1 starWe are very disappointed with the install. Due to SEVEN of our door casings and door trim being undercut too much. The "repair" on trim was to the glue broken pieces back in place. This is NOT acceptable! Especially after spending thousands of dollars for new flooring throughout our home. We did reach out to Refloor within 2 days of install. We were told they are willing to give us 5% off the total cost of the project. The representative suggested to us to get an estimate for replacement/repairs; which we provided. The next response from Refloor was they would give us 10% off. Again, unacceptable since the repairs/replacement outweighs the cost of the flooring.Had we known getting new flooring from Refloor was going to cost us more in repairs/replacement, we would have not went with them for our flooring. 110% satisfaction guaranteed is their statement, however, we are not even 50% satisfied with the results. Now we have to put well over the cost of the flooring into replacing our door jambs, casings, and door trim.Additionally, we are still waiting on the transitions for two areas going from the vinyl flooring to tiled area.Review fromCarroll B

5 starsI had my entrance small bathroom living room and dining room done and it looks wonderful. They took up old carpet and padding moved and replaced furniture . It was done by ***** and *****...they worked well together and did a great job. The Co- Ordinator ****** was great ...checked before we started during and after the job was done. Very pleased.The salesman ************************* was very good at explaining and demonstrating the floor samples...Great job all around.Review fromLori Y

4 starsHad a bit of a hiccup regarding the leveling that should have been addressed during the sales presentation, but worked through it quickly. I feel bad for the installers who have to face the customer when a problem arises due to lack of info provided at the presentation, not their fault but they have to deal with the upset customer. Installers, ****, ******* and 1 other gentleman who's name I didn't get were AMAZING! They were professional, courteous and a delight to have in my home. Their work is of great quality. The product and work Refloor provided was large, almost 3/4 quarters of my home and I am loving it!Review fromJanet B

4 starsRefloor did my stairs & 2nd floor. I wasnt happy with stairs and they promptly came out and did a Great job redoing staircase. I think they are a bit expensive, but Im so happy with my beautiful 2nd floor. I smile every time I see those floors. They moved the furniture as needed. Greatly appreciated. 5 starsWeve had the best experience with Refloor. We were hesitant to begin the journey of new floors, but really needed them. Our salesman came out and treated us like family. Worst company to work with after they have your money. The first time I used them was in 2022. The work turned out well. Not so much the second time when I had flooring installed in October 2023. Missed days of work due to the installation of the project. I'm not happy and want their product removed. They offered 1k on an 8k project to have someone else of my choosing fix all my complaints because I refused to have them in and out of my house to fix my concerns. Some of the things that went wrong. 1. Damaged the paint on my walls while installing the flooring. 2. Glue on my walls due to the sloppy installation of the vinyl trim. 2. Two different colors of grey vinyl trim because they ran out. 3. ************ is ripping people off. 4. The transition strip wasn't installed properly which is a tripping hazard. Do not use them. I'm sick to my stomach. I have several pictures of the craftsmanship of their work. I wish I could upload pictures of the work I received. ************ will inconvenience you time and time again trying to fix the issues due to their installers. This is crazy. I'm hoping to get my money back and the flooring removed. I'm not a happy customer. If I could leave (0) zero stars I would.Refloor, LLC

Firstly, we appreciate your past business with us, where you had a sunroom project completed to your satisfaction in November 2022. However, we understand that your recent experience with the installation of flooring in your basement and bedroom in October 2023 has left you dissatisfied. We acknowledge the following points from your complaint: 1. Concerns about the **mold and the end cut of the 1/4 round: We understand your concerns about the height and the potential tripping hazard of the **mold, as well as the end cut of the 1/4 round in your installation. These are valid concerns, and we take them seriously. 2. Cosmetic differences in cove base molding: We understand your concern regarding the use of 6" cove base on the bar and 4" cove base around the perimeter, which resulted from a height difference in your basement. While this change may seem minor, we recognize that it's important to you. To address your concerns, we scheduled a service visit for October 12, 2023, in line with our commitment to our customers. However, during the visit, it was apparent that you were not satisfied with our efforts to rectify these issues. Your refusal to allow our installer to fix these areas of concern presented a challenge to providing a resolution. Following your refusal, we continued to reach out to you. On October 20, 2023, you sent images of the issues to our Service Coordinator, and we were determined to work with you to ensure your satisfaction. Our Regional Sales Manager, ***********************, conducted an inspection at your home on October 25, 2023, but it was a challenging visit, as you appeared insistent on seeking a refund rather than a resolution. Our Director of Sales and Operations, *****, attempted to resolve your concerns on October 26, 2023, by offering several options, including up to $1,000 to hire another reputable company to address your concerns or $500 to have us return and fix the issues. Your repeated refusal to consider these options has made it difficult to reach a resolution. We are fully committed to our customers and stand behind our work. Your request for a complete refund and removal of our flooring is a significant deviation from our core values, as we strive to ensure your satisfaction and address any cosmetic concerns. We are ready and willing to work with you to rectify these issues and provide a solution that meets your expectations. We remain open to further discussions and hope to find a resolution that satisfies both parties. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services. I hired Refloor in October of 2022. A year later. Missing 9 days of work for their 3 day project which out of the 9 days 3 of those days they didnt show up nor did they call to cancel. Job is not complete still. They have asked me to miss more work to finish the job. Which I will not do. The contract states if not satisfied, they make it right. I travel for work. I will not take more time off. I do not recommend Refloor to anyone. Absolute terrible job. I have asked for the general manager. I get a run around all the time.Refloor, LLC
