      Wanted just a general cleaning and they refused Per hygienist the dr was requiring me to have a deep cleaning at about $800 cost to me. My husband refused deep cleaning and was given a general cleaning. I heard them tell someone ahead of me he needed deep cleaning too. . This is a way for them to line their pockets!

      Purchased Invisalign as recommended to help with grinding and cross bite. The office never communicates with me. Appointments are cancelled with no notice. Every appointment we wait for hours. I have to tell them when something is missing. This office is a scam. I tried stop payment for my Invisalign as Im not receiving quality care.

      Been going to that dental office for 7 yrs after my dentist died and the office manager changed the office went down hill billing is a joke they half way bill you insurance and make you pay things your insurance will pay if they would file the insurance correctly then when you question them the office manager ******** talks over you and makes you lose your temper then hangs up on you and tells you never to call again. So you call the main office and you are on hold for hours so you email them and they dont respond either I have over paid them approximately $100 just to be done with that company beware the whole company only cares about money and gives poor customer service

      I was a patient of Great Expression Dental for over 15 years . They were great until my ******* moved to another city. The new Doctor ******* is very bad they gave me a treatment plan which I followed and paid for as we went through the first 2 steps of my implants which kept getting infections. When I came in for the ******* Dr all at the same location ************************************** in ********** Fla. to finish the final step step I was told The ******* did not want to risk her license to finish my implants .They would only give me a referal to go else where to finish the job they had started. I had contacted the corporate office with no help .I then received a certified letter refusing to see me and terminating our relationship and cancelling my dental plan with them without at least refunding the balance to me .To add insult to injury they took 4 weeks to release my records to another dentist only to give him the wrong sizes on the implants. I was told by many ******* the will not finish work another ******* started

      Horrible experience, illegal bait and switch on cleanings (came in for general cleaning, without consent did a deep cleaning). Customer serviec was awful, with office managers, receiptionists, and billing frequently hanging up. No communication between staff, so they assume patient just has any and all information they need... stay away!

      This dental group are scam artists. Been dealing with them since end of January, 2023. They give you an estimate showing what insurance will pay, then what you're share is THEN charge you ANYTHING they want AFTER your visits are over!! They will NEVER give you an itemized bill. Have dealt with it to the point of exhaustion. They don't listen when you!! I am sick of it!!!!!

      They told me nitrous wasn't covered by my insurance and I would have to pay out of pocket, then they also billed my insurance and were paid for the same service twice. Told me I couldn't get a refund as I had pending appointments with them so I cancelled future appointments and filled out a refund request form back in July. Its now the end of August and still no refund. I have called repeatedly every day and nobody answers the phone. They dont reply to emails or messages thru their corporate website either. I am on disability and this is a lot of money for me.

      I agree with what the others are saying. They told me a deep cleaning was not covered by my insurance which in fact I found out after I paid them it was I am now trying to get my $504 back which the people at the *********** office are extremely rude, you can't get a hold of anybody at the billing office they never answer the phone. They lost my business for sure.

      I hated this place where they never pulled any teeth and I never got denture but they say I owe them $425 and they were also paid $ 861 by my insurance plan . They had my account locked and I could not schedule another appointment for them to pull several teeth and get my denture. They never answered their phone I would not recommend this place to anyone

      Horrible Horrible corporate company. They double charged me what I agreed to in my contract for my sons braces and they refuse to credit me, even blamed me saying I should have cancelled my autopay when the bill was paid in full. Such horrible people. They don't answer their customer service phone either which is out of state, I've been on hold twice today, once for 3.2 hours and now for 45 minutes, with no one to help me. This company is a SCAM! i do not know how they are still open after hearing other people had a similar experience. Just aweful, I will warn all the parents i know about this company. I am still out $3,000 and now will be hiring a lawyer to get my money back since the company is refusing to answer their phone.
