      They destroyed my teeth (and the only way to fix it is with tooth reganaration what is still in study since 2012) and if that's not anough they stole money from my insurance and they stole money from my debit card. And I request all my money back plus what they stole from my insurance and interest. And if someone can help me recruit new dentist so I can serve the public I will be grateful

      Scam scam scam scam scam over sold over billed. They over charged me for cleaning through Humana and billed more for cleaning and x **** They quoted my wife $6,000.00 worth of dental work that she didnt need and it was verified by two different dental offices. It is appalling. They billed me for $25.00 and $75.00 more and I asked 3 times to speak to a office manager and no one returned my call. I just received a call from their collection agency. I am sure they are keeping the agency busy. Do yourself a favor and trust another dental office!

      Have two tooth pains and asked diagnosis, cold tests both normal, but asked to do root canals by explaining gum signs, X-rays, etc. which couldn't convince me. Then went to another endototist for re-test and was told fine. One tooth (the bigest morlar) just have a small re-fill and pain was gone. I wouldn't let their endotist to kill alive teeth by paying $$$$.

      Staff is helpful but **************** for Great Expressions is problematic. It's been over 90 days and refund has not be refund through Delta Dental has paid Great Expressions a day after the wrong billing.

      I'm so beyond sick of these organization's customer service. I'm an invisalign patient. We are required to change our trays every two weeks with appointments every six weeks. Simple enough. I called the office starting at 8am and when someone finally picked up the line, she abruptly told me to hold. I was calling because they never sent my appointment confirmation text. The lady came back after 5 minutes, told me no one was available to see me until two months later. All I really need at this point is to pick up my trays. I advised her this was unacceptable because my treatment requires my trays be changed out every two weeks. The lady replied, "too bad". Are you serious. I paid over $3,000 for these trays, can't talk to office staff about an appointment, my doctor ***** return my calls. This is totally unacceptable. Now I'm on hold with the national number and have been on hold for over 30 minutes waiting to speak to someone. Please avoid this place.

      I would like to put a review for the green office. I was there February 2nd for a tooth ache. They did X-rays and found my tooth was cracked and was starting to decay. I want to say it was ********************. To make a long story short I was in the chair for 4 hrs and she broke the tooth off and tried multiple times to get it out. So long that at noon her assistant left for lunch. She had **** I believe her name was to come in and assist. The dr finally said she couldnt get the roots out and and made me sign a paper stating she told me the roots my come out and shouldnt be a problem, just like a garden just throw dirt over it and it should be good. Fast forward I went back in 2 weeks and was still in severe pain and she said I would have to see an oral surgeon but that was president *** and no one was open. The earliest I could get in was April 4th and was a first on the cancellation list. I got in yester*** the 27th March and the doctor had the roots removed in less than 1 hour. He couldnt stitch the work that he did because of how bad the work was done by your dentist. I hope that this gets to someone who cares and not deleted. What ******************* doesnt know is that I recorded what she told me after 4 hrs in the chair. Now that the roots were removed Im ready to to tell my story

      Their billing is awful. Ive paid my bill but they keep sending me statements. When I call their office, their mailbox is full. When I call the ***** number, they say they have high call volumes and then the phone disconnects. They need to be sued.

      Complaint for Great Expressions Dental on *************** in *********** On my patient paperwork, I clearly wrote I am allergic to amoxicillin and penicillin. When the dr said she was going to call in an antibiotic, I made it a point to again say that I am allergic to amoxicillin and penicillin. The dr called in amoxicillin to CVS. Due to the fact I am pregnant, my OB had to sign off that I could have dental work done and added a list of acceptable medications for me to take. The dr refused to give me a prescription for Tylenol with codine despite that fact I am waiting 14+ days for insurance approval for a root canal and in a terrible amount of pain. I had already waited a week for this appointment. Girls who answer the phone have an attitude and so does the office manager. Ive tried calling the customer service phone number and I just sit on hold. Already filled out a contact us form on their website.

      I called the after hours line on 03/20/2023 at ****. The receptionist (stated name was *****) was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. He answered the phone and asked me for my name, DOB, doctorss name, and reason for my call. He put me on hold for greater than ten minutes came back and repeated the same questions as if he had never been told the first time clearly. His attitude and behavior was unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I explained to him multiple times that I was in severe pain and scheduled to have surgery. I needed to get in touch with my dentist due to severe pain. He made derogatory remarks and abruptly hung up the phone as I was still repeating the same informations to him trying to get in touch with my dentist. I called back and he again asked the same questions over again provoking me at anger. After he finished humiliating me, he finally connected me to my dentist after four calls approximately 20 minutes of humiliation.

      If I could give them ***** negative stars I would. The office in ********** ** I the absolute worst. The ruined my mouth. I moved here and trusted they were a good dental office. Removed my bridge gave me temps and had to go to another location which had to remove both teeth now only leaving me with the option of implants. Shocker another ****** at best. Then the have the gall to take a down payment before what they did of ***** then not refund ** they didn't replace the bridge not refund that then bill my insurance for what they did do for what my insurance paid and still then bill me another ***** dollars. No one calls you back to discuss. They avoid your calls. You call the billing department on hold for over 2 hours still not one picks **** S**** you. Someone really needs to shut these places down or investigate their books they are crooks.
