      Can I give zero stars??? I'm almost a year at filing a claim and still not resolved. My daughter got slime on our chair. I filed a claim that day. -- March 17, 2022. But I haven't had it replaced, as the technician recommended in May 2022. Can't get anyone to help me. Technicians have been efficient -- prompt at scheduling, coming out, and reporting back to Guardsman. In January, the technician came out to repair with fabric that did not match the rest of the chair (which is why he originally recommended a replacement and not a repair) and he again requested replacement. But Guardsman won't get back to me or respond. No one answers phones. Impossible to contact. The insurance was a complete waste of $$ and filing a claim was a waste of my time and energy. A year later and my chair is still damaged. Worst customer service ever.

      Very expensive electric reclining sofa stuck in the 'up' position on 12/3/22. Contacted Guardsman. Was told claim would be processed within 10 business days. I explained that I could not have the sofa in the reclined position during the holidays because we were having family over. I was told there was nothing they could do. So I reached out to the store and they sent instruction video to manually lower the footrest. In the process, the motor cord was cut. 12/27/22 received email a tech would be sent within 5-7 business days. 1/9/23 tech came to 'evaluate'. Nothing done. 2/22/23 parts arrived. 3/7/23 tech came to repair. The customer service is terrible. This company doesn't care how inconvenient it is to the customer. I do not know how they stay in business. And to top it off, I was told if anything else happens to the sofa it is not covered. I do not know how this company stays in business. BEWARE!

      I would give this company zero stars if I could. The customer service is terrible I talked to a woman, name, Gilbert. She was terrible and rude and hung up on me. After I waited 2 hours on hold. Do better guardsman. This company is a joke. They will always deny your claim :) I hope they will go out of business.

      Don’t waste your money with this warranty program! I have waited 9 months for my furniture to be fixed! Yes 9 long months and finally the part came today in the mail! Call to set up a time for them to come out the part in and the voicemail says do to unforeseen circumstances we are closed for the unforeseen future. please call back another day! Ummmm what is up with this are they closed up are they open. No details given it’s been 9 months waiting and now this!

      These people are terrible. How are those people even in business??If you are reading this, it's because you are having doubts about this company. Unfortunely, i am here to tell you, you've been had. You've been duked.I put in a claim in June 2022. It's now March 2023 and nothing got fixed. Furthermore, my contract is now expired.I will never ever give these people another dime. Not one dime and neither should you-- you've been warned.Again, how in the world are these people even aloud to operate?Fraud!

      Purchased Guardian protection gold plan from ********* furniture and recliner is falling apart and initial claim was denied. So buyer beware don't spend the $449.99 because they will find a way to deny your claim. I weigh 140lbs and sat in my recliner and it broke. After my claim was denied I've tried to fix it myself and failed. So DON'T purchase this plan because they certainly don't honor their agreement and terms!!!!!!! Would love to pursue this but I don't have time nor money. The recliner isn't worth that much. WOULD LOVE TO LEAVE A 0 BUT OF COURSE THEY DON'T GIVE YOU THAT OPTION

      I would give negative 100 percent! Horrible customer service and they play games. I filed my claim which included ALL my contact information (email, phone number and address) they claim they emailed me that they needed the original receipt(which was included in my original claim). I only found out about this when a I did MY follow up with them. I didnt get the email they claimed to have sent and they certainly didnt make any attempt to contact me any other way. When I went out and resubmitted the missing receipt they denied my claim stating I missed THEIR timeframe. They DO NOT have any intention of standing behind their warranty. Absolutely HORRIBLE!

      Company is a fraud!!! Got a policy for $ 492 that covers multiple pieces of furniture. It says don't use it and it goes towards furniture from store. Submitted a claim for a footboard that cost $168.00 now they tell me have to use the rest of the policy for repairs or lose my money.

      Don't get ripped off by this company. They will take your money and they will never fix anything. You are lucky if you ever hear back from them if you have to file a claim. Scammers

      Ive been waiting over two months for someone to look at my husbands Lazy Boy recliner. All I get told is that someone will contact me, I cant get any answers or any help. The furniture store is no help either. So we have an $800 recliner we cannot use.
