Purchased engine for a 2014 **** F350 6.7L on 6/1/2023. Was told when payment was sent the engine would be sent out in 15 days. Received engine in September. Installed and my customer drove for less than 100 miles before coolant started leaking into #2 cylinder. Disassembled engine and found cylinder #2 had a crack in the cylinder wall. Removed engine and sent back to them on 10/13/2023. Todays date is 4/22/2024 and I have still not received the warranty engine. I have called so many times and left messages and no one calls back or the voicemail box is full. I have talked to multiple employees at the company during this time and they have told me 3 different times your engine will be sent out next week. Now the customer I purchased the engine for has filed a lawsuit on my company. I have no control of the situation and have been lied to every time and now Im being sued! I need this engine Now!

I am rejecting this response because:

Upon inspection of the engine, our technicians concluded that the only thing the company did was replace the cylinder heads of which were not the cause of the failure in the first place. In addition, there is dirt and metal debris inside the intake on the heads, which will cause this engine to fail if we were to install it.  The initial cause of failure was a cracked cylinder wall resulting in coolant entering combustion chamber, there is no indication this issue was corrected. There is also soot visible around the pistons indicating this unit was not cleaned or inspected by the company. The paperwork they sent to us with the unit fraudulently states we received a new remanufactured motor with all new internal components, this is a blatant lie. After waiting 8 months this is beyond unacceptable.

With the amount of time that has passed, their inability or unwillingness to communicate with us, the unacceptable condition of this unit and the fraudulent claims they have made, we are left with no other choice than to get our attorney involved.

    Sincerely,

    *******************

Then they blew that engine up and now they want a refund. Warranty examination is coming in to determine reason for failure so we can move forward on refund.

In October I ordered an engine from Accurate engines. It showed up late, upon arrival my mechanic had concerns while it sat there on the shipping pallet regarding craftsmanship. I then sent several emails including pictures annd CCd everyone in the company in my email thread, made several phone calls and got no response, at this point with storage fees accruing at the shop, they installed the engine and it failed at start up. Ive been trying since to let Accurate Engines do the right thing and send another and pay for install but at this point Im over $10,000 out of pocket and still nothing. Absolutely nothing/ Engine ordered 10/10/23 and todays date is 3/8/24. Accurate engines was paid directly $5,284 and it cost another $4,782.14 to have their bad engine installed

We offered warranty coverage on engine. Asked customer to send back at our expense.

I ordered a remanufactured engine for my 2017 **** F150 from Accurate Engines on January 4th and the engine that was delivered was not the correct engine for my truck. I returned the engine to them and they received it on 1/26/24. I have been waiting two weeks for a check in the mail because they stated they could not just put it back on my card because they had it split out for the shipping costs with R&L carriers. I have called several times in the past 4 days with no answer and the voice mail boxes state that they are full. I have also sent Emails to ****************************** with no reply. My invoice number is ***** and they owe me $5834.00 for the reimbursement. The number for them in ************.

I had to buy a new engine for my pickup truck. That one had problems. I took it to get it fixed. My mechanic could have fixed it in three days for $1800. They told him we had to send the new engine to them. They also told him it would be a 48 hour turn around for the job not including shipping. It has taken a week or two anytime I have needed to get a hold of them. They have had the new engine for over a month. My truck has been sitting on a rack at the mechanics without an engine.

Sent me a defective engine. The freeze plug was old and rusted out leaking coolant into the oil and caused the oil and water to mix. It also has old timing chain guides on the same side of the engine as the freeze plug. So there was no way this engine was ever tested properly. Per our agreement they were suppose to rebuild my engine and send it back to me. Accurate sent this defective one instead. Didn't notify me they were doing that. My mechanic had to go back in and try to fix the problem. Order new timing chain guides and freeze plugs. The timing chain cover and the oil pan on the engine I sent them was shipped back to me not clean and inspected. *** the Salesmen hung up on me. When I tried to report the problem. Now Accurate want answer my phone calls or emails. *****.

On July 12 2023 I puchest an 7.3 powerstroke engine and was told that it would take 2 week to get it. I still have not reserved all the parts and the engine is damaged and the internals are rusted. They will not give me my money back. I would like my money back and for them to pay my shop for all the work done on the broken engine.
