      Terrible service - Im still waiting after 15 weeks for them to come and repair my $4000 lounge. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

      TOP NOTCH SERVICE I don't mean the customer service was top notch but my furniture was replaced which was my only goal. We had a vase that leaked on to our Havertys dining table which cause a water bulge about the size of a dinner plate. It was fully replaced brand new table!They are only open two days a week, and that is just awful. And if you have to call for any reason the wait time is beyond 30 mins, so just prepare yourself. You will not be greeted with a friendly greeting from customer service so don't expect it. If the goal is to get your furniture repaired I suggest you look at whats covered before calling and if its covered you're good. You want warm and fuzzy customer service, look elsewhere, you want your furniture replaced than Guardsman Gold Plan is what you want. They will not replace decorative items so don't waste your time

      Horrible, gave me the run around long enough for the 30 days to lapse and denied my claim. They should be investigated and shut down apparently since everyone is having the same experiences with them! This is pathetic, I wish I had looked over the insurance before as well, I would have seen all of these reviews and known to save my money. But, it's partly the furniture places fault that I bought my furniture from, seeing as they made them sound so reliable!

      I have a claim submitted and was emailed a coverage acceptance notice. It said to contact the Guardsman Technician Dispatch Center at 800-675-3 6 0 3 if I had not been contacted by a technician within a week. Well, it's been a little over a week, no technician has called me to schedule a repair, and now the number for the dispatch center is not working. I have called every number I can find online for Guardsman (over ten 1-800#'s) and NONE of them seem to be in service. Has anyone else experienced this? Is Guardsman out of business? Now what do I do?

      Echo all the other complaints. Nothing but dishonesty and fraud. 3 chairs. 3 identical failures. Excuses of all types. Denial of claim because paperwork not received in 5 days. Add to that the cause of the failure which is shoddy manufacturing from Southern Motion in ******** **. who also deny any and offer no help whatsoever. Ill buy my stuff from *****. Much better service. As for the BBB A+ rating.they have not had to deal with this company

      Claim Number: 12313199 This company is selling a scam in collaboration with furniture stores. My sectional from ****** got stained in Feb, I called it in and got a case number to Send photos. Photos won’t load despite resizing to their specs… so I emailed them. It took 4 phone calls (Adjudocation department only works Mon and Tues) to get confirmation they were received. After 6 weeks I get a technician assigned and they come to inspect more than 2 months after the incident/ink stain was reported. Guy (contractor) comes out and looks at it, takes pictures and says cleaning the stain will damage the sectional so he needs to call it in and let them co handle it. Today I get an email saying all ink stains are from use and wear so not covered! ?? It had been more than two months from date of stain and sectionals are inconstant use, how can you say it is normal wear and tear?!! What is it that is covered exactly? Clearly this is a scam as evidenced by hundreds of one star reviews for this company. Someone needs to sue them cause this is not right! I will be going to ******* to see management there too! You’ve crossed the wrong one guys… I feel robbed!

      DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. SHAME ON ****** FURNITURE FOR SELLING THIS. Absolute worst and waste of money. Nothing is covered at all. Open two days a week and customer service was absolutely abysmal. They made a mistake on my claim but I have to send a dispute letter to a po box which means nothing will ever happen. I wish I would have checked here first. One star is too much.

      Had I known I would run into an issue with Guardsman, I would not have paid over $400 to ensure my sectional. I purchased a sectional during the height of the pandemic, got it delivered the following year and discovered an issue with the connectors during the same year. I have submitted a couple requests only to be told I did not report the issue within 30 days of the issue occurring. So when I tell you, that I am not sure when the issue occurred and I am notifying you within days of discovery this is your response? I have been informed that my issue was adjudicated and nothing more could be done however when I attempt to contact the adjudication department, they are either closed or I am on hold for a lengthy time. I am on hold again as I type. I have received no communication from Guardsman on my claim, no emails, no calls other when I contact them and the impression I get is that they don't want to be bothered. I am definitely going to appeal once I get documentation, definitely going to contact my credit card company and anyone else I need to get this issue resolved. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If I could give them less than a 1 star for customer service I would.

      The absolute worst. Purchased plan from Fortunoff. Filed a claim in September 2022 and never heard back from them. When we called the other day they verified they received the claim and then disconnected the call. Called back again, again they verified they received the claim and gave ** a number to call 2 days a week from 9-2 and then disconnected again. Today I received a customer satisfaction survey. What a joke.

      Absolute waste of money. When we purchased this plan, we were told they covered everything except prt damage. When I filed a claim, they denied it because they said the damage occurred didn't occur during normal use of the couch. The damage occurred from sitting on the couch, so I'm interested to hear what normal use is to them. I never will, though, because it's impossible to get in touch with management and the associates hang up on you.Never again will I give these scammers $600 of my hard earned money.
