  Amazing Service through and through from start to finish the installers finished an estimated 2 day job in 1 day. ****** and *** *** were very respectful in our home. Super fast workers very focused on the job before them. We are so glad they were assigned to the job in our home. They arrived bright and early and worked straight threw the day until the job was done. The finished flooring was beautiful. It made a huge difference in our home. The difference was like night and day. Beautifully finished product. Completed by two very productive hard working people. We would absolutley rehire this crew to do another job in our home any day.   I cant express how happy my husband and I are with not only the floors but the service provided. The men were so hard working and respectful of our home. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs flooring. The experience start to finish was amazing.

  On October 14, 2024 Refloor installed vinyl flooring in both my living room, dining room, and foyer spaces. The beginning of my Refloor experience started with ****, the salesman. **** arrived on time and took his time to explain the different flooring that was available by Refloor. It did not take much convincing as I looked at my autumn-blonde stained carpet underneath me. My initial installation contact person, *****icka, was friendly and helpful in scheduling and rescheduling ( per my request ) my installation date. As my installation date drew closer I was contacted by ***** who provided additional information and told me who my installation coordinator would be, ******. Modena was professional and courteous regarding communicating the estimated arrival time of the Refloor crew. She also told me what documents I had to sign before and after the installation. When the actual working crew arrived they both greeted me and prepared to work. ** was their boss and assured that the Refloor crew (two gentlemen) had all needed supplies to start. I remained with the installation crew from start to finish. They were courteous, skillful, and professional throughout the entire process. While they were working ****, assistant general manager, stopped by to check on the installation crew. Just when I didnt think it could get any better a skillful gentleman showed up to assist the working crew finish. He greeted me as all the other workers did. When the installation crew left they each told me good-bye. I regret not getting their individual names. They were not fluent in speaking English; however, their translator App was most helpful and they used it as needed. My installation was above and beyond what was required!!! I am/was extremely pleased with my Refloor experience!!!

It's also reassuring to hear that Bill, our Assistant General Manager, stopped by to check on the progress, as we aim to ensure that every project meets our highest standards. We love that even with a language barrier, the crew went above and beyond to make sure communication was smooth, using the translator app to stay connected with you throughout the process. That’s a wonderful example of their dedication to customer satisfaction, and we’re glad it made the experience even better for you.
  
  Your description of how the team worked together and treated your home with respect is exactly the kind of service we aim to provide every day.   My installer ****** and his partner did a very good job prepping and laying my new floor. The finish product is beautiful and I love it. My installer coordinator Modeana call a day before to let me what was going to happen. Over all they were a good team.
