      I established an agreement with ******* after being temporarily off on medical; that I would make at least the minimum payment for my sons ortho visit before each appointment is scheduled. I did just that. Somehow, I spoke to ****, who prides himself on acknowledging he's the head office assistance, that I had to pay my entire balance in full before my son is seen. I advised that ******* and I agreed that as long as the payments are coming in, that I am allowed to make my son's appointment. There have been times that we have shown up for appointments and the office was closed! When questioned the ridiculous response I received was "OH OUR LAST PERSON WENT HOME EARLY FOR THE ***** No one had the courtesy to call and advise of the canceled appointment? The office is only open 2 days a week, which makes it more difficult to work around work/school hours for an appointment. I would highly not recommend patronizing this office. I think they are on the verge of closing down like the office on ***********.

      If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL dentist office I have ever been to and will NEVER come back! My daughters cleaning was rescheduled 3 times to no fault of my own by the office. Her appointment is today at 2:10pm and I get a call from the receptionist saying that she needed to come in before 12 because all the ******** patients have been seen and shes the only afternoon appointment and the dentist doesnt not want to stay because shes not getting paid. WHAT !?? I explained how unprofessional that is to call a couple of hours before when they called the day before and CONFIRMED her 2:10pm appointment. The receptionist argued with me how it was not unprofessional and shes not getting paid either. My daughter is not on ******** but private insurance. I told her I would have to call her father to see if he can get off work earlier and them not wanting to stay has nothing to do with me. She told me she can either come in earlier or Ill reschedule her but this conversation is going nowhere. When I hung up on her to confirm with her dad he could come in, I call back less than 2 minutes later and she took my daughter off the schedule COMPLETELY and moved her to next week. I was livid and all I got was so can you come before 12 or not? I will never go to this dentistry again, I will be reporting them to the BBB and filing a grievance with my insurance! Horrible establishment. When I explained what was told to me, they told me the dentist left anyway! Please seek better individuals to run this establishment who do not LIE about not getting paid just because they dont want to honor their appt times.

      Just horrible. The Hygienist was great in every way. The Dentist was not. She spoke over me, not allowing me to say a word. Needless to say, I felt uncredited for and unheard. The Receptionist said that she returns call ASAP, as I asked her about how she handles her job. The Receptionist has yet to return any of my phone calls nor did she forward a prescription for me to the local ************************* Pharmacy. I experienced similar treatment from this company's ***********., **************** ******* They're more like an assembly line than a doctor's *******

      I went in 9/13/23 and saw ******. I was expecting to see my dentist but was told he was gone that day. As she measured my gums all 5, 6, even 7's I counted in my head 16!! 16. To myself I thought what have I been doing wrong. My most ever may have been a 4 or 5 and only on 5 pockets. I was concerned. So when she told me she needed to put medicine in my gums before cleaning I sign the forms owing $380. As I said I thought something was seriously wrong. After the procedure and the cleaning... she told me she could do the treatment in one day vs having me come back but I may be charged for 2 visits. AND I needed to come back in 4 months for a follow up. 4 Months is today The same senero above happened to my husband. It happened to my neighbor who uses this facility. AND it has happened to 385 other people that are angry on the next door app. What is sad I signed that form thinking I was not taking care of my teeth but in reality it was the company hungry for money. SHAME ON THEM!I requested my money back along with my husband's and I would not leave til I got it. ***** the office manager told me that was not going to happen. She would talk with her manager. They took x-rays today's and my dentist said my teeth look healthy after his analysis of my teeth and x-rays. He said he is aware of what has been happening but it is out of his hands.So the hygienist wanted to do the deep cleaning again on me and I was dumbfounded. Was she not listening???? I requested my and my husband's dental file with x-rays. At no fee!!!! We will not be going back. I told ***** to call me in a week whether she has heard back from her manager or not. And I did say I am reporting this SCAM to the Better Business Bureau. I asked if I didn't pay the $380 at time of service she told me I would be turned over to a collections agency. This is so FRUSTRATING. How can we and all the other people who were told the same as my husband and I get our money back???

      The customer service, management, and scheduling departments here are the WORST. I waiting 2 HOURS for my regular dental cleaning and when I was presented with a $20 parking ticket the manager said they would not validate! Do they have a scam going with the parking garage in downtown Decatur? Because the fee goes up the longer youre there and OVER TWO HOURS bring that price way up! I am so disappointed. If I had the time, I would stand outside of the building with a sign discouraging anyone from choosing them. Dont waste your time people!

      The most destructive and dangerous dentistry Ive ever experienced. From woefully inadequate office staff and procedures to the apathetic and incompetent doctors. The only bright spot is the hygienist. So if you need a cleaning, this might be your place. If you need dental care, STAY AWAY!

      Terrible company they have committed fraud . Waiting for refund for treatment never received. No answers form 800 numbers, and they never return your call. Had to file a complaint with ******* department of health against Dentist. They get a zero.

      They charged me for a service I did not receive without telling me to mark out the one I didn't want. Every time I ask them to waive it because I didn't have it done, they say they'll "put in a ticket". No one ever contacts me and then I get another late payment notice in the mail where they are still charging me for it. The receptionist is incredibly rude and I can never manage to contact anyone at their 800 number, no one ever answers or calls back when I try the call back option. This isn't right.

      This place is absolutely the worst dentist I have ever been to. when I went in they put me in a room and put a device in my mouth to take x-rays. they left it in my mouth for over 5 minutes while they walked out to do something else. it was extremely oversized for my mouth and I am a fairly large individual. Six four 210 pounds. in addition to that they were very unprofessional in everything they did. I also realized while I was waiting for someone to come back in and take the thing out of my mouth that they were using a Windows operating system that was out of date and no longer received security updates. a couple of months later I received a letter saying that that office had been breached and my billing, address and Social Security number were compromised. so not only did I have to deal with the bad customer service experience I had my information compromised. they sent a letter with an offer for three years of free credit monitoring which is necessary, but I would rather have not have to monitor my credit for the next three years.

      Great Expression Dental Center ************************************************************** High pressure sales from dentist and staff not needed.( confirmed by another dentist) Recommending procedures not needed (confirmed by another dentist). Damaged my teeth (confirmed and corrected my another dentist). Cost changed every time I had a appointment from the time I entered from the time I left. Billing changed every time I received a invoice. Unprofessional and harrisment in invoicing for about a year. Strongly do not recommend this place.
