      I placed an online order to be picked up later today. One hour after I got a text verification that my order was received another text was sent saying order was cancelled without ANY explanation. I am livid. From what I have read this has happened more than once to others. There is no rhyme or reason why the orders are being cancelled. I bet Fred M is rolling over in his grave right now due to all this inept customer service.

      I have had nothing but problems with their online ordering. Today was the last straw. I placed an order at noon today and after it was shopped t was canceled due to technical error. I spent over an hour with customer service saying it was *****'s fault and there as nothing they could due I would have to replace the order. After replacing the order it would only give me a 9pm delivery time of course it never happened. Now the best part the stores service desk closes at 8pm and the main customer service closes at 9pm. Shipt is still open but they tell me it will I will have to wait **** days for the refund as the order was returned to the store. So there are now 4 charges for **** and my grocery bill of ****** and I have to buy groceries. This is not the 1st time but the 4th this is the first return. If I could give a 9 I would

      First of all Meijers Stores have driven most of our other local grocery stores out of business, therefore pretty much having a monopoly on shopping.They have this MPerk coupon clipping that is very misleading. People are clipping these coupons and buying these products, thinking that they are getting somewhat of a bargain. Unless they consistently check their sales slip they dont know that they are not getting the credit that they think they are!!This has happened to me three times at this ********** store that I have caught because of the prices and just happening to check my sales slip.Once they clerk told me that their system doesnt seem to be working. The next two times I contacted customer service headquarters and was given credit with the explanation that this is a computer glitch.What really bothers me are that this has been over a period of several months, people are being led on to purchase these deals and not getting proper credit. A lot of people have problems affording groceries and are being mislead. If Meijers computer system does not work correctly then they should remove the MPerks until it works correctly instead of leading people on!!!!

      I would like to submit a formal complain against the customer service center at the Canton Meijer store in Canton. I was verbally harassed by the customer service representative her name is Loretta, when I presented to return a produce item ( a bag of Zucchini) me and my father purchased about 30 minutes prior. I provided the bag of zucchini and the receipt to return the item when their customer representative- Loretta told me what is wrong with the item. I told her the family including my older mother did not like them it seems they are not fresh. She told me. “Why do you are returning them? you did not feel them before you bought them? I told her we did but we know they were not great but the family did not like them, and we would like to return them. She then replied now we will through them in the garbage. I told her I just want to return them since they are old and not fresh and the family did not like them, we just bought them 30 minutes ago. She started yelling at me telling me you bought them. I told her I am here just to return the item and I don’t appreciate you yelling at me and talking to me this way. She told me this is the way I talk to everyone. I had to share that I really don’t appreciate the way I was treated and verbally harassed. I got no where and I had to ask for her manager Anita who very friendly and kind. She assured me that she will not allow anyone to be treated this way by their customer representative Loretta and she will talk to her. I was only there to return an item y I purchased 30 minutes ago with a valid receipt to be treated unfairly and be verbally harassed for that. I hope no one go through this awful experience because of this store Custer service Loretta.

      This Meijer appears to be ripping off its customers. They are using sale signs for one price and charging a different price at the register. For example, they have had a sign up for grapes at 99 cents/Lb. At the register they charge $1.99/Lb. They know about this problem and have not fixed it. The same for peaches. The sign says $1.59/Lb. At the register they charge $1.79/Lb. I caught the grapes at the register. If I had not noticed the price discrepancy, I would have paid over $4 for about $2 worth of grapes. How many more products are incorrectly priced? How many people are unknowingly paying a lot more than they should for their groceries? It appears that Meijer is increasing their profit by overcharging their customers.

      Placed an online delivery order around 5pm for a 10pm-11pm delivery and marked "deliver any time," thinking they could squeeze it in. It's a holiday coming up and the sale on meat was very good, so I stocked up. Around 11pm, they rescheduled my order for the following day, last minute. That's okay! I call customer service to make sure I can still get my sale price on the items I purchased, as this was the last day for it. The lady was very pissy that I was inconvienincing her over this, so I got cut off mid-sentence and put on hold. For a while. Then she told me her supervisor was giving me a "one-time only" coupon for my next shopping visit, but only if I call back after my delivery. Pinky promise. I asked her to cancel it instead, because I'd rather not spend and extra $100 on meat due to their mistakes for a freaking coupon. If you can't honor it, fine, no problem, but don't have an attitude and treat me like I'm the problem here. I am blown away by the atrocious customer service. Your handling of this was a train wreck.

      I shop early on Saturday mornings to avoid crowds. An item I purchased rang up incorrectly. I didn't catch it until after purchase. When I asked for help, I was told customer service didn't open until 8 am. (This was 7am) The manager wouldn't leave the office to do the return/adjustment. I don't understand a business that can sell an item at 7am but cannot return one purchased moments before. I will not be shopping here again. Kroger can fix errors whenever they are open.

      Order Delivery is terrible. Driver get lost many times. Or leave deliveries at the wrong address. You cannot get through to customer service.

      I went into the Stone Creek location in Cincinnati, OH on 5/18/23. No bathrooms available; the back and front ones were both closed off due to remodeling. The only bathrooms available in the store were 2 unisex bathrooms by the deli. I had to wait for quite a while before I could even get into one of them. I left my cart and tried walking down to Old Navy and JCPenney; both were closed, so there was absolutely nowhere to go. This is inexcusable; no way should both sets of restrooms be blocked off to the public like this. Meijer needs to do better by its customers!
