They were courteous and professional, they were slotted for 8-5, and finished up a bit before 1. My floor looks beautiful, I hope to enlist their services for further floor renovations!

Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. ******, who was our install coordinator was very nice and took us step-by-step on the process for our flooring. Everything from the beginning with sales tech *** has been great, *** went above and beyond making sure we had the perfect flooring we wanted!Installation managers and coordinators **** and ****** were absolutely great! Had a couple hiccups but they quickly and respectfully rectified the issues!Cant say enough about installer ******* and his team, kept us informed on the progress and process and did and outstanding job (all in 1 day) The ease of the whole process was outstanding ( They did everything) Cost was very competitive with others. Refloor recently completed installing new hardwood floors throughout many rooms in my 2 story home. From our project coordinator *****, to our installer ****** and his crew, our experience was wonderful. ****** and his crew were professional, courteous, and kept us informed throughout the installation. ***** called at least 3 times each day to check on the progress and to see if we had any concerns. ****** and and crew always answered any questions and also would explain any concerns that they had for any possible difficulties and how they would be handled. We've already received several compliments on our floors and I've already recommended Refloor to our friends for any hardwood flooring that they may want. The price was great and our salesman **** explained thoroughly what we were to expect once the installation begain. I highly recommend Refloor to anyone who is considering new flooring.Refloor, LLC

Installers did a very good job with the exception of about 3 planks being to short around my baseboard heater which were not covered up with quarter round. Alot of mistakes are covered up with quarter round which is one reason why you have it. If you don't like having quarter round I would not go with Refloor. The biggest complaint I have is they tried charging me for 3-4 sheets of luan board and 12 bags of leveling compound, when it only required 1 and a half sheets of board and 4-5 bags of compound. Then they told the installer not to share with the customer how much supplies are needed.Refloor, LLC
