      I purchased LazyBoy recliner in 2020 & it's frame broke in *************** 400 in labor repair. Shameful quality. Now recliner mechanism has failed. Do not recommend product. This was a great company that cranked out **************, but not any more.

      20-DEC-2023 ORDERED A RECLINER ONLINE. 29-JAN-2024 RECLINER IS DELIVERED BACK OF RECLINER BECOMES DETACHED WHEN MY WIFE TRIES TO RECLINE FOR THE FIRST TIME. CALLED TO CUSTOMER CARE TO REPORT THE PROBLEM AND AM ON HOLD FOR TOO LONG. CALLED THE "ONLINE ORDER INQUIRIES'', WOMAN THAT ANSWERED SAID THAT THEY COULD TELL ME HOW TO FIX THE ****** I DECLINED NOT WANTING TO TAKE THAT RESPONSIBILITY AND WAS INFORMED THAT I NEED TO SPEAK WITH CUSTOMER CARE. CALLED CUSTOMER CARE, LEFT MY PHONE NUMBER AND MISSED THE RETURN CALL. CALLLED C.C. AGAIN AND SPOKE TO A REP. WHO SCHEDULED A SERVICE CALL FOR 31-JAN-2024. 31-JAN-2024, REP. SHOWS UP AS SCHEDULED AND TRIES TO REPAIR THE ****** IS ON-SITE FOR APPROX. 20 MINUTES DURING WHICH HE SAYS "IT SHOULDN'T BE THIS HARD". HE LEAVES AFTER HE IS SATISFIED THAT HE HAS IN FACT REPAIRED THE ****** AFTER HE LEAVES I TRY TO RECLINE THE ***** AND THE BACK AGAIN BECOMES DETACHED. I CALLED THE SERVICE REP. AND TELL HIM HIS FIX IS UNSUCCESSFUL. HE CALLS SOMEONE ELSE AND THEN CALLS ME BACK SAYING THAT I WILL RECEIVE A CALL FROM SOMEONE ELSE WHICH DOESN'T HAPPEN. 01-FEB-2024, I CALL CUSTOMER CARE WHO SETS UP A SERVICE CALL WITH SOMEONE NAMED "*****" AND AM TOLD THAT I WILL RECEIVE A CALL FROM HIM WITHIN 48 HOURS. IT HAS NOW 06-FEB-2024 AND I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM ANYONE. I DECIDE TO CHECK THIS SITE AND REALIZE THAT I SHOULD HAVE DONE SO BEFORE I ORDERED THE ****** I NOW HAVE NO EXPECTATION THAT I WILL EVER RECEIVE SATISFACTION FROM LA-Z-BOY.

      We decided to update our Lazy boy furniture in 11/2020. Got rid of 20-year-old Lazy Boy sofa and Love seat that were still in decent condition. We bought a $6,000.00 Power reclining sofa from Lazy boy. Now 3 years later the cushions are garbage (my husband has to put a pillow behind him to use it) and **** boy does not care. Told me to call the extended warranty they sold us, but it only covers accidents not poor factory workmanship. Also told me I would have to pay them to put new cushions in it. I will never give them another dime. Basically, we are out the 6K after just 3 years! So much for the excellent warranty the salesperson bragged about.

      Laz-e-boy is selling expensive junk,I purchased living room furniture the backs of the chairs have big holes were the cushions end, the recliners there is a bunch g separation we're the wings and the back of chair should meet, when I sit in the recliner they feel like there going to fall apart, finish is coming off the tables. There furniture is expensive junk no quilty in the furniture there selling... BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! Save yourself from aggravating and mental stress

      I purchased 2 ***** sofas with upgraded fabric and although I love the look and fabric the seat cushion has absolutely zero support and flattens like a pancake when you sit on it. I have called and Im scheduled for someone to look at the sofas, I am told I may have to pay to upgrade the cushions. This is unacceptable, the standard cushions should support an average size person. I will update this review after I have my appointment.

      Took delivery of ***************** Recliner 10/15/23. The chair has mechanical issues. **************** sent 2 different techs to assess the chair. One of whom reeked of pot. Each told us the chair had problems but their reports showed the chair is Up to Standard! Lazy boy has lowered their standard. We paid nearly $1200 for this chair. The manager of the store was of no help resolving this issue either. He saw the photos of the chair and could clearly see the problem but he continues to default to the service techs from *************************** (FSN). Customer ********** will never return a call. We have been so frustrated for 2 months now. I told the manager we would like a new chair or refund our money and put this chair in their showroom and **** it down. That's not going to happen. They would rather lose us as a customer and future purchases. It looks like they have us over a barrel and as of 12/29/23 we are still stuck with this chair. BTW, we thought we were supporting ***************** but a tag on the chair says Made In ******. NEVER AGAIN will we buy from Lazy Boy.

      I paid **** for a recliner that was not good when they delivered it. They sent a tech to fix it and he did what he could. But its still not right. I cant get them to ***********. And I also paid for an extended warranty.

      Run DO NOT Walk from Lazy Boy!! I purchased a "leather" sectional sofa in 04/2019, with all the bells and whistle warranties available. My sofa started peeling after only being 4 years and 5 months old! Leather doesn't peel. The sales person sold it as a leather sofa. This is fraud. The sales people say how wonderful the warranties are. They are NOT. The warranty will not cover anything that is not "accidental". Meaning if you don't sit down on your piece of furniture with a very sharp object that would puncture the material then it will not be covered. I followed their service request form and filled it out in Sept of 2023 heard nothing. I followed up with Lazy Boy 11/27/23 only to be told that it was not a manufacturer defect. They have their telephone representative read from a script that the issue is not a manufacturer defect. They will give you another phone number to call. You sit on hold only to be hung up on!I would never give a 1 star to Lazy Boy but you had to give a star to be able to review.Bottom line...find another furniture store with better warranties and a company that will stand behind their product. Lazy Boy does not!!

      Classic Bait and Switch I received a corporate email for their Black Friday Sale. It claimed $399 for a recining rocker chair,when I hit the buy now button that page said $689. Called a local store and they couldn't give me the sale price, didn't sound too pleased to be put in the position of explaining one of their providers was being misleading. Called corporate got the run around, said itn the small print that the $399 price was offered in participating stores, couldn't tell me which stores.I thought Lazboy was a reputable company - NOT. Keep reading the reviews below, a real eye opener.

      Would give 0 stars if that was an option. **************** hold times of 45 minutes to 1 hour 5 minutes. Rude customer service staff. Chairs came in horrible condition.... The upholstery was missing staples, crooked, stuffing wasn't even. Overall, looked worse than a Wal-Mart purchase. Store staff doesn't care and won't help resolve issue. I will NEVER buy from them again!
