      Last week I ordered food with their instacart app. There was an item missing and one item that I didn't order. I called a number they gave me, but no satisfaction---they said that I had to take it up with the person who did the shopping. Of course, the shopper was long gone so that didn't work. I gave up. This week I ordered again but this time food was delivered to the side covered porch, but not in the porch but on the top step which means the door is blocked. I am disabled (arthritis, menier's desease, heart problems, not to mention a knee problem which they haven/t figured out yet.) If this isn't enough, we'll talk again when you are about to be 85 (in March).

      Meijer is the worst. Did online order, order went thru (got confirmation) then got email it was cancelled. Its been hrs and still no refund to my card. Called and there is nothing they can do. It could take days. Are you kidding me! You do realize its Christmas time right?? I only choose 1 star cause I had to, you dont deserve any stars!

      Meijer on ********* has over charged me by double the current market price for groceries. They have also blocked me from their website so I am unable to order pick up or delivery. Their shipt shoppers have stolen a lot of groceries from me to include most specifically water and meat.

      Came at 11:58pm doors were locked and was told by management that the store is closed. The doors were not locked precisely at 12. I drove 20 minutes here to get something and was told that I couldnt get in the store.

      On Monday November 27th, at the marketplace dr. Meijer, I had a 2 qt coffee mate creamer fall from the top shelf in the dairy coolers and nearly hit my head. That's at least a 6ft drop with nothing stopping them. Having items as heavy as 5lbs fall from 6ft is now 30lbs of force in free fall. I had neck surgery and can't look up to see if I'm gonna be hit by something that far up. All in all I could have been seriously hurt because someone on a team said.. ahh those big creamers are totally safe at the highest point in our coolers, nothing will happen. Since corporate Meijer, MIOSHA, nor our own voted in Attorney General WANT to help in keeping the people, the guests and constituents safer, I'm bringing it to the reviews so peers know no one is out there to help you

      Store: Meijer 5050 North Hamilton Rd. Columbus, Oh 43230. I frequently am encountering situations where, the prices that are marked on the shelfs (sale items or manufactures money back) are not ring up clearly when i get to the register. And, while the store does correct this issue when I go to customer service, I wonder how often people do not notice the price discrepancy when they are at the register and loose out on the price that is advertised. Otherwise, it is a very good store and am appreciate of their managers and customer service when I do have issues.

      I went to Meijer store at ********* and Grandriver in ******* to (Sunday, 9/24/23). Before I began my shopping, I returned bottles previously purchased from there. The bottle return room is filthy. Trash everywhere, floor is filthy, and you can smell beer and soda combination. People were covering their nose. Also, a couple of the return stations were down. Went to talk the manager about it, he refused to meet with us. This is unacceptable.

      Another day shopping at Meijer, another day of being harassed and followed around the store like I'm stealing something by Meijer employees, "secret shoppers", and Dept of Defense/Dept of Homeland Security agents. This has been going on for years, at least two decades. They closed the Cleveland Ave and 161 location because I was documenting what they were doing. I have confronted them about this before n person and by email, yet they continue to harass me. P S. Their cauliflower is always moldy.

      On Meijer branded products there is a supposed quality guarantee. In this case a Meijer dish soap which claims on the label to be comparable to Dawn. It's not. The Meijer product in no way compares to Dawn or Ajax. The ONLY remedy for a complaint on this nature is for the customer to return to the store with the product and the receipt for a refund. That's ridiculous. Other store chains will accept the customer's word on a transaction that is less than $3.

      Customer service at the Ann Arbor Saline Rd., Meijer was less than satisfactory. Hannah, the employee in charge was rude and unapologetic. I attempted to return an item that was defective, I showed her how the item did not work, and she indicated I could not return the item. To date, I have not had any resistance, and/or rudeness at the customer service counter at this location until my encounter with Hannah on 9-7-23
