      Horrible Service if possible I would have ***** zero stars. I opened a ticket on a leather sofa that sink after only 5 months of ownership in a two person household andveithout any photos or better having someone check it they denied the claim. I never heard from them diectly, so I contacted ******* District directly,. The store manager called today (2 weeks later) abd told me the claim was denied without any documentation or review. I am opening a consumer protection complaint today. Guardsman cannot take consumers money and not provide the paid for.

      Guardsman warranty claims is a SCAM. I bought a huge area rug last year on Overstock and they added a warranty for 5 years for "any spills, stains etc" and I have submitted a claim due to that. I did it within the required timeline that they have - and now they're saying I didn't submit it within the time frame. Their website is terribly poor and has the worst navigation fields to submit your claim, looks like someone fresh out of high school built it. They don't honor their claims and will find any way to turn down your request. If you want a refund for the warranty you have to MAIL a claim. MAIL?! It's 2022. There is no reason I should be using mail for a web/call center based company. But you know they do that because people won't go to the trouble of doing that. I will be. Because this company needs to cease existence.

      When I got the plan for all of my furniture they told me it would cover everything (including intentional damage) which I would never do but it pretty much meant that they would fix it all. So when my table got scratched and they said they couldnt fix it because it had been my fault I was very disappointed. Then I had a tiny hole in my sofa (which was made by a painter) and they said they couldnt cover it because it was a third partys fault. To me it seems like they always made up excuses and make me waste time and money because during the whole process they asked to fill out a ridiculously long questionnaire and send pictures and nothing was accomplished. *********************!

      Just had a tech come to our ********* was prompt, friendly & addressed our issues. I dont feel like people take time often enough to leave a *positive* review. Thanks again *******

      Waste of money they do not help. Purchased extended warranty from NFM after told it covers spills, stains, damage. Filed a claim over a damaged shelf and was told since the claim was made over ten days from when the damage was noticed its not covered. Wth. Does it matter that it took more than ten days to fill out a claim. It sure as s*** took you more than ten days to respond back. Your company is lame. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR NONSENSE.

      I have been trying to have my furniture stains removed, I bought the plan that covers everything. 3 months later I am still having issues. And they are sub contractors that are doing the claims. VERY DISAPPOINTED! What can we do to get something done???

      Cant speak to anyone on phone. Have an error on claim filed because their web filing is super buggy. Just trying to correct it. Wont give me a last name of a supervisor, or a call back number or even an idea of if anyone can call me back. Terrible customer service.

      I purchased very expensive furniture which did not hold up. My furniture sees very little traffic or use because I live alone. Therefore, you would think and expect high quality materials to last a decent amount of time.However, within less than a year the kitchen chair's wooden leg was cracked and broken at the base where the s**** had been put in and was so weak and wobbly it was unusable. I contacted Galleria, the company in which it was purchased, expressing my concern of the their products and the fact that they were already having major problems and it wasn't even a year old, along with photos of the issues I was having. I was told that they Galleria would not be covering the broken kitchen chair and I would need to contact Gaurdsman, where I had purchased a five year extended warranty, for an additional$400 and pursue the repairs on the chair through that avenue on the last week of June. It is now entering the second week of August and and Gaurdsman has done nothing about the broken leg on the kitchen chair. I could have purchased three new chairs for what I spent on a warranty which the company will not honor! I warn others that this company will not correct the issues when they occur, nor honor their the warranty which was purchased.

      My dad bought a chair from Sunshine furniture and bought the warranty with it. They gave my dad the run around and never not once tried to help him. This company is very unprofessional. From the employees to the top management. Whats the point of buying a protection plan if you cant help people get their items fixed. Its a scam for sure. Never buy protection from guardsmans. And just reading the comments, they are known for this ghetto mess of customer service they offer.
