I visited this dental office 3 times in the summer and fall of 2023 to get fillings and a crown after a root canal. In short, each time, staff and the dentist were rude and impatient with me, dismissed my questions about the procedures, ******************************* cruelly caused me unnecessary pain, and staff tried to bully me into paying in full before leaving even when I chose the option to be billed via mail and online after the appointment, among other complaints including age discrimination. I had never been so mistreated by medical professionals in my life. Not only did I spend $1750 in total on these services, I spent an additional $140 on a dental plan with this company. Due to the poor service and mistreatment I experienced, I initially wanted a refund on the dental plan, as I plan to never return to a Great Expressions office after dealing with all of this and will not be able to use the plan I paid for. I tried to contact corporate to complain several times via email and phone and no one responded for months. In December, someone supposedly from a regional office named ****** *** started emailing me sporadically about this but as of today, no one has actually done anything to right this wrong or address any of my concerns, including refund me. On top of all this, the crown and fillings I received were poorly done and are already cracking and falling apart in my mouth. The work will have to be redone. My son started his Ortho November of 2022 at great experssions , During this time frame he has had about 6 months worth of service as of today 4/4/2024. He spent most of the year last year 2023 getting surgeries done which took time to heal. During this period great expressions have still received payment each month. Months at a time he had to take time for his jawline to heal . Last month we went in for his appointment and they recommended cancelling his contract due to hygiene, I was told by ***************** that the brackets needed to be removed before they stained his teeth. I was unsure at the time and was told by ******* or ******* to call into the office when I have decided and she will reach out to cooperate . I called Great Expressions a week before spring break March 19 to advise them that I would like to cancel and scheduled to have his brackets removed and cancel the contract which was recommended on his last appointment . I went in today 4/4/24 for this appointment and was told that they will not be removing his brackets and a request to cooperate will be made for the cancellation . I was told to call in on 3/14 when I made a decision and a request would be sent. Which I did. ******* stated that the request had not been sent because they don't always read the notes. So the person I spoke with that day did not read the notes as she scheduled the appointment which she should have been requesting the contract cancellation as well . Great Expression states that I will still have to pay the remaining balance of ***** plus even after the contract is cancelled . This is a recommendation on their end , I have paid months for services I did not receive . They did not allow me to put payments on hold during the months of surgery. It was deducted every month from my account on the first . Everything recommended on the last appointment was no longer at stay after requesting records which are needed for the next step. I had two dental appointments earlier this year for deep cleaning. Got a bill saying that I owe them ******. They ran my coverage when I went to both appointments, paid at least $900.00 total in the office. Called my dental provider. No claim was submitted. Called great expressions billing several times. No response, no return call. I am not paying this bill; I really don't like its due by 3/31/24 and I just got notice of it. Also, don't like not being able to get clarification on it. Respectfully, I don't want to talk about this unless someone is telling me it's been taken care of because I don't have any answers. On August 28th 2023 I was given a price for my crown of $469 after they contacted the insurance GEHA for approval. In December2023, I received a bill for $146 from the dentist ******. I called the ****** & was informed that the insurance downgraded the crown. I tried to call the cooperate ****** of Willow ***** but you can't contact anyone there because they don't answer the phone & if you would like for someone to call you back press 2. No-one calls you back. I contacted *********** said the dentist upgraded the crown, they used a better metal on a back tooth. The dentist didn't inform that they would upgrade the crown & never asked my approval or the insurance company. The insurance company also said that the dentist shouldn't have charged more than $99 for the upgrade. My complaint is the dentist ****** should have never upgraded the crown without my permission or approval of the insurance company, GEHA. What kind of practice does this? They just decide to do what they wanted to without anyone's approval. I would like this bill to be disregarded for lack of approvalInitial Complaint

Poor customer service. No one answers the phone. No one is returning calls. Call dentist off 2 weeks. Goes to voicemail. Leave voicemail and no return call. Voicemail box is empty so someone is either listening and not returning calls or just deleting messages. 2 people are always at the desk. Once someone checks in they can answer and simply say hold please or something. Only reason I'm at this place is because they are in network with my insurance. Both ***************************************************** have received invisilgns and braces (orthodontics services). We signed contracts and paid our out of pocket expenses. During our service timeframe, our research shows that *************** fell out of network of our insurance. Once our contract timeframe ended and our services were finished, my wifes insurance options changed with her employer. We found out there was a long gap before Great Expressions fell back into the insurance network and procrastinated on submitting their bills to our insurance company. Now it seems theyre stuck with an unpaid portion that they are demanding us to pay. We have already paid our out of pocket portions as contracted. Were receiving threats to send us to collections now. We have also contacted the insurance company, and they also confirmed it was a fault on Great Expressions end, and sent us a Grievance Letter stating we dont owe anything. They're going after us for the following invoices:*************************- Account # ******* for $300 *********** (Caiden Church/ daughter)- Account #******* for $697.25 We are asking for them to stop sending invoices and for our accounts to be placed at zero balance. 1/10/24 - I had a first dental evaluation which entailed **rays and a consult with the dentist. Have all of this was done, I was not happy with their service. It's started practice for the dental office to tell all patients they need a deep cleaning. That's not what I wanted to do. I requested my **rays and had to come into the office to do that, to fill out the release form. The office did not know how long this process would take because Corporate is responsible for sending out the **rays. After waiting 21 days and called the office again. Now I was told it takes ***** days to be released. I can't get Corporate on the phone. I held for over 3 hours and on 3 different occasions. No one answered. My husband and I both received dental care from Great Expressions in June 2023. We were charged to have Xrays due to having them performed too soon according to our insurance. My issue is they charged me (*************************) the in network fee of $91, and my husband (*********************) the out of network fee of $182. We found out about my bill in November 2023 and paid it. When we arrived for our 6 month check up, they informed us that my husband had the unpaid $182 fee. Once we spoke with insurance, we discovered this was the out of network fee. We have requested it to be fixed. The ****************** billing department stated they submitted a claim. In January ****, we received a bill in the mail for $182. We contacted ****************** and they told us we would have to call corporate and that the extent of what they could do was submit the claim and wait. Since January 19, I have written 5 online contact us forms concerning the issue and have attempted to call 5 times. I am placed on hold for an extensive amount of time and then provided the option to receive a callback. I have never received a callback. I would like for this company to adjust my bill so I can pay then switch providers due to the inconvenience they are causing. As of 22/17, the bill had not been adjusted according to the online "pay my bill" option.Initial Complaint

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by your dental office. Last year, I entrusted your team to provide me with a new pair of dentures. However, I was shocked and dismayed to discover that the dentures I received were incorrect. Not only did they not fit properly, but they also bore no resemblance to the specifications we discussed.Despite numerous attempts to contact your office and address the issue, I have been met with radio silence. My phone calls go unanswered, my emails are ignored, and my pleas for a refund or replacement have fallen on deaf ears. This lack of communication and disregard for my concerns is unacceptable and unprofessional.I have been waiting for over a year to receive a new pair of dentures, as promised by your office. Yet, the delay continues without any explanation or updates from your end. This negligence has greatly impacted my daily life and confidence, as I am unable to comfortably wear my current set of dentures.I demand immediate action to rectify this situation. I expect a full refund for the inadequate dentures I received and a prompt appointment to receive a new pair that meets my specifications. Failure to address this issue in a timely and satisfactory manner will result in further action on my part.I urge you to take this matter seriously and prioritize the resolution of this ongoing issue. I went in as a new patient to get x-rays and a regular regular cleaning. The dentist scrapes the sharp object along my line and then told me since they were bleeding I had gum disease and needed a deep root cleaning and scaling which my insurance would not cover.. the bleeding was clearly caused harder than needed. I just have a regular cleaning done, and they refused to.. like for them to provide me the x-rays that I paid for that they refused to
