      Buyer Beware!!! La-Z-Boy furniture is poor quality and the customer service is terrible. I purchased over 10,000 worth of furniture (two special order leather sofas and a reclining chair) from a store I thought I could trust. Unfortunately when the special order finally arrived after several months it was delivered damaged and not properly tailored without my consent. It took another several months for new parts to be order and another several months before a repair man could come to my home and address the issues. It meant me having to stay home all day to be available for these repairs. The repair man did replace some parts, but the furniture still looks awful. When people visit our home and see this furniture they never guess it is less than a year old. This is one of the biggest regret in my life. So I say again, Buyer BEWARE!!! Don't do it.

      I have tried to resolve an issue with the couch I purchased in March of 22. The couch was delivered 8 months later and two weeks after that we had problems. I tried to go through their customer service and the after 5 months they finally tried to fix the couch. I sent four items out to be fixed and when returned they only fixed two. Now customer service is ignoring my calls and not calling back. I highly recommend you stay away from this corporation and save your money.

      BUYER BEWARE. We purchased a power sofa and recliner a few months ago. From the moment we got the recliner, there have been major problems that La-Z-Boy refuses to address. This is not a rocker, yet it moves every time you sit in it (base is loose). The reclining mechanism is not smooth, often stopping and jerking whenever you recline. We went back to the store, but were told they don't deal with those issues and we were outsourced to another company. 3 weeks later a serviceman came (who spoke limited English) and acknowledged the problems and said he would recommend it be fixed. When we got no follow up, we called TriCounty, we were informed that the serviceman reported no issues. We asked for another visit, as the issues persist (this chair costs well over a thousand dollars). They sent the SAME PERSON, who told my husband he's sorry, but he has to "cover his ***"! WTH?? We are so frustrated with this purchase. This is the second set we have bought from the Langhorne store, and it will be our last. In addition, we will let everyone know who asks how disappointed we are in this store and its customer service. AVOID!! There are plenty of other stores in the vicinity.

      DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!
      Power recliner purchased has had two power supply units fail and La-Z-Boy warranty repair has been unable to diagnose the problem. La-Z-Boy subcontracts warranty repairs and in turn, that subcontractor, further subcontracts the repair to a local handyman. So, the only "repair" one gets is a parts replacement, or if it's beyond his capability, a referral back to La-Z-Boy for a credit for another inferior product to replace the pile of crap you bought.

      Bought La-Z-Boy all my life. Have oversize recliner that has never reclined because from the day I bought it you had to get out of it to recline it then climb in it. Then I bought a power recliner and it reclines when it wants to and putting in down to get out you have to help by taking pressure off the chair before it closes. Got to kick the front leg support to help it close. The nylon piece broke. Not sure why it was made with nylon but another bad idea by them. Will never support La-Z-Boy again! TRASH

      To whom it may concern : I am writing to figure out a solution for many across the USA that I have found has the same issues : ( 1 ) We as a group that the Company has used unethical tactics borderline "Bait N Switch" in person at their store , selling "Leather" Furniture and the customers receive not even a quality "Vinyl" product . The issue is that everyone of us have the same story and the furniture Leather is not leather and peels apart , I have had Vinyl in a car that has lasted 40 plus years , these chairs lasted 1 year or less , La-Z-Boy would do nothing !
      (2) When confronted always is the answer customers fault out of Warranty, no remedy offered ,as some of us paid additional warranty paid at time of purchase , all of the group feels they were lied to and we all bought from past Market Brand Name recognition and Quality
      (3) We will seek a Nation Wide Arbitration and the remedy of all Furniture to be replaced and additional compensation to be determined by the committee for the grief and in some cases a direct loss, a Public Apology for causing this despair for capital gains on the Corporations part in the matter , with a arbitration panel of peers .

      Terrible Service!!
      I bought a full size sofa and 2 recliners just over a year ago from La-z-boy. I also purchased a 5 year warranty, which consisted of them of applying a coating to the furniture to discourage pets. Was told it covered any damage to the furniture, even pet damage. I had 2 issues with one of the recliners. One issue is the wooden frame under the chair spilt and now worried that the chair might not be safe. The other issue was we had a cat damage one portion of the chair. In both cases La-z-boy told us these are not covered. I would like to know why they sell warranties that don’t cover what they say they will and why they don’t back their workmanship to fix the wood frame.
      Also terrible customer service, as it took months and multiple calls to get a hold of La-z-boy, and then the warranty company only to be told in both cases, not covered. Was told false information at the time of the sale.
      Do not purchase the warranty from this company and beware as they don't back their workmanship.

      LAZBOY Sales Associate ******* ******* which was a terrible Sales Person and experience
      Sales Associate ******* ****** at time of purchase how long would it take LAZBOY for this custom fabric chair order? Her reply was the same as Order Receipt (********) that it would take approximately 6 - 12 weeks for fabric custom orders.
      When delivery truck came with 2 chairs 1/20/2323 (12 Weeks From Order)
      Chair had Manufacturer Quality Issues of Defect - NO BRACKETS to assemble at time of delivery
      Delivery Driver ****** only gave 1 of 2 Chairs, as one was going back for Missing Brackets and Repairs. As both ****** (Driver) and I agreed to only accepting 1 of 2
      4 days leaving messages at the store at LAZBOY on January 20, 2023, then again Since The Delivery - Day 5 (January 25, 2023) left a message with ****** Requesting Information from ******* ****** as To My Order With A Chair Having No Brackets and she never replied??
      January 25, 2023 (5 days since disappointing delivery and NO RESPONSE) I drove to the LAZBOY ******* ******, told her how disappointed I was in Wendy
      I’m so sorry for your inconvenience. We’d like to give you a 100.00 off your delivery. After you take delivery on your chair, please give us a call and we’ll refund 100.00 from your credit card. My apologies
      ***** *******, Sales Manager, on January 25, 2023 said “it would be a one week fix from delivery” and now it's February 15, 2023 (27 days since disappointing delivery and now 15 weeks since the date of the custom orde
      It’s now 2/24/23 17 weeks since my order on October 31, 2023 (34 days since delivery on January 20, 2023 of no brackets on chair and still no answers
      My Order Agreement was 6 - 12 weeks, currently not 17 weeks
      3/1/23 18 Weeks Since Order Chair Delivered missing stuffing they want me to take another day off work to fix problem when ordered in October 2022!

      I paid $449.99 for 5 years of protection on my purchases prior to the expiration of my warranty I called the Lazy Boy warranty company and filed a claim. As instructed I sent pictures via email. They informed me they would get back to me in two or three days. About 10 days later I never heard from them so I called them gave them the claim number. They said my claim was not covered and they were going to get back to me in in the order they received my claim. Guess they have a lot of furniture complaints. I called the store explained everything including what the sales person told me when I bought all the furniture which was and I quote. " Anything that goes wrong in five years is covered free.
      Their response was "We don't do upholstery anymore" I thank them for their time and took them off my list of furniture stores. I would advise everyone to do the same. My sales order # is 272070.

      Terrific experience in store with sales lady ***. Great showroom, plenty of items for selection. The recliner and sofa bed were delivered today. The delivery men were cautious and accommodating and I’m happy with the sales and delivery!!!
