      I wish I could leave a 0 star review, this company is a joke and any furniture company that offers you a warranty through them is just as scummy. I submitted a claim to replace a cushion cover over 4 months ago and still am waiting on resolution. They sent out a "technician" to review the accuracy of my claim just so he could submit a report saying yes my cushion was indeed ripped. I then waited 5 weeks for the new cushion cover to be delivered which was sent to the wrong address. I then waited 2 weeks for the same "technician" to come out. The "technician" then proceeded to break the zipper on the new cushion while installing it so now I have to wait for a new cushion cover to be delivered. Save yourself the time money and sanity by avoiding this company with everything in your power. They are the scums of this earth and will make you regret ever buying their services.

      Don't spend your money, this company is ****, I made a claim for a sofa that I bought and it's falling apart, I filled out the form and they told me that they couldn't do anything because 30 days had already passed ??, it took more than a month to They will answer me, the Insurance is supposed to be for five years ??, I bought the sofas in 2020, advice before fill out the claim form, say what happened before 30 days ????.

      Contacted Guardsman 5/9/2021 for a claim to fix our couch we bought a protection plan for. Just received the part March of 2023! Multiple wrong addresses that I provided correctly and they still sent to the wrong address. Claimed covid slowed down parts etc. Called to get a refund and have a technician come fix our couch. They claim they cannot issue a refund and fix the couch as this would be "unfair to Gurdsman". I think having a damaged couch for 2 years is unfair to me. Also said my state they cannot issue refunds in. HORRIBLE customer service and won't get a plan through them again.

      I tried to file a claim for minor discoloration of my sectional sofa after only 6 months.I have provided all the informations and pictures requested and they said that my claim was declined because they don't cover basic cleaning even though the furniture is clearly stained or whatever caused the spots. When I called they didn't wanted to listen to what I had to say and when I tried to explain to the guy over the phone the situation he said to me to stop talking and let him finish to what he had to say. At that point I have raised my voice and told him that we paid a lot of money for thus protection and I am not trying to be unreasonable and he hang up on me

      This company is pure fraud, I will be contacting a lawyer to take this company down. I had never seen a company with such poor reviews.

      Waste of money! They say it takes a week to process your claim, which is a lie. I've been waiting for more than a month now, and every time I call it's the same answer "there has been a delay due to the higher than usual demand". If the demand has been so high for so long (years, based on what I'm reading from other people's experiences) that just means they don't have resources to honor the contracts. This company should not be allowed in business, and it's a (terrible) joke that BBB still gives them an A+ rating.

      I hate that I even have to leave them one star. Absolute worst customer service experience, 9 months in on one furniture repair and no resolution STILL. Two trips from technician visits and a multiple calls and still can't fix a reclining sofa after they supposedly have replaced all parts on. Called this morning and was disconnected 4 times then called back and asked for management. Not holding my breath I will get a call back. Do not buy their warranty, it's a scam and I completely regret it.

      If I could give negative stars I would. This is by far the WORST customer experience that I have ever been a part of. DO NOT PURCHASE A GUARDSMAN WARRANTY under any circumstance. As I type this, Im on my 43rd call today trying to get through. This is after a MONTH of phone calls and follow up. Everytime I get a live human on the phone they "transfer" me to someone else and the call is disconnected after being on hold. I have asked for a Manager for the last 3 weeks and never once have I been transferred to one. I firmly believe that their business model is to treat the consumer so bad that they just give up dealing with them. They should not be allowed to stay in business.

      Extremely poor customer service. Poor response time. Must dispute claims in writing, impossible to talk to anyone. They take your dollars and if you do not "cross every i" and "dot every T" they will reject your claim and not review it. We paid for "gold" coverage from Havertys", which covered stains. Our expensive leather recliner is fading due to lotion. Warranty clearly states "stains" are covered, but Guardsman says this is "fading".
