      I purchased a 5-year warranty plan 3 years in I made a claim. After waiting for weeks without a reply I called. Then two days later I received a denial of my claim saying it was not covered. This is not what I understood when I bought it and you cannot reply to their email. They have suspended accepting phone calls as well. This reeks of a scam, In my opinion. Never again.

      Id give 0 stars if I could. We only got the plan on the instance of the sales person who sold ** the couch set at Nebraska Furniture Mart. I made a claim and didnt hear anything until well over a month later. In that process I had moved but the stain occurred well before that. It just shows how long it took for them to even respond to the claim. I love Nebraska Furniture Mart (NFM) but Im disappointed that they do business with such a shady, dishonorable company. I will be advising all friends and family to never use Guardsman and bringing it up the next time I go to NFM.

      Awful company. Did not get the information they were supposedly going to send us for our plan. Gave the wrong number to us and the furniture place we purchased from. Tried to make a claim for an electrical issue...which is not a time sensitive issue...is to them. Refused our first claim so when we tried to see if we could fix it, we found more that wasn't working. So, filed a new claim. New claim was ignored and they sent the same refusal email from the first claim. Called them and they refused to hear anything I had to say. These are scammers.

      I purchased a white loveseat on 3/19/22 from Turner Furniture, along with a 5-Year fabric plus complete furniture protection plan. I filed a claim to clean & repair my loveseat in November 2022 & received a response on 12/27/22 denying my claim. I contacted Turner Furniture and they assured me that my claim should have been taken care. I finally got through to them yesterday 2/6/23, as they are only taking calls on Mondays & Tuesdays. They said that my claim is not covered by protection plan. I requested a refund of the purchase price of the plan and was given an address, in which I will submitted the information they requested. I will let you know if they refund my money.

      I think Guardsman protection plan is a ripoff !
      put in for refund of premium was promised a refund it has been 30days i have not heard a word from them am tired of calling them which i think that is what they want

      BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! These guys are crooks at best! Bought matching leather recliners from   **** **** in October 2022, filed a claim in November 2022 for blood stains on the seat. December they finally send out a 'tech' (TECH term LOOSELY applied!!!). Some barely speaking English hispanic guy who sprayed some juju liquid on the stains and scrubbed. His efforts resulted in NOTHING! The stains are still there. Guardsman NEVER answers the phone, emails, but touts they have a 'live chat' button available on certain hours. Well, after trying their 'live chat' no less than 20 times at all hours of the night and day, NO ONE has ever answered the invitation to chat! Lesson: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON A GUARDSMAN WARRANTY!!!

      We bought a guardsman furniture protection plan when we bought our couch at ***** furniture Mart, two years ago. When we filed a claim, because there were some spills and rips on the couch, they didn’t cover them because they said it was a manufacture problem. What was the point of us spending extra money for this guardsman furniture protection plan, if they didn’t fix the problem when it arose. Don’t buy a guardsmen plan!
      It was a total waste of money and time.

      I called Guardsman due to my broken drawer not gliding easily the wood glider is damaged and they sent a technician to do estimate and look at the issue in Nov 2022. He said he needs to order parts and it would take a month to order it. In Jan 2023 another technician named ******* came over to our house and tried to fix the broken drawer( the glider) and he glued the broken wood. He did NOT bring any parts that need to be replaced as the first technician came over in Nov ; yet we had been waiting over than a month and nobody updated us about the parts being ordered or not. Now the drawer is even more damaged since the technician glued it and cannot be glide easily in and out. It is stucked. So I called **** ( at Guardsman) on Jan 23 and reported the new issue of more damaged drawer . This is ***** ***** drawer and I also spoke to ***** ***** representatives about this situation. **** did not update me at all since Jan 23 and I emailed her again on Jan 30 asked for any update and follow up. Then after I gave her a call, Guardsman emailed me on Jan ************************************************ a date to come soon and try to fix it the broken drawer that their technician touched and tried to fix it on Jan 20th but FAILED and even damaged more . Guardsman had very bad customer service and bad in follow up customer. We will see if their technician will take responsibility and can fix my broken ***** ***** drawer due to lack of knowledge of their technian
