Re-floor came out to quote me on my floor and during this time I asked if my unlevel floors were going to be an issue and she reassured me that they would be able to love of my floors and put my floors in. Four days before my appointment they tried to change the day, but ultimately ended up being able to keep my day. When the installers got here, they were unable to do my floors because of the leveling that I asked about in my very first appointment. They wasted my time, energy and effort. I moved all of the things out of the way, I took time off work, and I had people assist me all just to have my home left in shambles until I can find someone else to do it because I no longer trust them.

We strive to provide accurate and honest information to our customers, and we apologize for any misunderstanding that *** have arisen.Upon inspection by our installers, it was determined that your home presented significant floor sagging and an uneven subfloor, making it impossible to proceed with the installation without significant structural leveling and support. We understand that this revelation came as a disappointment, especially considering the time, effort, and preparations you put into getting your home ready for the installation.Our General Manager, *************************, made multiple attempts to reach out to you, and we genuinely appreciate your patience as we tried to find a solution to the situation. We offered assistance in covering the cost of subfloor/leveling and structural work to ensure that we could still complete your flooring project. However, we understand that you have chosen to cancel the project.We are truly sorry for any inconvenience and disappointment you've experienced, and we deeply regret that we could not meet your expectations during this process.If you ever reconsider working with Refloor in the future, please do not hesitate to reach out.
