Floors look great. Installers arrived on time and even stayed an extra day to complete. They showed us daily their progress and asked if we had any questions or concerns. They were considerate of our home and we would recommend them to our friends and family.Refloor, LLC

1 starLook somewhere else. The floors are beautiful, but not worth the hassle. Refloor seller lied to me and my husband about getting everything taken care of and removing everything and fixing "bubbles" to even out the floor prior to installing. The installer was quick, but cut corners and were lazy about removing stick on vinyl. Escalated everything and the person incharge of the installer wanted to charge an additional $450 to rip the existing vinyl and remove the stick on vinyl and re install it which they should've done in the first place. I had an appointment with the general manager that came out to see what was wrong he was an hour late for the appointment set and reassured me and told me they would fix their mistake at $0 cost and would contact us back on Friday or Monday. Monday came and no call came so my husband called today on a Friday to see what's going on and they closed our case because they deemed "nothing was wrong" when there are bubbles all over. This company is not suited for it's reputation and I will never recommend them to this company. I met a young lady by the name of ******************************* at the beginning of August 2023, she showed me the REFLOOR PRODUCTS, She is very professional and caring person. My elderly mother made the appointment, I had no idea she was coming, my mother listen in on meeting, but she was kinda preoccupied with some personal business. I like the products ******* showed me. I want to get REFLOOR to do my project in my home.Refloor, LLC

If I had known I could have bought the same flooring and get it installed for 8k cheaper I would never have used this company. I was told the flirting was THEIR BRAND. Definitely is not the case and after some researching I found out I could buy the EXACT SAME product through a wholesale website and have someone install it for way cheaper. The product is Coretec. Great product but you can get it online for much cheaper. Just order samples so you can see it.I feel completely ripped off from this company and would never recommend them to anyone. Im doing the rest of my has with the same flooring I found WAY cheaper and having someone install it in my last area (**** square ft) for only about 1k more than what they charged me to do 500 square ft.Companies a jokeRefloor, LLC

The installers are contracted and do not work directly for your company. I would agree if they were actual employees of the company. The same guarantee on the product exists lifetime warranty on product through the online wholesalers too. Its not worth thousands of dollars. I can just lay out of pocket for WAY less.Review fromT. If negative ratings were an optionWorst experience Ive had with a company. in my life.The first crew that came out was 1 guy. The next 3 weeks some days he came some he didnt. When he did work it was apparent that he had no idea what he was doing and would stay ***be 3/4 hrs. He used landscaping glue (taken from my garage) to lay the planks on the stairs. The guy also stole other items from our garage. We are still finding missing items to this day. I was in communication with the office the whole time this was going on. When the supervisor came and assessed the situation he was appalled. I told him not to send this guy back. He said that he would let him know and get a new crew in. The supervisor called the guy to let him know not to come back. THEN the supervisor tells me the guy is on his way to my house and is no longer answering repeated calls from the ******************* mgr. I asked the supervisor if I needed to call the police and he said that *** be a good idea Anyway the new crew comes out and has to rip out everything that the guy put on my floors. Not an easy task when vinyl planks are laid with landscaping glue. Ended up with drywall damage that had to be repaired, need new baseboards and new paint for the stairwell and upper hallway. Since the planks for the stairs were measured incorrectly I now have white quarter round on the side of each step that I have to replace. I almost lost my job because of the length of time this project took. On the bright side if I didnt work from home who knows what else would have gone missing. The second crew did a good job but the stairs look awful. They couldnt work full days because they had to go repair 2 other clients floors the guy had messed up. It took 3 months to get this job done and get my house cleaned (had to hire a company for that). So even after the office mgr telling the owners what had transpired they were still going to keep him employed. ReFloor owners need their moral compass adjusted.Refloor, LLC

My husband and I were satisfied with the company when the salesman came to our house and agreed to apply for financing along with putting down a substantial amount of money that day as well. The salesman assured us that our check wouldnt not be processed until the financing was approved. The finance company was terrible to work with and did not respond and we felt uncomfortable so before our 3 days to cancel was up we called Refloor and cancelled our order. The man told me that I was within the 3 days and able to cancel and my money I put down would be sent back but that his general manager would contact me. The general manager did contact me and tried to take more money off for us to continue with them but because of the finance issue we still wanted to cancel. It was then I was told our check was already cashed. She said that was not true what I was told about it not being cashed. This was Friday May 19. The general manager assured me that the check would be in the mail Monday May 22. Friday May 26 came and we hadnt received our refund check so I reached out again and was told that she didnt know if it was mailed again but would check and let me know. Today May 31 I had heard nothing again from her and reached out again and was told the check would be in the mail today or tomorrow. I asked for the name of someone higher than her and was given the general number I originally called and asked again for the direct line of someone higher or whomever she was given this information from. I am told this person will be calling me. I am beyond frustrated that this issue is still going on especially when I was I was assured the check would not be even cashed if financing wasnt obtained for the remaining amount. I feel as if there has been no confirmation either. I got one email after I requested it that had no confirmation number or receipt stating that the account was cancelled and the refund was being processed on the 19th.
