They overcharged my insurance, then they told me that it was just too bad. Well I got another insurance and they wanted to charge $2,000 plus $90 on top of it for a set of dentures really. They got 244 good reviews somebody must be getting paid off under the table then cuz I wouldn't send my **** dog there. And I think I'll call the medical board. And also turn them over to the attorney general for the ***************** people tired of being ripped off by skunk companies.

I would give a zero if I could. I set up an appointment online for a cleaning at the **************** office on ******* and *********. Why was I able to set it up for 7:00pm if they didnt take new patients at that time? Thursday July 20, 2023. I got to the office a half hour early and after waiting forever for someone to come to the front desk I was told that they had tried to contact me to say that they didnt make appointments for new patients for 7:00pm. The girl rattled off 2 phone numbers one over 20yrs old. I set up the appointment with an email address and new phone # so why lie and say they tried contacting me before my appointment day. The girl had nerve to ask if o wanted to set up another appointment, yea right, like Im an idiot. I should have gone by the previous reviews and moved on instead of wasting my time with this unprofessional place. This was the worse experience I have ever had at a dentist office and would never think twice about going there if they were the only dentist office on earth. This place ***** and need to close down.

This office has filed information incorrectly to my insurance, saying I owe them. This dispute is still active 15 months after the surgery. I have all my paperwork proving I don't owe them any more money. They sent a debt collector after me 10 months after the surgery. The debt collector was more helpful, I was able to submit my paperwork to them and the debt collection closed my case. The office disagreed with their assessment and is still sending me letters, bills and emails about my balance with them. I call corporate offices and they are no help, lots of time on hold and broken fax machines. It is ridiculous If you've already worked with them, keep every piece of paper you have, keep an accurate timeline and I'm sorry. This is awful.

Just a terrible experience working with this company. After almost two years of bad service, and them always trying to upcharge me/sell me stuff I don't need. I finally decided to take my business elsewhere. In order to go to my new dentist, I needed Great Expressions to email my X-rays to my new Dentist. I went into the office 2 weeks ago to sign the release form, which I feel like I could've done online but whatever. The nice lady at the front desk gave me the number for patient services and said I could call patient services for to check on the request for updates. Last week I try to call and hit the customer service extension. The line just hangs up 3 times in a row. I eventually get to a voicemail so I leave a message hoping they get back to me. I still have not heard anything back, so I try to call again, hit the customer service extension, and the voicemailbox is full. LOL. So I call again and select the option that is supposed to immediately take you to an operator on the line, mind you that this is at 12:00 pm EST and the hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and I have just been on hold for 4 hours and counting now at this point, almost past their closing hours now and I haven't talked to a single soul :/. Looks like I am probably never gonna get my X-rays and that I am gonna have to pay out of pocket for my X-rays at my new dentist. Great Expressions really going above and beyond to take more of my money when I don't even go there any more lol.

Wow, where do we start..On my insurance I had *****. available. So I went in with a plan, my plan. What I could afford. After talking, we decided at 488. plus what it cost for cleaning which was supposed to be covered..Ended up with 5 root canals, which 2 caps fell off the first night, and 784. total charge. It was goingbto be 9 something but they decided not to charge me for the gas..I honestly feel like according to their plan, that was their intent and were pushed me into procedures I didn't want..pushy people..

This office is a scam. I have insurance and they charged for extra cleaning that was totally covered by my insurance. Then they told me I needed additional dental work and it would cost $95 which I paid. They then sent me an additional bill for like $350.00, I refused to pay.

I agree with the other reviews: Great Expressions Dental in ******, ** is a giant scam. Their method with me was to first sell me a worthless discount plan that didnt cover the expensive dental work recommended by the hygienist through inflicting guilt and fear that I could loose my teeth and then did very frequent and expensive scaling cleanings with even more expensive needed medicine. When I told ****, the hygienist before we started that the treatments are too expensive ( $1,000, $400 and $297) he went ahead anyway, shaming me for being cheap and sold me a high cost waterpick. He routinely sold me during treatments on mouth guards and an oral b electric toothbrush that is apparently better than my sonic and I need it. The last straw: I bought the $113 waterpick, went home and found it on Amazon for $77 and brought it back two days later. The box was still sealed and I was told it was nonreturnable. I said I was never told that and asked to talk to the manager. The manager refused to talk to me. I canceled my appointment and wont be back. Thats unethical business practice. Stay away from ****** Great Expressions!!! Stay away from chain dental practices, they hire/ train salespeople to work on your teeth,

The ************ office is a scam. They said they would accept my insurance and then refused a basic cleaning and tried to upsell me on a $350 cleaning that I would have had to pay out of pocket. They refused to do the procedure covered by my insurance. In addition they tried to sell me a cap for a tooth that was perfectly fine, they said it was preventative. Stay away from this place at all costs.
