Ty and Steve provided an excellent picture of what is current going on in my basement and also very comprehensive solutions to resolve those! We hired Ayers Basement Systems to level our floor below the crawl space. They installed a 4 smart jacks, added 2 floor joists with a 20ft supplemental beam. They were unsuccessful. They made a second trip to our house to make another attempt. Again, they were unsuccessful. On the third trip, a supervisor came with the installation crew. $10,000 and 26 total hours later, they were able to raise the floor but was still unlevel (approximately 1" slope). They mentioned if you want to floor level it will be another $5000 and a fourth trip to repair. The salesperson did a lot of talking and did not deliver on what was discuss and expected (level the floor). The installation crew worked hard but was inexperienced. Clean-up of the job site was below average. Hire this company at your own risk. We are pursuing other methods to complete the task.Ayers Basement Systems
