      Guardsman is the worst company I ever had to deal with! Don't waste your money purchasing the coverage. I feel scammed. Filed claim. Didn't hear from anyone. I kept calling and if I was lucky and they answered they said they were so behind and someone would call witch they NEVER did. Then Told me I was over 30 days and they could do nothing for me!!!!!!!! They just take your money and go through the motions then tell you that your claim is denied!!!! SAVE YOU MONEY!

      Horrible! Unresponsive and when you finally track them down they cut you off, and disconnect the call.

      What can be done to stop this "company" from taking people's money and not delivering? I just waited 30 minutes for someone to take my call. I have a 5-year gold ****************** protection plan for slipcovers I purchased in 2020. They refuse to cover it because "The claim you submitted has not been considered for service because the required documents were not returned within the period required by your protection plan. Your protection plan requires you to return the claim form and required documents within the period of time set forth in the section of your protection plan titled "Requirements for ******************** In some protection plans, this information can be found in section 2." What can we do?

      Guardsman is clearly very poorly run 'company', as it takes them multiple WEEKS to process your claim. They keep saying to the effect that they are "are experiencing unusually heavy call volume and service requests', but this over-used excuse has been going on for YEARS...DECADES! I guess they simply refuse to adapt to reality and devote the resources to at least get the claims scheduled. I'd be embarrassed to admit that I worked there if I were a supervisor, manager, or executive...because they've been delivering VERY MEDIOCRE SERVICE FOR THE PAST CENTURY! I'm now in a week+ waiting period...The last time I worked with them, it took about a month of persistent calling to finally get a call back...VERY disappointing organization...

      Dont ever waste your time buying this warranty, read all these reviews. I filed a few claims on my leather sofa and all of them got denied. They will just take your money and not fix anything.Save your money

      Simply put this company is committing fraud. DO NOT PURCHASE this service. Going on 3 months since I put in a claim and they finally send a tech who said he would have to order a part that will take ***** days to get. When I called the furniture store I purchased the service from they advised that they have dropped Guardsman as a partner. AGAIN, THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. DO NOT PURCHASE.

      Worst customer service EVER! Very rude, and will never help you out or honor your claim with them. Please do not waste your time or money on Guardsman. The rude woman I just spoke with could only argue and deny every concern I had. Waited on the phone 45+ minutes just to be verbally harassed. Terrible company. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!

      This is a borderline scam. I emailed the company using their form several times and heard back once with a very curt reply that claims were handled in the order received and they would get back with me. I checked back again several weeks later but they ignored me. So, then I got a piece of mail saying they have been unable to contact me and to call within 10 days or it would no longer be eligible for service. I called the number and have been on hold listening to blaring jazz music and the same recording for almost an hour and a half.... This is at best terrible customer service. They just want your money and then will do everything they can to avoid providing you with service or handling any claims.

      I filed a claim 6 months ago & havent heard anything since, every time I call they hang up on me
