Not happy with the service the Eaves are on the wrong side of the house outlet cover got broken Sidewalk has not been replaced big rocks cender blocks in yard not leveled hard to walk on the ground

Ever since we got the basement done by Ayers, weve had nothing but issues. I called multiple times to Ayers about the leaks they had done and still nothing. My next step is a lawsuit against them for negligence and faulty equipment. I got the SaniDry system at which costs $12,000+ and the system is leaking all over my basement. the first thing that bugged me is the fact that I financed with a bank for the entire project and was approved then get told by the rep that I have to get another loan because they need money down Im like I am approved for all of it and you want me to hurt my credit even more. Then the system they say works is pulling the moisture out but the moisture comes back by leaking which I have a video of the whole thing and still nothing! Now my basement has more cracks to the foundation and they either come fix the problems or get sued Im 100% done! You have 24 hours to fix this issue and fast because I already spoke with my insurance they wont cover your mess up! 24 hours not business hours 24 hours by 11:21 PM If this is not fixed with a whole new system (since the one system that takes the water out looks like it was refurbished and sold to me) I will be filing a lawsuit for the entire project! Youve had your chance now fix it or get sued! Dont call me unless you have a solution and will fix it in the next 24 hours! If youre looking for a basement fix dont go through them they will hurt you in the long run!Ayers Basement Systems

The salesperson did not put the right wall in the drawing. To be specific. There is one wall that is clearly deflected 5 inches.The other wall was not the reason AYERS was called out and is visibly not deflected.This has led to a multi-week delay while they hold the deposit. ******* has reached out to try to figure out the situation, but I have not heard back since Monday, 06/10/2024.Ayers Basement Systems
