My recent floor install was great! ***** did the install and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. He even went out and bought a wider transition piece as I was concerned about the height difference between rooms. We ended up using the original but it was appreciated that he gave me another option to look at. ****** was great at communicating with me during the project as well and the floor, steps and hallway look great!

The 2nd assigned installers were professional and proficient. The installation coordinator lacked empathy and professionalism. He contacted me for a last minute rescheduling. He did not acknowledge my disappointment of having to possibly reschedule. I was able to speak with a couple of managers who were empathetic to my concerns. The managers were able to contact installers who were available and ready to get the job done. I love my floors. They are beautiful. I will be having my guest bedroom floors installed by Refloor.Refloor, LLC
