We had Ayer’s put in the system to deal with our water problem. From the time we met Jeff who thoroughly explained the process and answered all of our questions to the completion of the project with Owen, Nathan and Connor, everything went seamlessly. Communication was excellent from start to finish and the crew was very professional. I’m so glad we picked Ayer’s.

Thoroughly inspected basement and crawl space. Explained, in detail, the results of inspection and what the recommendations were to correct any issues found. *** was very helpful and personable, as well as professional. Ayers Basement far exceeded our expectations. We recently installed two egress windows with them. From the start of the process with Paul to the install with Tyler nothing but great things to say about this company. They answered all our questions and made sure we were informed at every step of the way. The entire crew was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The foreman and one assistant both explained the Ayers system to me in excellent detail. They invited me to look over their work in progress numerous times during the course of the project. They worked extremely hard, and spent nearly 12 hours to complete the installation. Despite the long day, they did a great job cleaning up. This crew in particular all deserve a raise for their work ethic! I highly recommend considering Ayers Basement Systems.Ayers Basement Systems

I contracted with Ayers Basement systems to repair the cement on my garage apron. They required a percentage deposit of $1,400.00 dollars. I read that I could cancel within a three day time period. The scheduled work was almost two months out. My home sold in the meantime and the closing is scheduled before Ayers repair date. I called to cancel the repair and maybe receive a reasonable refund since the scheduled repair is still six weeks out. I was not able to take advantage of their one year reschedule since I am leaving the State. So they have refused to refund any of my deposit! I am taken aback by their greed and unprofessional approach to zero customer service!Ayers Basement Systems

Having been in the construction business for 45+ years I experienced all manor of workers with varying skill sets and work ethics. The crew that Ayers sent to perform some waterproofing work at my home was top shelf. Their foreman Nick kept a good line of communication and the quality of the finished product was exemplary. Nick and his crew are wonderful examples of what can be accomplished with hard work and good training. Kudos to Ayers Systems. Well done!!Ayers Basement Systems

Great job from the sales rep/estimator to the work crew who made it all happen.**** navigated his way through my dark and dirty crawlspace to analyze and formulate a solid plan for foundation support and crawlspace encapsulation. He spent a good amount of time explaining what will happen and keeping me informed of scheduling and progress.***** and crew were the real heroes of this project. I can't imagine what patience and fortitude I would need digging a 2 foot hole while lying flat on my belly and not enough clearance for the 1/2 size shovel to stand straight up. The whole crew was friendly. A couple of times they encountered something not previously discussed and immediately brought it to my attention with what option would work best to address it. They cleaned up the entire work area, including whatever was previously in the crawlspace. They did mention a very old skeleton of a racoon or something.Some day I may sell this house. Instead of wondering if it may not pass inspection or if the poor condition of the crawlspace would turn away potential buyers, I can now include photos of the crawlspace in the listing and declare it as a feature. With a 25 year transferrable warranty, potential buyers can be assured it is in good condition and will remain so.Ayers Basement Systems
