      I purchased an appliance protection plan for my ******* Washer and Dryer, a grand total of $2096.30. The protection plan is serviced through Guardsman. I made a claim about my washer on 8/10/2022. I was still under manufacturer warranty. They failed too send a technician until Nov 2022. In Nov the technician said he would have to return in Dec. In Dec Guardian canceled my appointment. They claim the technician was in a car accident. On dec 21 they sent another technician. They still have not repaired or replaced my washer. My laundry bills have in accruing for 5 months. Beware of this ************************ Do your due diligence and do not purchase a protection plan from this company. They are fraudulent and do not deliver what what the warranty protection plan promises. Thus happened 9 months after purchasing a new washer from Brandsmart USA

      So sorry I didnt do my review before purchasing this useless warranty. Bought a new house feeling good went to havertys furniture to get a new living rm set with a dining rm. me being an entertainer thinking ahead though it was a good idea. Bought this warranty from guardsman. My armchair broke 2 days ** thanksgiving, here it is January 3rd I have spoken to the ** several times finally get a claims number. There it stopped. U call & call & fxing call & u get the message close for the holidays. Ok still ****** but understanding its holiday time. Finally got to talk to a human after waiting for 29 mins. He gonna get an attitude like I filled out his job application then proceeded to hang the ph up. So I called ry back asked for a supervisor had to wait another 30 mins. Spoke to him he had a nastier disposition after trying to explain to him that the rep ** him hung the ph up on me. Didnt he also hung up on me. Ppl dont waste ur $ buying this useless warranty. And if the salesperson try to **nvince u tell them u have read the ************** **me up lacking & wanting.

      I agree with others that the GOLD COMPLETE PLUS FURNITURE PROTECTION PLAN is a complete rip off. I spilt tea on my couch and they came out and only cleaned the cushions that had the tea on it vs. cleaning the whole couch. Also, in the agreement it states to clean matching furniture to ensure there is no change in color. They refused to do that, as well as clean the whole couch. I paid $275 for very poor service. DO NOT BUY.

      Horrible experience with Guardsman so far. Only have used them once to clean a small stain, and they are slow to respond, and when I called to speak to someone directly, the person that assisted me was extremely rude and hung up on me while I was speaking. Unbelievable. I would not recommend them to anyone. Waste of money. Zero stars.

      ********************** or time with this company they are the biggest joke and will make any excuse to deny your claim even if it is covered, it's funny they hold people to 5 day window to report something but they are not held to that same window to process the claim. They should be put out of business and have to repay everyone's money

      I WISH BBB could provide an option of "0". Sent claim three months ago and they kept asking me provided insurance item information. Called them and finally they sent one technician to check the table. Two weeks later I received email said it was denied - Scratch-Wood/Hard Surface - The damage you reported is not covered by your protection plan. Please refer to the section of your plan titled "What is Covered." In some protection plans, this can be found in section 6..

      I am so frustrated with this company. My husband and I bought a couch 5 months ago, and now we have 4 different places where the seams are separated, and its just extremely poor quality. We purchased the protection plan along with it. I put in a claim a month ago and provided pictures and detailed information on what was damaged. They said it would take ****************************************************** deny the claim. I just received the email that they denied it because its not covered in our plan which it absolutely, 100% is fully covered. Now I will have to fight with them over the next God knows how long to get them to approve it. Just in the time I have put in the claim, there has been 2 more seam separations. I will have to put in another claim for each one. If if I DO get them to approve the claim, they state it will take 2-3 months to get the couch back. This is the biggest scam of all time. Horrible service, horrible products.

      I am glad I'm not alone in putting this one star rating. I would in fact prefer to put a zero however this is not an option. I called guardsman 5 to 6 times to process my claim and it has been over a month since they've gotten back to me. Let me backup, not only have they not gotten back to me they hung up on me multiple times when I got frustrated and they refused to let me speak to a manager when I asked politely the first three times. When I contacted ********* to help me process my claims as I bought the furnature through them they told me they would get back to me and they never did. This was three weeks ago. Honestly at this point I am OK with them refusing to return my calls and emails because I expect very little from them and my own personal values do not align with their company's. This may sound harsh but it is due to a history of lack of competence and warm customer support. As there is at this time ********************************************************************************************** any way available. All I want is to not have a broken chair taking up a large amount of space in my small dining room. Thank you.

      My experience echos that of hundreds of other Guardsman victims that you can read about here.. They have dragged their feet processing my claim(s) and then denied them in contradiction to the terms of their worthless Service Agreement that cost me $449. I certainly wish I had read up on Guardsman before purchasing their warranty on my new furniture. My advice... don't purchase anything from Guardsman.

      If I could put "0", I would. Sent in 2 claims. First one had too much info. So 2nd had the main issue of 2 holes on the side of my dresser. Both times I was denied "due to normal wear and tear". See section 6.
