      I had a veneer put on a tooth it came off after my return visit with the hygienist that evening in my sleep. They put a second veneer on, it came off two hours after seeing hygienist again, I just spoke with manager ****** and was told they will not put one on free of charge I will need to pay another $440 , for a veneer they agree wasnt put on properly, ****** told me I needed to pay because I lost the veneer that came off! I spending THOUSANDS of dollars in density work at this location,

      On 6/15/2023 I was seen in office; my bill at the end of treatment was $437.50 and I paid that amount on a Care Credit card. My insurance also paid a portion of that visit. Now, I'm being "balance" or "Suprise billed" $205.50 ELEVEN MONTHS after the treatment. My bill was paid IN FULL on the day of the service, and again, I also had insurance that picked up a portion. As a side note, I am no longer with the employer that I had dental insurance through and my current employer does not offer insurance. I do not understand how you can "balance/ surprise ****" someone nearly a year later when the bill that was presented to me at the time of service was PAID IN FULL. I cannot be helped at the office level. I was on hold for over 20 minutes when calling ************ and no one ever answered; I also never received a call back after leaving a message. ***** with ******* Services tried to help me escalate this and he told me that he "did reach out to the office about this balance and the office is not willing to remove the balance. They are stating that you are still responsible for the amount due."

      I started receiving Invisalign 2020. It was only supposed to be for six months just to close the gaps in my mouth. The orthopedic suggested it was strongly suggested it so I said OK. I end up paying 3200 and the dentist I went to three doctors. The doctor just up and left didnt said were messed up my line my teeth dont close all the way now. I did three or four rounds of Invisalign to try to fix my bite My teeth still dont close all the way its hard for me to chew. Im upset with his treatment. I went to so many doctors. I didnt know what was going on. It became a headache im unhappy with the treatment and I would like a full refund for the waste of time. Im suffering from gerd Which is an acid reflex Problem from not chewing my food because I cant now.

      This business is not run very well I was lied to all they wanted to do was soak up my insurance money and kept raising the price on procedures at each visit when I decided not to go through the ***** office receptionist ********* advised me to bring back my dentures and a full refund of $341 would be issued this has not happened this happened on April 3rd I am now being given the runaround she will not give me the number to the corporate office and just keep saying call back in another day I emailed them call back tomorrow I am very upset and I have definitely been lied to

      I made an appointment on Feb 14 with $200 reserving fee. I was told I will get fully refund if I need to cancel the appointment. I canceled my appointment over the phone on February 15th and provided my bank details for a $200 refund, as promised within 72 hours. However, a week passed, and there was no sign of the refund. Upon calling again, I was asked for my bank details once more. Another week went by, and still no refund.I personally visited the clinic to fill out a refund form and provide my bank details in person, yet the refund never materialized. Subsequent calls yielded promises that my refund request had been submitted and that I would receive it promptly. However, each time I called, the staff seemed completely unaware of my situation, and repeated that I could only wait. Fast forward to May and it's been over almost 3 months since my initial refund request with no reimbursement in sight. Who takes this long to process a refund? Despite numerous assurances, I have yet to receive any indication that my money will be returned.

      Got 2 new crowns for front teeth-9 months later one is chipped, dentist tried to fix & it is still chipping. Was told crowns only covered for 6 months. I have crowns for over 10 years with no problem-Great Expressions should re-do the crown at no cost! I have e-mailed and left messages but no response. Not the dentist's fault, lab work most likely. Office said they have no control on getting another crown, not covered so have to wait 5 years for a new one from my insurance. The office would love to give me a new one but again no control over great expressions rule-it's 9 months old and chipped!!

      1. 4-12-24 2. No money was paid to the business.3. Exceptional customer service and ********************** appointments.4. Poor customer service from employee and office manager, refusal of service, hanging up twice.5. The business has NOT tried to resolve the issue.6. No account numbers.7. Advertisements online do not reflect the quality of service.Below is some of the review that I left. Due to character limit, the entire review cannot be seen. I am seeking further assistance. Today, I tried to schedule an appointment with this location but after my interaction with the staff, I decided against it. Before I let you all know about my interaction, I will start by saying, if you do not love customer service, it's okay, it just means that it might not be the right thing for you. It's okay to find something that is. My first phone call interaction was with *******. Simply trying to schedule an appointment, ******* was not pleasant at all. She talked "at" me instead of "to" me. Cutting me off as I was speaking and after my asking clarity on if she was saying "P" or "T", she began yelling in the phone stating that she was saying "PPO". Still remaining professional and not yelling myself, the conversation ended with an appointment scheduled. ******* then calls back to explain to me an insurance issue. As I'm trying to verify ID information and ask questions, ******* continues to cut me off as I'm talking, telling me that she doesn't handle insurances and that I need to call them. Clearly seeing that I'm getting nowhere with *******, I simply ask to speak with a supervisor. I was placed on hold and an office manager who refused to state her name, took over the call. Instead of greeting or saying hello or saying good morning, the office manager proceeds to re-explain what ******* did previously. I simply tell the office manager that I didn't ask to speak with a supervisor to discuss the insurance issue, I was actually asking to speak with the supervisor to discuss my previous.....

      I am needing my records sent to a new dentist (Legacy Dental) and Great Expressions is not fulfilling the request. I have called Great Expressions corporate to sit on hold for several hours, selected call back when representative is available, and submitted online request but received no response from corporate. Simultaneously, I have called ***************** (here in question) and left messages on their voice mail to send my records, but they will not call me back. This has been ongoing for several weeks without receiving any return messages from Great Expressions.
