Ive had so many issues with this company from start to finish! From the get go I was not expecting a 3 hr PowerPoint presentation from a salesman to come to my home. Although, he was very nice, he was indirect with some of my questions. For example, I asked what flooring brand they use. His response was Oh, we have *************. Which was a lie-they use Coretec. We were told the project takes 1-1.5 days. It took them 3 days plus on the third day they had to stay longer than 8 hours because of things they messed up. During the time of all this I had a concern about my daughters bedroom that had carpet where our puppy would always pee. You could obviously tell the room had a smell to it. After, they removed the carpet and laid the new flooring on it I was shocked to find that the smell was still there! I brought my concerns to ******* who turned it around on me saying it is not their fault or responsibility to clean up any concrete or sub flooring before laying new flooring on top of it. YOU ARE THE PROFESSIONALS! You should know better. Also, she assured me that **** would never lay anything down on something soiled because they would have to remove it and redo it again (which is exactly what they are trying to get out of doing).. The final day, after the job was completed I was sent a checklist asking specific questions which kinda threw me off guard because they asked if there was any bounce to the flooring. I didnt understand what that meant at the time so I selected no but now that Ive been walking over the flooring for a few days I can tell that these floors DO indeed have that bounce to it. Probably because they lay over existing tile and laminate Im not sure. This was a whole new experience for me. Fast forward to today, a few days after the job is complete I notice my toilet is leaking badly everytime we flush! Im guessing they didnt install the toilet back correctly with a new wax ring. Now I get to test if their flooring does hold up.. How fun?Refloor, LLC

Refloors team from the sales people to the installer did a fantastic job installing new flooring in our home. The install crew was very respectful and kept things as clean as possible. ******* the install contact kept in touch making sure everything was going smoothly. They all did a great job. Coordinator ****************************** and the rest of their crew for their efficiency and craftsmanship. The floors are beautiful I feel like I am in a new home. There was an unforeseen issue that was handled with ease and no drawn out timeline. Two days!! Everything was clean and moved back in its place. 4 starsLove the flooring and work done. One man came and moved furniture, installed floor, made sure we were totally happy. Did return the next day to complete job Again made sure we were totally satisfied What disturbed me about this company was the high pressure tactic of if you decide today it will be $$$ less. Also I requested a detailed receipt. There was a special advertised for the month of October and I wanted to see product cost vs. labor. I was informed that they do not do that.
