The condition my basement & driveway were left in & the nonexistent customer service afterwards to rectify things has been inexcusable. Sales omitted, minimized & misconstrued treatment options including I paid significantly more for walls than should have & was provided incorrect, incomplete, & misleading information regarding warranty requirements, inconsistent treatment applications without explanation, water trays lining perimeter walls created additional work & expense for walls & floor coverings, I was not informed there were several ports which required access therefore affecting flooring application, sump pump pipe draining outside was much shorter than picture on website. After sump pump drain pipe installed, staff told me drain pipe could be longer, but this option was never presented to me. Sales told shower would be uprooted along back perimeter but staff told me they were doing perimeter around & in front of shower. I was never given correct information what treatment was being done! Right before staff began jackhammering concrete, they stated jackhammer vibrations can burst water pipes & if my pipe broke, the responsibility was on me. I was given absolutely no advance notice to prepare should this occur & my basement had just been mitigated 6.5 months ago for flooding! Staff removed one bedroom cabinet and one cabinet in bathroom but left one cabinet in kitchen and waterproofed around it without explanation? Staff removed window framing except left framing below window without explanation, bottom step was removed & not replaced which is safety hazard & driveway was noticeably & permanently discolored due to concrete. I discussed my multiple concerns to a supervisor but have not received a response or resolution despite calls & texts to them as well as Ayers main office & financing company. I am contesting this charge & am extremely dissatisfied by the work done & lack of transparency. I should have hired a different waterproofing company!Ayers Basement Systems

Jordan was a great leader for the team that came for the job. They explained what they were going to do before hand. They worked hard and got the job done. They replaced dirt, plants and flowers. The backyard looks almost exactly like it did before they came. I am definitely satisfied with the job and would use them again.Ayers Basement Systems
