THE MONEY...!!!

      Been dealing with them since February on a broken sectional. Repair man finally came in April and said it could not be repaired. Finally in the 3rd week of June, after numerous times outreaching to them, they emailed me offering me $540 for a refund on a $2,000 sectional slightly over a year old. Tried to call but they are only open Mondays and Tuesdays from 8:30-5. I called twice today (Monday) and was on hold for over an hour each time. Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. Save your money and don't buy the Guardsman Warranty.

      Hello, I have been dealing with Guardsman for months to try and get a resolution for a claim I filed with them regarding damaged furniture. I've spent hours and hours on hold and they have an absurd 6 week reply policy. these claims originated February 24, 2023 and it is now June 26, 2023. Now I am unable to get in touch with the business and they are beyond their 6 week response time. I have filed 3 service agreements and my claim number are ***********. Service technicians have already inspected my furniture and advised replacement on all 3 pieces months ago. I feel that this business is a scam and I paid a good amount for this warranty which was highly recommended by *********in Hickory, NC. At this point I believe the business is operating in bad faith and not covering the gold plan that I purchased though them. If I could give "0" stars I would.
